    HPH is second to none. My brother recommended HPH to me several years ago when my AC went out and had a great experience. Most recently, my upstairs unit went out. Called HPH and they had me back up and running in no time. Service was quick, easy and affordable!! I would recommend their services to anyone. It’s hard to find good companies who aren’t looking to upsell you every step of the way. This company is fair and honest!!     Can’t recommend HPH, enough! Howard is very professional, efficient and kind. Truly a lifesaver, my mom is in her 80s and her a/c breaking in the middle of a Texas summer is serious. He wasn’t able to get the part we needed, so he came up with a temporary solution/part while we wait. He truly cares, and for that we are so grateful. Thank you Howard!

    Howard is amazing! He’s honest and explains everything in detail. He told me what I needed and did not try to upsell unnecessary items. Howard and his team installed a new HVAC unit for my downstairs. I’m extremely happy with the job they did and the unit he chose for my home.     Been working with HPH Services for at least 14 years. Howard has replaced multiple HVAC units for me and continues to service all my current units. He most recently replaced 2 old failing units in the last week without any issues and left the place looking like he hadnt been there.     We purchased a Trane condenser through HPH Services in December 2019. Within the first year we were having issues with the unit. Howard the owner of HPH promptly came out and fixed it each time. We have continued to have issues ever since. This spring, we had another issue with it. When Howard arrived, we expressed our dissatisfaction with the condenser. That evening Howard compiled a repair history for the condenser and sent it to Trane the next morning. Before the end of the day Trane agreed to give us a new unit. Within a day or two of the units arrival, Howard delivered and installed it.We have been using HPH since 2009 and we are very pleased with them. We would recommend them to anyone who needs heating and AC help. Thanks Howard for going to bat for us.

    Howard is nothing short of amazing. He walked me through the potential resolutions on the phone before he even came out, then during the service call he explained exactly what was occurring with my American Standard unit and why it had stopped working.He resolved the issue quickly, told me what future costs might be and ways to resolve it if the issue represented.The last company I called tried to sell me an $8k mini-split when all I needed to do was just clean the coils!Call Howard and you will get honest and fair service with integrity and kindness. Won’t call anyone else from now on!

    Howard is incredibly experienced, knowledgeable, honest, genuine and a truly caring person. Howard listened and heard what my specific needs and wants were when I needed to replace my old builder-grade HVAC from 1989. Howard spent a lot of time offering up several options for me as far as the set up & duct work / vent situation. I originally wanted to move my main unit into the attic until he taught me how my attic structure would not support the weight. I investigated and learned a very important lesson. I had two other HVAC companies that were more than willing to sell and install a new unit in the attic! Howard said he would sell me a new unit but would not install it in my attic. Howard spent just as much time giving me options for several different systems. Mind you, this was in December of 2020 when HVAC units were hard to come by (supply issues). Howard was up front about historical price increases as my current unit was not ‘dead’ yet. Howard cares about his customer first before any sales which in turn drives loyalty, referrals and repeat business.
