We have had problems with plumbing in our front bathroom for years. We have had several plumbers out to fix it. They have run the snake through the pipes and claimed it was fixed. A few months later the same thing is happening and they will not return our calls. Randy is the first to not only return our call but actually look at what was going on and fix it. I highly recommend Houston plumbing. They are honest, reliable and do the job right.

We checked a big project off our list this week. Its one of those projects that you dont really want to have to do - a new sewer line. Houston Mechanical got it done with minimal damage to the yard. There was an additional challenge of moving the deck to put in the new line and they got it moved and put back better than before!

Discovered a leak in my backyard. I called Houston Mechanical based on a friends referral. Randy did not disappoint. He showed up when he said he would and went right to work digging in the mud. After discovering the source of the leak, he made the repair quickly. Randy was very professional and personable. I felt the price was more than fair. I am glad I made the call to Houston Mechanical.I would definitely use them again should the need arise without hesitation. I also grabbed a couple of his business cards to share with my friends.

Our experience with Randy was fantastic! He was on time and prepared. He explained everything he was doing and offered suggestions on preventing future issues. Houston Mechanical Service responded quickly. Most importantly, they did not charge a $320.00 fee (like one Lubbock company wanted to do) for having to drive 80 miles roundtrip to service an aging AC unit. Randy was personable, nice, and helpful. Most importantly he understands that most people just do not have tons of money standing by for repairs or replacements. Knock on wood the AC has been working perfectly since he serviced it in early summer. He got the job done and got us through this summer. I highly recommend this company!

I had a major leak in the hall from my A/C and it was soaked and getting worse. I tried 2 well know companies and was told that they might be able to come out on Monday or Tuesday (this is Friday) but couldnt guarantee it. When I called Houston Mechanical, the phone was answered immediately and said he would come as soon as he was done with the current job. Excellent experience! Knew immediately what was wrong and had it fixed within 30 minutes - and then he helped me clean up the mess! Charge was very reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone.

A/C unit went out and other companies said they didn’t know when they would be able to come out to look at the issue. Called Houston Mechanical Services and he was at my house about an hour later. Told me the issue and was extremely helpful getting the unit replaced the very next morning. Best experience I’ve had when dealing with any kind of plumbing A/C company.
