I have been a customer at Matts Heating & Cooling for a long time and have always had Alberto as the service provider. He is excellent at letting you know when he is arriving, is always punctual, is respectful and professional in all ways possible and provides updates while the work is in progress. He leaves everything better than the way he finds it and I would highly recommend him as my person of choice in Chicago for all things HVAC. He is an asset to the company for sure!

Matts Heating & Cooling absolutely offers great service! I had no heat in my house and they squeezed me into their busy schedule. Anthony was at my door shortly and offered us great service and fixed the problem quickly. The pricing was also very reasonable. They answered questions I had about my humidifier and furnace, cleaned the outside air conditioner. was prompt, and in general really nice and knowledgeable man. Steve and Anthony arrived exactly when they said they would arrive with a smile. The work was done immediately and completed professionally.
