Awesome customer service! A/C stopped working on Sunday and same day someone came out and got everything fixed in time for memorial day thankfully cause it was starting to get HOT! Would definitely recommend Hortons to anyone in need of some home A/C work.

Horton Air was recommended to me by my home inspector. The first time they came out was an emergency during the dead of summer and they got my air conditioner repaired the same day so we would not have to spend the night without air conditioning. Now I use Horton Air for my home and business air conditioning and heating repairs and maintenance and they’ve never let me down! Not only are they quick in an emergency, they keep my units in top shape with routine maintenance. They’re affordable as well. You can’t go wrong with Horton Air!

Very fast response time. I called late evening and Horton Air showed up first thing in the morning. They got it working right away but then spent a couple of hours making sure everything continued to work right and testing multiple times going back and forth between cool and heat so that I had no further issues.

Highly recommend using Horton air. They did not try and sell me things that I didnt need, gave me the status of the system and what parts are wearing down and to keep an eye on. Price is great for refrigerant if you need that replaced and call out price is reasonable.

Our commercial refrigerator suddenly stopped cooling during business hours. Now, with us being a restaurant, having an operable refrigerator is essential to remaining open. I called Horton Air on a late Wednesday afternoon and spoke with Chase. Not only was he here first thing the following morning, he had us up and running in time to open for lunch!! Amazing service, response time and the cost of repair was extremely reasonable! We highly recommend Horton Air for all of your needs.

On Monday November 7th, Chase showed up at my house to change the evaporator in our heat pump system. It was a cold and overcast day and we were anxious to have the system replaced as it had a slow leak that could not be easily repaired. Chase worked diligently to disconnect and replace the coil. As he started reassembling it, it started pouring rain. That may not have been a major problem, except the condenser was located on the south side of the building and directly exposed to the wind and rain. In spite of the rain and miserable weather, Chase forged ahead until he had it completed. In the end, he was soaking wet and must have been very cold, but persisted to get the system working. We have been running the system a month now and it has been working perfectly. When he presented the bill, it was considerably less than the estimate he had provided. It turned out he was able to save money on the job and passed the saving back. I was truly impressed with the quality of his work, his polite demeanor and mostly his perseverance in weather where many people would have simply quit for the day.

Chase did an amazing job. We are remodeling a 1909 build, and thought a mini split would be the easiest and most cost effective solution. Chase came out, looked at the project, told me what we would need, and installed it. He takes the extra time to make sure the install is perfect, rather than rushing through to get it done. One special attention to detail is he solders the line set to the handler rather than using the factory compression fittings. It’s that kind of attention to detail that will have me calling Chase anytime I need HVAC service. In fact, I have referred him to everyone I know that needs HVAC work.

Chase did a phenomenal job on my units. He was very responsive to my phone call and was able to squeeze me in quick and charged less an other people do with different types of coolants. He was also very budget friendly. He will definitely be the first one I call from now on! High recommend him!

Called ever AC repair around Sherman everyone said they couldn’t fix it. I know it’s because it wasn’t going to pay thousands of dollars. So Horton Air showed up and fixed the problem. He didn’t try and push anything he was straight about what was wrong. I know this because I have previous knowledge of AC units. So I was very impressed with his response. I was impressed with the service and cost. Thanks again Horton Air.Ps I have used everyone in Sherman in the past. For future reference I’m using Horton!! Do the same I promise you will be happy you did!!

We woke up this morning to no AC. My husband called several companies that were booked up today and asked online for recommendations. These guys were highly recommended and cost less than any of the others we contacted, not to mention, they were out within a couple of hours. They also were willing to drive to Dallas to get a part from the warehouse instead of making us wait until Monday. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.

Chace with Horton Air has helped us out of a bind twice in one week! Our AC condenser stopped working last Sunday evening and he went out of his way to get us a new motor installed on Monday, the Fourth of July!Yesterday it went out again (due to homeowner error, we blew a fuse). He got back to us first thing this morning, was able to get to us earlier than expected (again) and replaced the fuse in no time!Its a much-needed service and were lucky to have found his company and reliable service!

Moms AC was out and and she was sick and it was hot in her home. No one near was open that day besides Horton AC. Horton AC sent technician Chase. Chase came same day and fixed moms indoor blower that was bad. Chase made sure moms unit didnt have anymore issues prior to his departure and acted in such a professional matter with any questions that I had. Highly recommend Horton AC for any AC issues in the future.

Very professional company! Me and my daughter were without our AC at the worst possible time on the hottest day. We called another company before calling Horton Air and they ended up lying to us and telling us we needed a new AC. We called Horton Air and Arron came out and gave a second opinion and all it was, was a capacitor. Im very thankful for the honesty and quick response.
