Angel & helper from Honest Home Services just installed an entire new unit and did an amazing job! He treated our home as his own and did quality work. As a real estate developer I am often critical of non-commercial contractors, but these guys are as professional as any I’ve worked with before. He walked me through the features and tested everything before leaving. So far, I’m very happy and plan on using him for the next install.

We contacted Honest for a dryer duct cleaning and had our routine maintenance done for our AC unit. Andrew, was prompt, was extremely professional, answered all of my questions and was friendly. He showed plenty of pictures and explained exactly what was going on and let us know of some additional concerns we might want addressed before the heat of the Texas summer hits. We will be calling in April to have this recommendations followed up on. Appreciated all of the attention to detail and look forward to working with this company again.

Andrew, our tech from Honest Home Services today, did a great job diagnosing our HVAC system problem. He was polite and respectful and kept us informed as he worked through the issue. Upon completion, he explained the advantages of the platinum membership program, which turned out to be a no-brainer. We have used Honest Home Services several times prior to this, including replacing one of our furnaces and an a/c unit, and have always found them to be honest and conscientious.Kudos to Andrew for his great job today!

I have been using Honest Home Services for years and have always been very impressed by their customer service. Juan serviced our AC/Heater unit today. Juan was very polite and respectful. While Juan was at our house I asked him if he could give me an estimate on helping to improve the airflow between two of the rooms. Within a few minutes he diagnosed that one of our air ducts had separated in half and fixed it as a courtesy. This was above and beyond, as it was late in the day and I know that he was probably tired. Thank you, Juan and Honest Home Services... you have a lifetime customer!

Had a wonderful experience. Called them for an advanced AC repair that needed professional help. They answered the phone and scheduled an appointment for the same day. My technician, Juan, was professional, skilled, and listened patiently and intently to my concerns about some of the aspects of the repair. He had great recommendations, was not pushy or used fear tactics to close a deal, and I went ahead with the work. Not only did they fix the problem, but went above and beyond and even replaced a thermostat line that wasnt part of my original problem.Pricing was in the mid-high range, but was cheaper than the big players like Milestone, Baker Brothers and A-1, who have massive marketing overhead and sometimes use pushy sales tactics. Im a firm believer you get what you pay for with trade work, and I feel like I got a deal for the quality of the work, the experience, and the professional manner in which my concerns were handled. They also had a great deal on a membership program that I would say is reasonably priced with what they offer. If I wasnt able to do most of these things on my own, I would say its a good deal.Overall, a great services provider and I will likely use them again in the event I need advanced troubleshooting.

Great experience with Honest Home Services. Technician (Jake)came earlier than expected (which was relayed to us by the dispatch team.) He diagnosed the issue with the heating unit promptly and after picking up the part had the unit up and running that day. He also recommended some fixes on other issues he found while he was in there, but wasnt pushy about getting them done right then. Overall, best experience with an HVAC company Ive had. Thank yall.

Honest HVAC is my only choice in DFW. Their service, timeliness, expertise and professionalism truly sets them apart. My air handler went out on a Thursday evening they tried making repairs Friday, unfortunately the model was too old and part were not available. They were able to get a new system installed the next morning on a Saturday!! If you have HVAC work you need done, be sure to call Honest.

Honest home services was first company we called to evaluate our a/c issue. They assessed issue, told us we had leak and quoted resonable rate to repair(I know its reasonable because I did lot of research on net). Their technician, Angel, is the best! Hes very prompt, professional and most of all polite(dont see that often these days) I want to clone him and show other young men how to act!!!Because Im a Buyer by profession, I got a second/third quote. One Company told us that we needed to replace our entire unit, which was a lie. Other Company told us we about the leak but added about $3k more unnecessary work.Thanks Honest Home Services for standing behind your name and big thanks to Angel. Keep being great!

I have lived here 27 years and have used a number of AC companies but these guys are hands down the best I have ever used. We replaced three AC units and furnaces that were installed when our home was built. They not only had the most comprehensive bid, they also were also 15% less expensive and offered great zero percent financing. The technicians did a marvelous job of removal of our old units and installation of the new ones. Cannot say enough good things about them!

I’m so thankful for Devo he has there sooner than I expected when they told me it will take 1 hr for them to come. Which it wasn’t even a 1 hr of wait. My A/C got fixed ASAP especially in this weather that it’s freezing I had my mom and daughter in there with no heat but thanks to Devo that came quickly to fix thank you God blessed you when I need you all again I will definitely call yall back and recommend yall 💯

Honest Home Services : First service call :Incredibly personable crew: professional, explained all aspects of their findings, NO HARD SELLS + they actually do the work. I’ve had terrible experiences with other companies trying to sell sell etc. Mr. Devo (HVAC) made suggestions but explained that the couple things suggested were not immediate & said he needed to come out during a higher temp to more accurately check the temperature swing in readings…. The company also did a flush of the tankless water heater & I also had drain pipe cleaning done—-(that was at my request) I felt this company lived up to their HONEST HOME SERVICE name ….. I joined their service plan & feel quite comfortable doing business with them! ……..

I found my garbage disposal not working this morning, and Honest Home Services sent their plumbing technician Frank right away.. within an hour or so. Frank was able to fix the problem and even found a tool he suggested I get from a hardware store. Everyone from Honest Home that I’ve been dealing with, from when I signed up for their plan, when I called for service, and technician- is nice, polite, and helpful. Truly a great company with excellent service. I’m very grateful.

My wife is constantly checking to make sure things are working properly around our home and when she noticed the closet, where our heating/fan unit is, was really cold, she also realized we were losing cold air that should be distributed through our house. So we reached out to Justin & Honest Home Services. Best call we ever made! He came out, looked at our concern, diagnosed our issue and gave a quote that was extremely reasonable. Never tried to ‘oversell’ or push us into ‘unnecessary additions’. He, and his hard working crew showed up on time and worked together like a well oiled machine! They showed us what they took out, OMG GROSS!!, added 2 much needed vents to our living room, and installed a new thermostat! Our home has not been this comfortable with an even temperature throughout since we bought it 2 years ago. And when they were finished, they cleaned up everything!! HONEST work, HONEST price! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. In a world where 5⭐️ Is fabulous ….. we give them 6 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Received a call from my tenant that the AC was not cooling. I called Honest Home Services and I was told that they have a technician in the area and he can be out there 20 minutes. Andrew arrived in 20 minutes. After an inspection Andrew identified the problem and advised that it was a minor issue. Andrew address the issue and was done in a little less then an hour. He was very polite and courteous and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend Honest Home Services.

He found other, unexpected issues, and addressed them as part of the original quote. I appreciate the customer service perspective and not taking every opportunity to charge more.

Could not have had a better experience with Honest Home Services. On a recommendation had them come out to do a regular inspection on AC and it was quick, easy and very informative with no upsell tactics.Later that week, by chance, we had an AC emergency. We spoke with Yolanda at HHS and she was able to coordinate having a technician show up after-hours to attend to the issue. Technician Martin was so helpful, and told us what was required (pump needed to be replaced - was old).HHS and Yolanda were able to be flexible and work around our vacation schedule to make sure Martin was able to come back and do the pump replacement at an affordable price AND they waived the Overtime fee for the emergency visit the night before.Overall excellent experience and have added to my contacts for all future home services! They somehow made the process of spending thousands less painful!!We had 3 different ac companies come out and quote us. Im giving Honest Home Services a 5 star review for the following reasons:- in depth consultation lasting over 2 hours with 2 visits from Justin, the co owner and on-site supervisor, and Colton the other co-owner. During that time spent, the intent was to evaluate solutions to the problems and challenges associated with getting an even climate in different zones of one of three air conditioned zones in our home. The visits were not inclusive of any imposed salesmanship. I received wealth of information from these two gentlemen who were interested in the solving the challenges of air conditioning spaces from this one zone. They did so in spades!- workmanship and professionalism: 5 star! This full system installation included the air handler, outdoor compressor, ducting, motorized valves in the plenum, a secondary thermostat in the warmest room requiring cuts made in the ceiling sheetrock, and verification of proper operation with instructions- after care following installation: You can count on these two owners and their office manager, Hirah, to ensure customer service and total satisfaction with the operation of the unit is achieved.Now, in this age of short attention spans and the need to rush work so the next profitable job begins, I didnt find this present. The workmanship was outstanding and, best of all, if there is an issue with operation, you can count on Justin or Colton to respond aggressively to fix the issue.I highly recommend the team of Justin and Colton and Hirah at Honest Home Services.

I did preventative maintenance on my units with them, and then later had them fully replace one of my AC units. They’re knowledgeable and genuine, and you’ll be happy that you used them. I had an issue with one of my units a couple weeks after they did maintenance, and they were out the next day to fully evaluate/correct everything. They’re definitely a contractor that cares about customer satisfaction and not simply just getting a single sale.

Our A/C quit cooling on Wednesday. I called the company we have a service contract with and they said they were having staffing issues and passed us on to Honest Home Services. Devorian was able to come out the next day and quickly determined our coil was leaking and needed to be replaced and also confirmed it was under warrantee. He was very professional and took his time explaining our options. They were able to locate the replacement part and Angel and Lucio were able to install it on Friday. Due to issues on the job before us, they were delayed getting to our house, but were still willing to work a long day and get the A/C working. They explained the process and were quick and left the area cleaner than when they started. I could not be happier.

A great experience all the way around! I called them in the evening after realizing my A/C was out. A tech (Devorian) was at my home a short time later. The following morning I finalized everything with Colton, who was very patient & thorough, then Angel & his hard working team were at my house by 9:30am installing a new unit! In less that 24hrs after my initial call, my new unit was already installed and cooling my home! I highly recommend them! In January of this year, we didnt have heat and Honest Home Services, LLC, sent Jake out to remedy our issue. It was a simple fix as we had inadvertently flipped the power switch to the whole HVAC when we were in and out of the attic all winter trapping the squirrels that had moved in. Nonetheless, Jake did a full inspection of our systems and noticed that the filters the sellers had left in the units a few months before from when we bought the house were all the wrong sizes and set me on the path to finding the correct filter upgrades for our Aprilaire units.Fast forward to the first week of August and one of our three units was no longer cooling. This time, Honest Home Services quickly sent Andrew out to look at our system the same day. Andrew diagnosed the issue, had the capacitor on hand, installed it, and checked the aging unit over for any additional repairs that might be needed.If you are looking for quick service with intelligent, polite technicians, call Honest Home Services, LLC. Im sure I will be referencing my Google reviews to call them again when we have issues—which we are sure to have with almost 20-year-old HVACs!

Our 5 yo A/C went out. It was the coil. We had a valid parts replacement, but we had dropped the company that installed it for unethical business practices. We were about to get taken to the cleaners by another HVAC company, but they had the part in stock that we needed. Colton with Honest Home Services worked quickly and relentlessly to help us get the part he had in stock (but wasnt an exact match) warrantied by Lennox so that we didnt have to pay for a replacement part. AND the labor was 40% less than what the other guys were going to charge us!The workers came at 3:00 p.m. when it was over 100 degrees outside! We offered them water, iced tea, etc., but they preferred to work, saying they had drinks in their truck. They did SUCH a GOOD JOB. We were without A/C for 2 days, and that was only because I had called them, then canceled, then called them again. Were so glad we did! Theyre definitely getting our business in the future.

Honest heating and air came to our home for a preventative maintenance check. Their technician, Devo, arrived on time and did checks on both systems. What was different was the way he went about his business, you could tell that this wasn’t a tech just going through the motions to get the job done. Both systems checked out fine and there was no need for any repair, but I genuinely felt that it was a thorough inspection. It’s difficult to leave a unique impression on something so routine. Really great experience! My townhouse complex uses Honest Air as their HVAC contractor, and even though this is the first time weve had them out, we could not be happier. Colton came out on a Sunday morning during the latest freeze, and even though the maintenance guy had told him what he thought the problem was, he proceeded to do his own thorough diagnostic. He determined the problem was with the thermostat, and installed a new wall unit quickly and cleanly. Colton was friendly and courteous, made sure to clean up after himself, and carried a 10-ft ladder up and down two flights of stairs with no wall damage! I cant speak to pricing as this was a service through our complex, but quality skilled tradesmen are worth their weight in the money theyll save you by correctly repairing or maintaining your system the first time.

Honest Home Services did a full installation of our AC/Gas Heating system, as well as switched out our thermostat. They had to pour a new pad for the outside unit, and did a phenomenal job, without leaving debris. They also had to rebuild the platform for the inside heating unit. While they were in the attic getting ready to install another duct to feed one of the bedrooms, it was discovered that the prior owners had a single duct feeding two rooms, so they quickly fixed that as well as installed a new duct in the living room, where it gets the hottest in the evenings. The whole crew, from start to finish, was friendly, and they did a good job at cleaning up after the installation was done, as well as along the way. The owners also did a walk through the following day, to make sure everything was up to their high standards. I HIGHLY recommend this family owned company for your HVAC needs.

This is really an HONEST HVAC company. Twenty five plus years ago I used to install hvac equipment never did much on the repair side but I do know how the old r-22 units work and how to do regular upkeep. Honest was able to do same day service checked everything on my dual stage 410a unit(even the attic ductwork and coils for leaks on a 100 plus degree day) That ensures no leaks and proper readings on their gauges. Got it back to running at factory specs with all their new high tech testing equipment. I am done trying to take care of it myself I am just going to call Honest Home Services. They are honest and thorough with very fair pricing.

I was recently having trouble with our AC not cooling down our home after months of winter. I was able to quickly make an appointment with these guys and even have them come out during my lunch break. What I like is that that they kept me informed as to when they were heading my way and once they arrived they worked very quickly to figure out the problem.Turns out there the fault was in our thermostat and they were even able to help me call in warranty and order a replacement for me.Colton even followed up after and made sure if everything was working afterwards. Great guys and they truly are Honest!

Justin was incredibly kind to come out in icy road conditions to evaluate our heating unit as we were freezing in our house at 43° in the middle of a rare North Texas snow storm. After concluding our unit needed to be replaced, he stayed diligent in search for a warehouse that would open, as most were closed due to the in-climate weather, for him to get our unit and get it installed ASAP. When Justin was able to get the unit, he and his his crew showed up on time, were very professional, efficient, and personable. While evaluating the ducts for the new unit, they noted a duct in the master bedroom was small and wouldn’t provide maximum efficiency so they added a duct and vent to improve air circulation. Justin and his crew were incredible!

I am required to get 2 separate bids from my company. The first company that came out stated that we needed to replace both units in our building because they were beyond repairs at a cost of $15,000+ Mind you both units were still blowing out air, just not cold air. Our house is absolutely cool and not only are we happy and cooled off, but so is our Chubba Wubba, Grizzley!Today, there is a crisis going on throughout the world. It was super nice to have such a calm and professional human being here to service our AC needs. Our unit was serviced with a smile, kindness, integrity and compassion. This is something that you do not see much of anymore.In the past, several years back, we had used a company who told us that we needed to replace our unit immediately. We were told several things by this company. When Honest came in to service our unit we found that the recommendation by the previous company was not at all true. Here we are three years later and our unit still works, we just have a yearly service done to it. Honest could have jumped on an opportunity to make a nice profit and replace our unit, piggy backing the previous companies recommendations. The repair cost was minimal, shorted wire on drain. Another well known company missed diagnosed the problem and wanted to sell me a whole new unit. Cannot express again how really honest this company is.
