    We were looking for help with our 30 year old A/C units and wanted to replace them before the units completely failed. We are very happy we called Homestead! The crew arrived promptly and were thorough with the design of our new systems. Price was extremely reasonable & competitive. Once we gave the go ahead they completed the installation of both our systems in one day. The owner came out to personally inspect the work and make sure we were happy with everything. Highly recommend. Very satisfied customer - signing up for their Plus Membership was a no brainer!

    My parents had an issue with their heater and called these folks out and I have to say they were fantastic! Showed my parents and myself exactly what was going on, how to fix it, and got us a fair as all heck price! I am writing this long after the fix and there are no issues! 100% recommend and these will be the only folks our family use ever! Absolutely worth every penny and then some! Thank you Alex!

    Alex was freaking awesome!!!!!! He was so thorough and broke it down to where I could understand. He told me everything, the good, bad and ugly!!! As a single woman who knows nothing about HVAC, I felt safe. I even called my child father(who’s also a HVAC tech) and Alex talked to him. It was a great experience despite not getting the final approval.

    So very grateful that Homestead came out so quickly and discovered that we did not have a leaking air conditioner, as we assumed, when our ceiling showed signs of a leak, but it was actually a roof problem. Homestead was happy to recommend a roofer but walked us through all the steps we needed to check our warranty and have our previous roofer fix the problem. Even offered to get the roofer on the phone and talk them through it. What a professional and helpful team!

    During the hottest part of the summer our brand new AC (installed by a different company) was not able to keep our home comfortable, but the company who installed it insisted everything was correct and “air conditioners are not designed to keep your house comfortable when it’s 100°+”. We called Homestead and they found that the outside air intake was set to 100% open causing our home to be flooded with the hot air from outside! The technician corrected the setting and educated us on how and when to adjust it in the future. So glad there are still some companies out there like Homestead that care about their customers, and will definitely be calling them whenever I need AC service in the future!

    We cant say enough good things about this company! Our upstairs AC decided to quit working the night before a big surgery, and with the heat wave we were having, was in a real bind. We called them in a panic, expecting to wait until morning, but they were incredibly understanding. David came out right away, even though it was after hours. He was professional, courteous, and quickly diagnosed the problem. He was able to fix the AC enough to cool that night, and fixed the remainder the next morning before I came home from the hospital. I was able to come home to a cool and comfortable home – a huge relief, especially considering my condition.We are so grateful to this company for their prompt service and expertise. They were true lifesavers and I’d recommend them to anyone!
