The whole experience was great. Ted, the Owner himself, came out to assess the equipment and talk me through the process. The quote was extremely reasonable and included additional things I asked for. Ted even stood behind the quote by stating, “what I quote you is what you pay”, even if it cost him more to finish the work. They were able to schedule it quickly, the crew came out and worked diligently to get it fixed and kept me updated along the way. The integrity of the company starts at the top and is apparent throughout the entire company and the experience. I highly recommend and would definitely use them again!

The only A/C company worth doing business with in the Corpus Christi area!Ted Henderson’s word and handshake are far more worth than a lawyer setup contract. These guys walk their talk. I exactly received what I was promised at the sales meeting - without any paperwork or signature. His crew showed up on time and worked with so much love to detail and compassion for their work it was a pleasure to watch them. They had the attitude: “A job worth doing, is worth to be done right”. They checked, double checked, triple checked, cross checked, re-checked, just to have the job done right the first time. When they left you couldn’t even see that work was done, absolutely clean! I had to pay exactly the estimated price - no surprises their either.It was really a pleasure doing business with Henderson A/C. I highly recommend this business and their products!

I have been relying on Henderson AC service for about 8 years now. They are the ones I call when I have problems. They provide great service at a reasonable price. They are extremely knowledgeable, but take the time to explain problems and possible solutions in an understandable way. Most recently, they replaced an entire inside unit in my home and I am very happy so far.

These guys did a great job, very professional, and knowledgeable in their trade. Nick the lead service technician was honest and explained all the issues and potential issues i may encounter one day. Cant say enough good things about my experience with these guys, do yourself a favor and give em a shot!

They came out to our house today because our older A/C wasnt cooling well enough. After doing numerous tests on the equipment, he found a leak in one of the refrigerant lines and repaired it on the spot. Then he topped off the system and it feels like new. He spent around 2 hours at our house and it only cost us $197.50. Will be recommending them to everyone after some of the terrible service and flatly inaccurate information that other companies have given me. Wish every company was like this.

Had another company out. They said it needed replaced at a cost of $5800. Teds guy, Nick found a broken wire.... $80 service call. Definitely recommend these guys. Do your due diligence, get a second opinion.

Weve called Henderson the last few times for issues at our rent houses and theyve been the best to work with. They communicate very well and made sure that their techs were not sidetracked by tenant questions or opinions. The most recent call to them was very late in the day and we were prepared to have to wait until the next day for them to look at the HVAC, but I received a call back from the office and was told that a tech was near by and could take a quick look. Ended up being an easy fix for the tech and my tenants were relieved that they didnt get have to go the night without AC. Jessica and Leonard went of their way to keep everyone cool. They were awesome and Henderson is definitely first on my list for when we have HVAC issues.

On friday june 4th two very nice professional men came out. The wire outside my unit had been cut by a weed eater. They replaced it and fixed it to where it wont happen again. I highly recommend them. The men were very nice and explained everything to me about what had happened.

Wow we’re do i start, So i had a friend of the family come over and he misdiagnosed my issue late last night. In the morning my AC was reaching temps of 78-83 it was set @75. I went looking online and saw this company and went on a whim, and was i right on. Nick did an amazing job, within 5mins he found the issue and fixed it. I can’t be anymore impressed. I will not use another company but Henderson AC. Thank you guys for a fast response and a quick fix!! 10stars!!!

We were looking for a good Air Conditioning company in Corpus Christi, TX. We contacted Henderson AC and they came out and replaced the ac unit in our home. They did a great job and will contact them for work in the future!!!
