Prompt and professional service.they found some old issues and corrected them,but not before contacting me. I was very happy with the service and would recommend them and I would use them again. They left me an extra filter and everything they did looks very neat clean and professional. A storm was coming in and they got the heater in before the storm hit, and the house was very warm and cozy.

Serviceman was right on time, friendly and very knowledgeable. He explained the problem in full and made the repair. Price of repair was fair, service was good. Second time we have used this company and are happy with them.

I had an old, Botched system. They were able to get the correct HVAC system for my house, fix the mistakes from the previous technicians, get an electrician out to fix my wiring, AND they did the entire system in 2 days!!! Super polite and knowledgeable. If there were any issues they made sure to notify me and make sure I was ok with what was going on. I Will be using them again in the future!

Extremely happy with HeCo. Friendly and professional team, including receptionists, technicians, and owner. My AC stopped working and they gave me their honest professional opinions, instead of trying to make me buy a new unit right away. I had 3 different technicians and they were all very professional and focused on the job. Follow up calls to check how everything is working was definitely a plus. Not all companies do that. I definitely recommend them!

We called multiple companies throughout the Texas panhandle and they would either never call back with a quote or would quote an outrageous amount for a system we didnt want. Heco came out to give us a quote and a week later we had the system we wanted that worked like it should for a reasonable price. They are friendly and reliable. I would recommend them over and over again.

Saturday evening and our septic tank backed up, they came right out- which was a 30 min drive, and got everything fixed in about 10 mins. They were very polite, fast, and fair priced. We were thankful for their on call 24 hours service!

The customer service experience Ive encountered with the HECO Heating and Cooling team, from beginning to end, has been beyond my expectations. The staff is friendly, courteous and professional from the first contact call-in at the office until the service call was completed. Additionally, I found their staff to be willing to go above and beyond by explaining the issue at hand and discussing my options regarding my A/C unit not cooling. It is nice to be able to find a genuine good reliable company--that cares about its customers and not just try to make the sale. Thanks HECO for being available to me.

The crew at HECO came and installed a new AC unit in our ministry building. They are consummate professionals who do amazing and fast work. It took only two days to remove the old unit and install the new one. The are great! I highly recommend them for any HVAC job!

We are pleased...these folks came quickly to see what we needed to get us cool again. They were back the next day to begin installation of new heating and cooling unit to replace our OLD units.
