I appreciate the transparency and willingness to let me be involved in the process. Your team gave me good information and I got to observe firsthand how difficult it is at times to figure out what is wrong. The pricing was a little higher than the range provided by the Internet for a similar service, but I felt like the time, effort, and service I got was well worth it. My wife and I were so relieved to have a warm house after four days of cold. What you guys do makes a big difference in people’s lives. Maybe this is why folks get emotional when things don’t go smoothly, but everything went according to expectations and once again, I’ve had a good experience with Hart. Hart Heating & A/C went above and beyond with our visit. Technician came out. Inspected our unit and told us our options. Nothing was decided on - I wanted to discuss the options with my husband. Right before the day was over, my husband receives a call that the owner had reviewed our service and noticed that the technician had not recharged our machine and that he was on his way to our house to recharge it as he did not want our family to be without an A/C. This was such a kind act and it was not something we were expecting. This showed our family that Hart truly cares about their customers! I initially chose this company based on the amazing reviews and today I’m able to share our wonderful experience.

Had my ac unit serviced this summer and the young man right away was honest and said he wasn’t familiar with our unit which I really appreciate his honesty. He sent another technician and it happened to be the owner who was amazing. He gave us an honest opinion about replacing our unit which is really old but was able to fix it until we have the funds to replace next year. Would highly recommend this company.

It’s so hard to find an honest A/C company, but I HIGHLY recommend Hart! The office manager, Lyssa, was very professional and polite. She was able to get someone out the same day to take a look at my unit. Brett and James came out and they were able to get me back on track, however they also discovered what would have been a very expensive issue had they not found it in time. They informed us on it, but they didn’t try to force us to make the repairs the same day since that’s not what they were originally called out for. We decided to have them come out and fix it, and now our A/C is working better than ever! I’m incredibly grateful for their honesty and expertise. The whole team is excellent! 10/10!

Ashley answered the phone and was very friendly and helpful and got me on the schedule for today. I got a call first thing this morning from Mike T. and he headed our way. Once here, he figured out what happened and got us back up and running within about an hour. He was very friendly and helpful, explaining everything and giving me options on how to fix our problem. I really appreciate Hart and Mike for helping get our AC fixed before it gets hot later today! Would definitely recommend them for your heating and air needs!

We have a rental property and manage it from outside of Lubbock. We called a Google guaranteed company on a Friday, who diagnosed the problem as a fuse, they came back on Saturday and “fixed” what they thought was wrong only to find out it was not fixed. They then said it was the motor and said they would come out on Monday to fix the problem. Got a call from them on Monday am and they said they “might” be able to fit us in and fix the problem that day but more than than likely they would come on Tuesday. After having renters without AC for 3 days in Lubbock in August, I was desperate to get someone in there right away. I called several other Google guaranteed companies, and Mike of Hart Heating and AC was out within 2 1/2 hours to fix the problem. I explained while booking the appointment that I would be willing to pay another trip charge but did not want anyone out that did not have the ability to fix the problem in the same day so they needed to have all parts with them or be able to get them same day and install. He diagnosed the problem as the starter and fixed it. Although the motor may have issues going forward, it was working. He did offer to come back and fix the motor should it have problems. He was very honest about our options and was willing to take the time to explain them. Would highly recommend both Mike and the scheduler (whose name I can’t remember) who listened and got us on their schedule. Thank you!

Hart Heating & AC has the best service you can get in Wolfforth, TX! They responded quickly when we arrived home with a down AC unit. They followed up multiple times and were able to work with us on our homeowners insurance! They explained the issues to us very thoroughly and walked us through the solutions. Very professional and knowledgable. They did a wonderful job and charged appropriately. This service was completed on a newly purchased home, but they turned the stressful situation around. Along with completing the repairs, they washed out our AC unit and changed the filters in our house. We will 1000% be using them in the future. When we started having A/C problems this summer, a family friend suggested that we call Hart. Despite the glowing recommendation he gave, Hart still managed to exceed our expectations at every turn. Everyone we worked with was professional, thoughtful, patient, and responsive. A/C issues can be extremely stressful during a hot summer like this one, but their customer service -- doing exactly what they said they would, then looking for ways to go above and beyond -- made a bad situation much, much easier to deal with. Ultimately, Hart wound up having to replace our A/C (it was 20 years old and had lived a good life), so we dont expect to have any problems again soon. When we do, though, well feel better knowing that Hart will be there to help.

Was able to find an option that helped me the best along with a few additions to not only save me money on filters but also purify the air coming into my home . Customer service is great and being able to get the entire system outside and inside replaced within 24 hours was a blessing being that we had a snow storm 48 hours after. A/C went out around 1 in the morning. Went online and filled out their Schedule an Appointment form. Quick and easy. Called at 08:00 to confirm and receptionist was professional. Explained that they were very busy and may not be able to get to me till late in the day, if at all, but more likely would be the next morning. Got a call later in the morning and tech was going to be able to make it out around 13:00! Upon arriving Brett was very professional. Found what was wrong within 30 to 45 mins. after fully evaluating both the A/C and furnace in the attic. After stating what was wrong, i was given a list of options that ranged from a band-aid fix (least costly) to max deal that included a 1 year free return to ensure unit was still working. I liked having the options (4 of them) to decide whether I could afford the max or if all I could afford was the least. I chose middle of the road. Brett completed the work in about an hour, cleaned out the A/C area of debris. Quick, clean and professional. Would highly recommend this company for A/C repairs and plan to do business with them for annual maintenance checks for summer and winter. Outstanding!

I have used Hart over the past few years and they are great! They installed a new unit for us two years ago and we have used them since. We recently had a sewer line burst that drained into our air return system which was causing that smell to be circulated through our whole house so we turned off our AC. Well, not having AC in August was not fun. They came out the next day and checked it out and Keith called me instantly and told me that they would be on it the next day especially with having a 2 yr old in the house. Edward showed up promptly and did great work. Hats off to the whole Hart Heating and Air, especially Keith, Brett, and Edward!

They are very prompt and very good at communicating when they plan to arrive.On one occasion, fixing my A/C unit did not go as planned and a part was inadvertently broken. Fast professional and fair! In the heat of the morning Brett was there and quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it and gave me a no pressure recommendation of replacing my 30 year old furnace and air handler. Keith came out to see what the problem with our A/C was and was extremely friendly, polite, and courteous; not to mention the fact that he has about 28 years of experience under his belt. He found the solution to the problem and was able to come out a second time when I was able to pay for the repairs. He showed me their different levels of repair, what all is included, and how much it cost. I chose the bronze level and he still went above and beyond and did a few extra repairs. I felt like I could trust Keith to take care of me and my family. The remainder of our summer was nice and cool. Great job, Hart Heating and A/C!
