Due to lightening strike our air conditioner just quit working. Summer months in Texas. Phone call in the evening. Justin came out the next morning. Had the problem diagnosed right away. After getting the needed parts he was back the next morning. Fixed and cold air blowing. Service was outstanding and we now have our new air conditioning service!

I have been using Happy Air for all my AC and heating issues for almost 14 years. Justin, the owner, has always been honest with me about what it will take to fix an issue. Justin replaced one of my 3 HVAC system almost 10 years ago and he just replaced another one of my HVAC systems this week. When I made the decision to replace my 19 year old system on Monday he had the equipment installed and working by the end of the day Wednesday. His crew is very professional and have been with the company a long time. I would recommend Justin and Happy Air to anyone with HVAC issues or if you are looking at installing a new system.

Happy Air LLC has now replaced both of my A/C and Heat Exchangers along with all my duct work in my attic. This time they also installed a media filter and air filtration system. I’ve referred them to two of my family members who have also replaced units with them. I am so impressed by this company, their customer service, professionalism, honesty, promptness, AND their reasonable/fair price. Other quotes for the same systems came back much higher than Happy Air.Every time I’ve reached out to Happy Air, I get in touch with the owner immediately and have never waited longer than 24 hours for a visit to my home. Fairly priced, high quality work and no hard sales techniques like the big corporate companies. This is a boutique-level, local business - I got a great deal of education from the business owner himself, valuable info (no scare tactics).Before Happy Air I got insane quotes from a couple big corporate A/C companies to replace my whole house system. We were listing our house to sell, I didn’t want to break the bank. Happy Air told me exactly what needed to be replaced and what could stay, they did an awesome job and worked with our schedule. I was VERY comfortable with this team. Will I use them again? Absolutely.

Thanks to the many favorable comments about Happy Air LLC here on Google and on a local Facebook group, we asked Justin to come and give us an estimate to replace two furnaces and our main A/C system in December. He pointed out issues others didn’t see or mention in their estimates, and didn’t try to sell us stuff we didn’t need. Within a week he and his crew were here and replaced the entire system and rebalanced the air flow - what a difference this has made! The price was competitive and the workmanship was excellent. Chalk up one more very satisfied customer for Happy Air.

I have had very bad luck using repair companies recommended by friends/co-workers/etc, so when my AC went out last week, I wasnt sure what to do. Got on Google and randomly found Happy Air and Im so glad I did!!Justin came out within about an hour of me calling him, told me the exact problem and my two options for fixing it. Worked with me through the financing process, stayed in communication with me leading up to and through the entire installation, and didnt leave a trace of mess even though he had to replace an old coil in my attic.I dont wish AC problems on anyone (especially during a Houston summer), but if you need an honest, friendly, professional AC service, look no further. :)

Moving into a new home is special. When the heat is not working, in the middle of winter... yea, not so much! Justin over at Happy Air fixed my heat, explained to me thoroughly what the culprit was and checked in with me during the week to ensure all was working. No lie, I told him we could wait until Monday and I get a text from him early Saturday saying “it’s too cold, if you’re available I’ll be by to fix the heat today.” That action made me write this post. He could have charged me an arm and a leg but he was fair, honest and was service first. Happy Air has my business for forever.

Extremely satisfied with Happy Air LLC! Justin responded to my call immediately (weekend/late night) and was able to come out for an estimate the very next morning. He was very thorough in examining the issue and offered multiple solutions. I could tell he was very knowledgable in his line of work and had a very strong work ethic. I ended up replacing my entire heating/air system and his quote was the best brought to the table. Throughout the job, he kept me informed and resolved other issues he ran into along the way (older home). At job completion, he walked me through everything that was done and made sure I was comfortable with the job performed. Very pleased...definitely recommend!!!

Justin is about as competent an A/C tech as I have ever seen. Surprisingly, his prices are pretty good, too. He shows up on time, communicates exactly what is going on, and lays out the options in a meaningful way. Plus his truck seems to have every spare part imaginable within easy reach, so hes always prepared. As an engineer, I tend to give service-people a hard time, but this guy was unflappable. All of his explanations and solutions were sound.

Love this company! Honest, professional, prompt, and all done at a fair price. Andy and crew just finished installing a return air duct in a problem room in my house and I could not be more pleased with their work. As a matter of fact, this is the second return duct we had installed by them. This room is now 2 degrees cooler rather than 2 degrees warmer than the main part of the house. I am a repeat customer for life.

Although nice the people sent were not knowledgeable enough to listen and perhaps research. Also had power company out to check everything.
