    Halls got me worked in same day. Everyone I spoke with was very pleasant and professional. Marc was very nice and thorough. He got my old unit going again and gave me suggestions for a new unit. I would highly recommend themMy old unit finally died. Denny, Ethan, and Jacob was the team that installed my new unit. My 1st experience with this company is the reason I called when it was time to replace our unit. Everyone I spoke with and dealt with were very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Very professional employees. Denny was so good about keeping me informed. He also was very good about explaining the thermostat and setting up the ap on my phone. They had quite a time getting my old unit out of the space it was in. It was quite a job! But they got it done and were very nice while doing it!I would highly recommend this company for not only taking care of their customers but also their employees.Keep up the good work!Below are pictures of my old unit.     I would highly recommend the Hall’s team. From Caleb to the install crew of Denny, Chris and Hector everything was clearly outlined and the team showed up on time and completed the task on time and did a great job of clean up. They also went over operation of the unit and the new thermostat. Give them a try for your HVAC needs.

    I have had the pleasure of with with multiple technicians. Jasper and Jaxon were both awesome with troubleshooting and helping decide what was best for my unit! We ended up replacing my furnace. Denny and Jojo were respectful and diligent in their work. They had the furnace replaced before I knew it! 5 star service ain’t a joke! These guys take it seriously!

    Marc with Halls Heating and air exceeded our expectations. He was descriptive, helpful, & very knowledgeable in his field.     On Nov. 14 I called for an inspection and servicing of my gas furnace. I received a text description and picture of my technician Luis. Upon inspection Luis declared the furnace unsafe. He did the right thing and I am proud of him. He pulled the plug and cut the gas condeming the unit. Upon receiving approval from the home owner Luis and another technician Denny removed the old unit and installed a new safe and efficient gas heater. Both gentlemen worked hard and professionally . I now feel safe and warm. I vote Halls Heating and Air as well as both technicians Luis and Denny 5 plus stars. thank you Diana

    Luis came out to help us and was extremely thorough and helpful. We were fighting with our home warranty service for weeks about our air conditioner. He got us working and helped us to get what we needed to get reimbursed by the warranty. He was great!

    We had a new air conditioning and heating unit put in our house today JoJo Ethan Jacob came. They did the most professional job friendly kind we loved having them here. My mom was very pleased with the work. They cleaned up afterwards. Our dogs loved them. JoJo explained everythingOK, my mom‘s 89 and she bended his ear for a while and he listens very sweetly to her, we had to see them go we would have them come again if we ever had any problems we got the extended warranty. We look forward to seeing them again for maintenance calls. Thank you again everybody if you need them call them. They’re the ones to call thank you Caleb for coming by.

    I am very pleased with the install and the whole process from start to finish. Our AC went out and Caleb was quick to arrive, no long waiting. Caleb was very professional and told us all the options available to us and quoted us a decent price for a new high end unit. Within only two days we were ready for the install, that is quick turnaround at its best. Jose and Ethan done a fantastic job on the install, all the way, from the plumbing, carpentry, and electrical. Jose made recommendations for the AC placement and we couldnt be happier. Additionally, the area was left cleaner then before they started.

    We had an issue with our furnace not starting in cold weather. Jaxon identified the problem within 10 minutes and clearly explained the fix. Once I gave him clearance, Jaxon fixed the problem within an hour, no fuss and at a reasonable price. Great service, would recommend.

    We have several units and a whole system that Halls comes to work on or maintain on a regular basis. They are always quick when we need something and stay on top of the maintenance of our larger system. Today, Ramon came to fix our AC unit that went out. He was finished in no time at all. Ramon is the primary person that comes to take care of our stuff and he is great. Wonderful customer service, always polite, and always has a smile on his face! I would recommend them to any home or business!

    Halls Heating and Air was great to work with when my unit suddenly expired during that hot spell at the end of June. When I called, the scheduler was so kind and was able to quickly work me in. Caleb was very helpful while diagnosing the issue and assisting me in choosing which option would work best for me. Chris helped to keep me in my home until the new unit could be installed, even coming over late with the portable unit. As far as the installation went, Jose and Jaxon were awesome! They showed up early, on time, and got it done! They cleaned everything up and explained the process and answered all my questions. This whole process has been friendly and courteous. I will gladly refer my friends to Halls in the future.

    Turned on my AC unit and heard a noise lthinking maybe the pipes slipped loose in the attic. Called and was told call if you hear the noise again. So waited and unit was barely blowing cool air ,so called back and they sent out Marc to look at the unit. Marc looked over the unit and explained the problem. Marc answered all my questions and told me a few things to do as I learn how to gauge the temperature. ( Havent had a central air unit in many years only heat). Marc was very helpful and the one to call if you need any help with your heating or air unit. Thank you Marc for helping me out today1/29/25 new review:I highly recommend Halls Heating and Air. Ive had a few issues with the unit and a tech has come and fixe the problem. But what I really like is a picture is sent so you know who is showing up. John did a few testing in different parts of the house to gauge the air flow. John also went way beyond his services and put new window insulation on both of my front windows to help keep the the house warmer. Marc did a great job using his gauges to check temp of the air coming from the floor ducks and some things to the unit itself. They both did a fantastic job today working on the problems. So thank you both for your help and services today a job very well done. Thank you . I give these guys 5 gold stars. Had to write on the bottom of an old post for this review done.

    We were having problems with the heating during this really cold weather and Marc from Halls Heating and Air came to check it out. He found a problem and showed me pictures and patiently explained what was going on. He said he would have to order a part and come back and fix it. He got it nice and warm and came back the next day and repaired the part that wasnt working properly. If i could give yall 10 stars I would because I think yall deserve it! Thank you so much Marc and Halls Heating and Air for taking great care of your customers!!Alfredo and FayeJojo, Yilmar and Denny from Halls Heating and Air came to our house to remove our old heating/air unit and install a new unit for us today. They introduced themselves and were very polite. They asked if we had any questions or concerns and they were quick to respond to any that we had.     Luis and Chris just finished a difficult air conditioning job 12 feet in the air to reach the unit. They had to call in a crane. Together they figured out the problem and fixed it. They even missed lunch 2 days in a row because they were so focused. I would rate them 10 stars if you went that high.Luis was very polite and professional. He kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and approximately how much time it would take.Great employees!!!!!

    On a Thursday night our air conditioner went out. I called several places in my small town Friday morning, but they were unable to help out and some didn’t even call me back. A quick Google search for my surrounding area lead me to Halls. The woman who answered was so sweet and kind and said she would get us on the list before the end of the day, she would just have to juggle and squeeze us in. And she did! It was end of day, and thankfully we were in triple degree weather, Luis showed up and took care of us. Luis was exceptionally knowledgeable and he did t just stop at our issue but did a thorough check of our whole system and explained what we may need in the upcoming future. We even decided to buy their membership program after he explained it to us in depth and it was definitely something we would need. Thank you so much Halls, especially Luis, for getting our system back up and running and explaining everything to us so we would understand!!

    We have nothing but positive to say about this company. We called on a Tuesday morning and were able to get an appointment the next day. A short time later, we received a call that they had a cancellation and could come see us that same day. We ended up having to purchase a complete new unit. Caleb was so helpful and and helped get everything set up and two days later we had a fantastic crew made up of Ryan, Robert, Jose and Yilmar come and install the unit. We were very impressed with their knowledge and professionalism during this experience. Holly checked on us multiple times during the installation process to help answer any questions and make sure we were completely satisfied. We would highly recommend this company!!

    Called Halls Heating &Air about replacing my central A/C system.They sent Russell to evaluate my equipment and put together several options for upgrades.He is very knowledgeable and professional. Was very helpful in making my decision.When my new equipment arrived with the installers Russell was there to get everyone started on the right foot. He took them through the house and showed everything that was to be done.He helped unload new equipment and came back several times to check on installer crew.Russell then came back and went over the system and new thermostat with us.     Halls is absolutely amazing. They can send a tech when everyone else is a month out. Russell literally saved my teams life. A coffee maker ended up wired wrong, he made sure everyone was safe.     We installed a 5 ton heating and air system in our home today. A big shout out to Halls installers: Robert, Carson, Ryan for dealing with the snow, rain and mud. These guys were fantastic! Carson and Ryan answered all my questions on the new system and took time to show me how everything works. I would recommend Halls Heating and Air in a heartbeat just because of these guys. Caleb spent 5 hours at our house on the initial bid going over everything and looking at our old system showing me what was wrong and what we could do better on.     Hall technicians (Jasper, Jose, Robert) showed up on time. They worked non stop for 12 hours to complete a new heating and air installation so my mother in law would have heat for the night with the low projected to be around freezing. They were very respectful and pleasant to work with! They took their time to do the job right. They cleaned up after they finished the job. I can’t remember a better experience I’ve had with a contractor! We had two other bids for the job and Hall’s bid was the lowest bid by a few dollars. Caleb worked up the bid and explained all the demolition and rebuild of the new heating and air unit. Oh, when I called the Hall’s number, Delyn answered and was very pleasant and informative.I’m extremely satisfied with the whole experience with Hall!I would Highly recommend Hall!!

    This team was excellent, I would absolutely recommend Steves refrigeration. John, Louis and Jo Jo , came an evaluated what was going on with my AC unit right away and came up with a plan, an got it up and running. They went above and beyond my expectation !!     We used hall heating and air for our new equipment installation, after the service call from Caleb where he showed and explained how our heating and air unit was worn out, giving his recommendations and estimate’s on new units and was very helpful. Also,Holly has been a big help, however Jasper and Jose got the job going early in the morning after explaining the process. Shortly after Denny came to give them a hand. They were done before 5 and each one of them were professional, nice, and well mannered.A few days later we had Luis and Jose come back and replace a damaged hail guard and install a CO2 alarm, they were very courteous and didn’t waste any time getting it done.

    I am just so impressed will Halls! From the moment I called them, I had wonderful service. Holly was so excited to see my heating system, I had a dinosaur of a furnace, and had such enthusiasm about working on it! Jaxon came out and looked at everything and I did need to replace my furnace. I went ahead and added central a/c and a special filter upgrade for my home. With all the work they had to do, I thought it would take them a couple of days at least. Nope! Jaxon came out with Jose, Jasper, Dylan, and Denny and they hot everything done in one day!
