A/c kept flipping our breakers when trying to heat the home so we were freezing with the cold front that came in. Called Hachi Air cuz they were nearby and they were able to come in same day. Billy walked me through all the issues and made sure I understood what we needed to work on and why. It was very educational. He was able to get the fix we needed before the end of the day so we could have heat for the night. Signed up for their maintenance plan so if something else occurs they get notified to fix right away. Very handy. Excellent customer service and ton of knowledge.

Finding a straight shooting, trustworthy AC company in SA is becoming real scarce these days. Hachi Air and tech Billy really exceeded the expectations we all hope for showing up at our doorstep. My house is a new build and Airtron slopped everything together. I called Billy to come by for a routine AC and furnise inspection from Airtrons mess. He found smooshed ducs with poor airflow. He popped both units open and thoroughly gauged for accurate measurement numbers. What i really liked was Billy explaining everything hands-on and not trying to falsely sell and pick my pockets. Thanks for the outstanding service!

Billy came by on time to inspect the HVAC system. He was prompt and informative. His prices are reasonable and his honestly is appreciated. We had previous quotes which were high, yet the need for the service wasn’t clearly explained. Billy clearly indicated what we truly needed to maintain our system and offered to work with us on the prices that fit our current budget. I highly recommend him.

They were very informative of the work that was being done, recorded video of the issues and did additional maintenance that wasn’t required but really wanted to ensure the work would be completely up to his standards. Amazing! Hachi Air was able to provide exceptional and timely service when my house was unable to maintain temperature, especially when I had family visiting from out of town. The attention to detail, professionalism, and friendliness that I received is unparalleled. My concerns were heard and understood and solved quickly. Not only were my HVAC issues resolved but I was guided through the process step by step to ensure I knew what was being done and why. This added an extra level of comfort and security for me in not just knowing why, but also trusting I wasn’t being sold on something I didn’t need. Professional AND personable service like this is hard to come by especially when the demand or HVAC maintenance and repairs are so high in San Antonio. Great customer service. I reached out after having 2 larger companies come out to check my system. Both companies stated 2 different things were broken and the options for fixes were in the thousands. I called Hachi Air for a 3rd option after seeing the great reviews. Billy answered, agreed to come out same day and did a full inspection. It turned out that the only thing wrong was my Freon levels were low. He filled it up and now a week later my air is still working perfect. I asked if there was anything else I could do to monitor the system and he set me up with a new thermostat that monitors the system and let’s him and myself know if anything stops working properly. He literally saved me thousands of dollars by simply being honest and not guessing at possible issues.

My heat pump malfunctioned on a Friday mid-day. I googled ac repair near me getting Hachi air. Billy came out that afternoon and found two things wrong with my unit. Due to the hour and needing parts,he ended up making 3 trips to my house. His low invoice surprised me. I thought it would be more. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. The unit is now working fine.

Having air ventilation issues in the house right before Thanksgiving always sucks. We called Billy from Hachi Air and he showed up on short notice which was much appreciated. He took the time to courteously explain the maintenance and cleaning process for our HVAC unit. Most all of the other HVAC guys we have dealt with always went to straight for the hard sell for unit replacement- but he understood that is simply not an option for most of us in this economy! I settled with a deep clean of the indoor unit and a capacitor replacement for the outdoor unit. I can confidently say that we will have more life out of our system- and that is a great peace of mind

My husband and I just bought a house, and in the inspection they noted our HVAC was not ventilating properly. We moved in and called several different places, saying it could be a week or more before they’d come out because they didn’t have enough technicians. Billy with Hachi Air came out SAME DAY to check out our situation. It was literally 100 degrees outside and this man crawled up into our attic to make sure everything was fixed and ventilating properly. Luckily ours wasn’t a full replacement, but the price was still extremely fair and he was willing to work with us as well. He even called a week later to check in and gave us his cell in case anything happens. These people are the real deal and remind me why I’ll always shop local instead of big corporate. I Was staying at an Air bnb in San Antonio for business… A/C went out late evening called the home owner to fix unit… no companies would book a service call that night… until the owner called Hachi Air! And before it got too uncomfortable Billy came out and got us up and running that night! Awesome job by Hachi Air , speedy service, very technical my unit is the old R22 but Billy and his team saved the day and was honest and fixed it for me it was a failed blower motor he got me up and running and my dog who is a golden retriever was panting and when the AC got up and running He was excited wouldn’t stop licking those guys from Hachi Air .
