Amazing results! We moved into a 20 year old home with original floors and Billy did an outstanding job on our tile floors, carpet and patio. We were concerned about replacement cost but the results are “like new”. Flawless tiles! Carpet stains magically gone! Perfect patio! I should have taken “before and after” pictures as these photos don’t do justice to the quality of work. Please use this independent owner-operator and help support his small company. You won’t be disappointed.

I moved in a house that was built in 1978 and it has the original floor tile in the foyer, kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. I dont think the grout has ever been cleaned. Photo shown is almond colored grout sealer and it made my floors look new.Billy is very knowledgable and provided excellent service.

I will start off by saying that a five star rating doesn’t do these guys any justice. I understand that 5/5 is 100% but both Scott and Billy went so far beyond 100%. We cannot thank them enough. My wife and I just bought our first home and had new floors put in (roughly 1400 sf). Our bonehead contractor decided to seal the grout by mopping on a cheap sealant with a sponge not only sealing our grout but also our porcelain wood-look tile. I discovered after that fact that you DO NOT DO SEAL THE TILE! The sealant left a milky/dirty looking haze all over our brand new floor that was nearly impossible to get up after it dried. Our contractor left us high and dry and somehow disappeared off the face of the earth. My wife, who is 39 weeks pregnant, and I were forced to go at this on our own. We spent countless hours on our hands and knees scrubbing the floors with no success. We threw in the towel and finally got in touch with Clean Bright. It was like a weight was lifted off our shoulders after the first call. We had come to the resolution that our floor was ruined but they knew exactly what we were dealing with and had a solution. They were able to come out a few days later and hit the ground running. It was an insanely tough job and they worked countless hours going over the floor multiple times just so it would be done right. I truly did not believe we would ever get floors back but they were able to save us from this nightmare. There are not enough positive things I can say about both Scott and Billy and would absolutely recommend them to anyone.

Our first contact after calling was with Amy. She was very friendly and discussed our tile cleaning needs and options in much detail. She also explained that their warranty on tile cleaning was that technician would not leave the job until we were completely satisfied. After deciding together that we only needed tile cleaning services (without grout sealing) she gave us a ballpark per square estimate for their cleaning services. Using the area that we had previously measured, we came up with total ballpark estimate for their services. She explained that technician would come out and measure tile area to confirm area, check nature of the job and give us a no obligation, free bid before starting actual work. She then promptly scheduled a time for technician’s visit. The technician, Luke, arrived right on time. He quickly confirmed area of tile to be cleaned and gave us a firm bid for work that was right in line with the ballpark estimate Amy had previously given to us, After agreeing on bid, Luke began to meticulously clean the tile paying much attention to detail. He completed his work in about 3 hours and then invited us to do a careful inspection of his work and thoroughly cleaned the very few, small spots that he missed living up to the warranty Amy had described. Our 31 year old tile (that had never before been cleaned) now looks like new! We are very happy with the friendly customer service, and tile cleaning services at a reasonable price and recommend using Clean Bright for your tile cleaning needs.

I don’t know, 160+ reviews, and all are 5 stars! Either this guy has a pretty extensive network of family and friends, or he spends a lot of time writing. I have to say, it all seemed pretty suspicious.After reading many of the reviews, I decided to set up an appointment to have all 822 sq. ft of 12” tile cleaned, and the grout sealed. We have been in our home for 16 years, and have never had it professionally cleaned. I did steam clean the tile and grout about 5 years ago, and my wife does a weekly cleaning, but it was time to have it professionally cleaned.And that is exactly what we received, from the moment Scott enter the house I felt that I had made the right choice in selecting CleanBright. Scott got started with the cleaning and then the colored sealer. Billy arrived a little later to help ensure the job was completed in one visit. They are not a franchise, or a large company with a corporate office based out somewhere else, USA. Billy owns the business, and Scott is his right-hand man. Actually, Scott and Billy are the entire crew. Not overlook Tasha, as she handles all the calls and scheduling, and without her, they would have nothing to clean.The bottom line is that the entire process is top notch. The 100% satisfaction guarantee is just that, they won’t leave until you are completely happy with the job. Believe me, I was hoping to test the guarantee, but they did such a good job, I had nothing.Moving forward, we will schedule to have the tile cleaned once a year, and I assure you, it will be CleanBright.

Used CleanBright for the first time for a very big tile cleaning job (almost our entire downstairs) and was very impressed with all aspects of their work! Definitely give Billy at CleanBright a call! We built a brand new home 2 years ago and I recently looked at the kitchen floor and was appalled at how dirty it had already become! With a baby and a dog things got stained and dirty quickly. I saw great reviews for CleanBright online and was not disappointed! Billy made sure I had the exact color I wanted for the color seal and did exceptional work. The tile and grout look brand new again! His prices are very reasonable and he finishes the work quickly. My cleaning lady treated my luxury vinyl floors with a wax product which left streaks and layers of circles all over my floor. My house is only a year and a half old and the floors were horrific! I called clean bright and ask them to come out to see if they could help repair my floors. What an incredible experience! CleanBright came to our house yesterday to clean and seal all the tiles and grout in our master bathroom and we were pleased with their services! Our bathroom was long overdue but looks as good as new now! They also cleaned all of our outdoor furniture as well and we couldnt be happier. I’m truly in awe of the technology CleanBright uses to clean, recolor, and seal tile and grout. We were in major need of tile/grout restoration for some older bathrooms in our newly remodeled home that were not in our renovation budget. In addition to this, we needed a huge amount of carpet cleaned. In a perfect world, I wanted one company that could take care of both of these things and do them well. Billy and Scott, not only transformed these bathrooms into (what I think looks) brand new, but they were willing and able to get the job done quickly. I called them on Thursday to talk through our needs and explain our time crunch with an imminent move. They showed up first thing Monday morning and were finished that afternoon! And the carpet looks amazing + ScotchGuard protected now. Praise! The beauty of this company is not only their quality and services, but their trustworthiness. We recently had an excellent experience with CleanBright. Billy showed up right on time and was very kind and professional. We had carpet in three bedrooms plus a rug cleaned and scotch guarded. Also had our kitchen tile and grout cleaned, and were pleasantly surprised when he said he could also repair some of the grout! Billy explained his grout color seal and gave us our color options. This company was very responsive and did a great job on my floors. I had them clean tile in my kitchen, as well as carpets in bedrooms and hallway. Very friendly, honest, and fair! I do wish the grout could have been lightened more, but I hadn’t had my grout sealed when the floor was installed, so Scott explained that usually on light colored grout, the expected results are for grout to be about 85% of the original shade in the heaviest traffic areas.

I normally dont leave reviews unless i am super upset about my service. But today, I am overly obligated to Praise Billy for his extraordinary service. We hadnt cleaned our tiles in the kitchen and bathroom for 5 years. So when Billy told us that our tiles will look brand new when he is done... I was super skeptical. But Boy !! I was in for a big shock. Our kitchen and shower tiles looked EVEN BETTER than brand new. Billy was very knowledgeable, and a super hard worker. When he was done, our place looked amazingly clean and smelled super fresh. I would recommend him to anyone. I had Clean Bright come out last week to clean about 600 of saltillo tile that hasnt been treated in almost 20 years. Very dirty and marked up. Billy came out to provide a quote, which was VERY competitive, and Sam did the actual cleaning. I couldnt have asked for a better job. Sam took special care and detail in cleaning all of the surfaces, being very careful not to damage the freshly painted baseboards. I couldnt have been more pleased with the outstanding results. Billy and CleanBright provided great service! In March, 2017 our water heater burst and ruined all of our wood flooring. The removal and replacement of the old water heater resulted in small amounts of rusty water spilling onto our grout and tile, leaving ugly spots on the grout. Workers in the house constantly for over a week also contributed to the tile flooring and grout being exceptionally dirty. My husband found CleanBright on the internet. After all of the repair work was complete, I called CleanBright and spoke to Billy. He came out, provided an estimate and cleaned the tile flooring and grout and it looks new. He pretreated all of the grout and then steam cleaned. The tile and grout were approximately 4 years old and Billy restored their “new” look. I am extremely pleased with their work. Pricing was very fair and competitive and service was prompt. Would definitely recommend them.

We asked CleanBright to help us with a shower restoration / regrouting along with sealing the grout in the shower and bathroom.I called and asked about their process, and Alan was extremely helpful and informative about how they work and what products they use.They came out and did an estimate, then scheduled us for the services the next day (very quickly)!Julian was the main tech that worked on this project, and he was amazing. It took a bit of time to figure out the best way to connect to a water source and how to plug in all their equipment, but they did a wonderful job finding the best solution and made sure to put towels down to ensure cleanliness.Julian was a perfectionist and even came back to fill in some color seal that was needed after he regrouted part of the bathroom. He took a lot of time to make sure it looked great, and we are very happy with the result.Overall, very professional and courteous people that did a great job. Thanks!

CleanBright had their work cut out for them when they came to our house! Our initial plan was to power wash the tile in the kitchen and the bathrooms. Our floors were surprisingly dirty from the years of build up, and CB renewed the flooring above and beyond our expectations. The team that came out patiently answered questions regarding the work as they came up and brought new life to our floor. They made reasonable recommendations and even repaired a couple of cracks in the tile that had accrued over the years. In addition, while they were here, we asked if they could power wash the exterior of the house, and they managed to squeeze us into their busy schedules. The previous owners of our home put a sealer on 260 sq ft of tiles without cleaning the grout first. It looked nasty and I couldnt clean it. If you are looking for someone to clean and seal your tile and grout, look no more! Billy and Scott of Clean Bright cleaned and color sealed the tile in our 2 small bathrooms and entry hallway this week They arrived at the expected time and everything from there just got better. This tile was installed in 1998 and had never been professionally cleaned nor was it ever sealed. (See before and after pictures.) The change was remarkable, brightening the entirety of all three areas. Both men were very personable and I had a serious need for a small project that was completely unrelated to what they were doing so I decided to ask for their help. The project was to remove a door from its hinges and place it in the garage. They cheerfully took care of this for which I am very grateful. Im certainly not advocating that you should ask the CleanBright crew to do handyman jobs while they are doing what you hired them to do. I just wanted to highlight how special these guys are. While I dont expect the floor to need cleaning for many years, I will certainly call CleanBright when I need window or gutter cleaning as these are also part of the services they do.

We used Cleanbright a few weeks ago to clean some hard stains on our brand new carpet. A few weeks later I noticed the stain was lighter but had expanded slightly. I already know that hard stains can be hard if not impossible to remove on a white carpet, but when I reached out to them they didn’t hesitate to schedule an appointment two days later to follow up. They did a new treatment and were able to completely remove all of the stains from our white carpet, completely. I asked how much I would owe them and they said they no charge, they just wanted me to be satisfied. I couldn’t believe it, I didn’t think that there are still companies that put customer service over everything else. I will use this company for life, they are environmentally friendly, they are good at what they do, and most importantly they will ensure customer satisfaction.

Came out to inspect and measure the job. Wanted kitchen and dining area tile floor cleaned and grout sealed. David was very pleasant and thorough with the cleaning. Came out perfectly clean with sparkling clean grout-amazing. Sealed grout. Left area clean with good instructions for allowing complete drying and keeping floor free from water for 24 hours. Will get all the tile floors in my house cleaned next. Prices are very reasonable. Will recommend to all.

I called CleanBright and they came out and gave us a quote with no pressure to schedule right away. Tasha called about a week later to see if we were interested in the services. I scheduled them to come out a week later. Billy was punctual and very polite. He came in and introduced himself and showed us more pictures of his work. We chose to do the color seal since we have 5 dogs in the house. Normally he has another guy with him for such a large amount of tile. Over 800 square feet of tile, but he worked alone and was not only nice and professional, he also was generally interested in our family as well. This shows me that he actually cares about his customers and is interested in their happiness as well. I will highly recommend his company to everyone. Very reasonably priced for the final product.

Carpet and grout cleaning went great - Billy was punctual, gave me an estimate before hand (which he stuck to), called to confirm our appointment, and was pleasant and very professional. I was up the proverbial creek without a paddle until CleanBright came along! I had a small, fly by night company redo my master bathroom shower in January 2020. By January 2021, it had sprang a leak into my garage downstairs. I hadn’t used it since then and it’s now July. I used the guest bathroom due to the master shower needing to have its caulking redone, according to my home warranty repairman. Okay. Fine. Now comes the research. Several companies wanted in excess of $500 just to come out and do the work I needed to have done. CleanBright didn’t charge me even close to that. I did my due diligence and called several tile and grout cleaning companies. The first two almost seemed like they didn’t want my business and only wanted to quote over the phone. I was not familiar with the process of tile and grout cleaning. My last call was to Cleanbright and Tausha was the girl who answered the phone. She was patient and spent over 20 minutes on the phone with me and answered all of my questions. Scott performed the service on my tile and grout and he took the time to explain the process again. I was unsure of the difference between the clear seal versus the color seal, but he went over the difference and we chose the water proof color seal. As much as I use reviews to help in my decision making, Ive given very few. But CleanBright did such an amazing job from beginning to end, I have to share the experience. Tasha, Tasha, Tasha! Finally someone in the service industry who can answer questions over the phone and not just schedule appointments. She explained to me the cleaning process, provided a round about price, and walked me through what to expect on the day of service.Then there was Scott. I had an appt set up and not only was I unable to make it, I was unable to call and let them know I wasnt going to be there. Scott called twice, when I was finally able to call back he was SO nice about it, despite the fact that I clearly pulled a no show. He came back two weeks later, I couldnt make the appt again, but my sister handled it for me. My sister was VERY impressed with the amount of information he provided her and at one point they even called me and I was able to talk directly with Scott while he was writing up the estimate.Day of service - on time, no surprises, GREAT JOB. I was expecting Scott but instead the owner/operator showed up. Scott was unable to make it and instead of rescheduling Billy did the job. Could not be more pleased. Thanks CleanBright.

Clean Bright seriously saved my sanity! My situation totally had me at a loss... The crazy rain we recently had found its way through a rubber grommet in the firewall of my G37, and left the drivers side floorboard carpet of THE INTERIOR OF MY CAR a soggy pool of STAGNANT WATER! I took it to the dealership to help me be sure I knew the source of the leak and they said they could get it dry. They confirmed the source, and (of course) found some other necessary service items to take care of. So I pick it up three days later (as theyre closing...my fault there), and to my terror the water is STILL JUST SITTING THERE!At this point I really had no means to deal with this on my own so I called these tile and grout and carpet guys... Billy totally came to my rescue, vacuuming out the standing water and even letting me borrow overnight these awesome little high power fans that fit perfectly in the front and rear floor of my car! I was freaking out about having to deal with mold and mildew smells, and Billy got me taken care of ASAP! ...he definitely went above and beyond to help me stay sane!
