    Griggs Mechanical was recommended to us and reviews were great. We called Chase Griggs to get an estimate. Within a few hours we recieved his estimate and date work would be scheduled. His installers were very professional and efficient. Chase as the owner was very hands on and I would recommend using them for all your A/C services.

    Very Professional, on time, friendly. From April in the office, to Chase & Robert, all were pleasant to work with. Diagnosed the issue, gave me a concrete quote stuck to that price. Kept me updated with the project & when it would be completed. Finished the work at a timely manner. I will be using Griggs for any future work when needed and would definitely recommend giving them a call. Youd be a lot cooler if you did.

    Called for a spring tune up. They came out the next day. Arrived on time. Did a very thorough job and we are good to go. Ryan was very professional and friendly. They were referred to us by a neighbor and we have already referred them to two more neighbors. I believe that is the highest form of praise. Nice job. Thanks.Lost AC on second floor last night. Griggs sent out a technician first thing this morning. Ronnie did a very thorough job. He was professional, friendly and explained everything he was doing and why. Tried everything to prevent a larger $$ fix. This company is first rate and honest. Highly recommend for your AirCo issues. Special kudos to Ronnie for a job well done.

    After the company I purchased my mini split unit from shut down their hvac section of business, and refused to reply or help in anyway, Chase Griggers went beyond expectations to get the warranty department to except responsibility of the defective unit and replace it.They sent their techs out and we got it installed and up and going now after 3 months being without.Thanks Griggs Mechanical

    Griggs Mechanical is a great company for A/C service. They had come highly recommended from a friend and neighbor and I am so thankful for the referral. Dan was friendly and courteous, and I appreciate his honesty. He seemed very knowledgeable as well. Nice to see reasonable prices when everything has gotten so expensive. It does add up, but hopefully we extended the life of my system with maintenance for the long run! Thank you for a job well done. Many blessings for you company!

    Ryan Cline was the best. Came out diagnosed the ac issue which was electrical called his guy he waited on him and Stayed till the issue was fixed. What a great professional all around nice guy ! Thank you Chase.

    Very impressed with the service we received. Dakota came out, did a estimate on replacing vs repairing our system and it couldnt have been easier. We had gone through two other local companies, this experience was 100 times better than what we had dealt with in the past. Purchased a whole new system and it was installed in just a couple hours.     Im so happy we reached out to Griggs for our ac needs! We were running late for our appointment and the tech was so patient and understanding that he waited about 30 minutes for us to get there. Talk about excellent customer service!!!! They were able to confirm that our ac was no longer good and that we needed to get it replaced. They gave us options and explained everything thoroughly. Just 2 days later, Griggs came back out to install our new system and got it all done in a matter of hours. We are so happy with our new ac system!     Dakota has come out to do repairs on our system twice in the last few weeks and has done an amazing job. Chase has also been great in helping us figure out what is going on and working with us when we had unexpected repairs that were more than we could afford at that time. I would recommend this company for all HVAC needs as they are honest and caring and will stay all day to make sure that the job is done and all problems are fixed!

    After buying our first home in February 2021 I soon realized the repairs and fixtures were mine to handle and not maintenance anymore. When my AC unit in master was out I did not know who to call or what to do. Found Griggs Mechanical from a referral from my parents, who live about 55 miles from me. I was impressed as Griggs works the metroplex and not one specific area. Needless to say my Master was blasting when the heat wave came. They have serviced my house now a few times. AC and Heat plus updates and cleaning the units. Always fast, prompt and competitive pricing & great value. I like the updates when my mechanic is on the way, I get a text message when finished and then a link to the detailed job that was done with my invoice. I highly recommend Griggs Mechanical for your HVAC needs! Chase the owner is great and his crew does a wonderful job especially Ken who has handled all my jobs!

    I called Griggs mechanical after they were highly recommend from a friend of mine, I was not disappointed. I had been without heat for three weeks due to fighting the home warranty company to pay for a new furnace. After they said they would not cover the furnace I called Chase and told him the situation, he ordered a furnace for me that same day and said they would be out the next day, Saturday morning, to install it so I wouldnt be without heat with the cold front that was coming. Was very impressed when Chase himself came to help one of his techs Jay install it in my home. Was pleasantly suprised with the excellent knowledge of both of them and their professionalism. Will definitely call again for any of my heating and air needs! Thanks guys!
