    Will, Josh, and everyone from Gregg Air were always willing to come whenever we had issues with our air handler in the attic. We ended up replacing the unit at an incredible price. We fully trust their expertise and believe that they truly care to provide excellent service at an affordable price. We highly recommend their service!

    Gregg Air did a great job installing my new A/C system. I had a home warranty to cover the cost when the system finally died but they would only cover repairs. The evaporator coil was leaking and even with a warranty it would have cost me between $1,800 and $2,500 to get it fixed. Gregg got me into a new system at a little bit over double that. What I got was an upgrade from a 3 ton to a 4 ton unit, for a 12 SEER to a 16 SEER. I have had the system for a little bit over a week and even in the Texas heat my house has stayed at 69 degrees. Even when my old system was new it could not do this. The staff did a great job Mike, Will, and the install crew entertained my crazy questions and made me feel like a customer that has some input as well as making sure they got me what I needed and wanted. I am not one to leave reviews unless the service is very bad, but in this case I have to give Gregg Air a much appreciated Thanks and good job. I could not be happier and after other quotes to install a system I feel like I got a good deal and good service.

    Gregg Air is currently finishing installation of my heat pump. They are professional, easy to work with and offered me a zero interest for 12 months! The ac unit worked fantastically all summer; because heating costs were too high, they are installing a heat pump now. If you need HVAC, call them. They came out to service the unit in summer and winter and are now upgrading to the heat pump to save money on heating costs. Thanks, Will Green!

    First let me say the people at Gregg are excellent. They are all very professional and efficient. The first compressor was defective , Sonny pulled five people in the next day , gave us a portable AC and fixed everything within one day. Even came in after hours to insure everything was working.

    Our AC has not been keeping up with the heat so we asked for some help. Gregg Air sent Cesar to our house to check things out. I like the text alerts letting us know when he was on the way. Cesar was very helpful and informative. He cleaned the unit and verified temp and pressure. Our house is cooler today than its been in two weeks. Extremely happy with the service! Thank you

    First, I wanted to say how Gregg Air, LLC truly cares about their customers. Josh Hunter helped me with the initial install of my condenser. Excellent service, punctual and passed along the Goodman discount provided because my install was during low peek period of air conditioning work. Apparently Goodman gives discounts to wholesalers during the winter because business is slow. After receiving several quotes for Goodman brand install Josh came in and advised me of the promotion and how they pass along that discount to the customer. I was delighted and felt lucky that at least i found a problem with the AC during a promotion period and that Gregg Air passes along those savings. Now, the install happened in January of 2020 and it has started to warm up now that Spring is almost here. My condenser started making an odd noise. I of course freaked out and texted Josh on a Sunday night. He responded immediately and said himself or Matt would be in the area tomorrow and they would stop by to look at it. Matt showed up right on time, and hooked up the gauge to check the coolant. He quickly adjusted the level of the coolant down and the issue was immediately fixed. No popping noises when it started and no loud noises as it was running. My understanding is the liquid expands in warmer climates so it makes sense that now that it is getting warmer it became overfilled. Josh had advised me that the coolant would likely need to be adjusted after the AC runs a few days. If youre looking for an honest and reliable installer for A/C and Heating please make sure you speak to Josh or Matt at Gregg Air. They truly are looking out for their customers.

    Our property management company took a while to ok the part needed to repair our AC unit. What they authorized was the ordering a new part that only one location in TX had, which meant we were living with temporary units in TX in triple digit weather. When the part didnt show up as it was supposed to and we were told it would be another four days until it was rectified, two associates were beyond helpful - one woman (I forgot your name, Im sorry!) called the regional representative to escalate the issue, and Marshall stood there for two hours while the part was searched for, and then showed up immediately to install it. He showed up to repair and was done within 15 minutes and got us back working. Their communication was great and they really went above and beyond to take care of our family.

    Gregg Air (the emergency branch, specifically) did a fantastic job helping us in a very crucial situation. We recently moved in to a new home and our rental company has been dissatisfying, to say the least.Despite the annoyances of working with our rental company, Gregg Air got our AC running after two visits. Everyone we spoke to at this company was respectful, communicative, and simply on top of it. They were personable, and made us feel validated in our situation, where no one else involved was listening to us. It had been 92° in our house for three days. With chronic asthma, and a Siberian Husky, being hot was not our only concern - it became a medical concern. Gregg Air treated this situation for what it was - an emergency. We are very very grateful to them!

    Gregg Air, LLC was hired to repair my heating system, and even though i informed him on a short/sudden notice during his busy work day, he made a way to get me worked into his schedule. He arrived promptly and immediately begin to diagnose the system to determine the cause with precision, and repair the system with a high level of proficiency. He stayed focused and calm during the entire process and went beyond the expectation of the call to make sure the system was in good working condition. He demonstrated great work ethics and professionalism and gave a very fair and affordable price for the work completed. I will continue to use Gregg Air LLC for all my future AC/Heating needs due to the trust relationship that i have come to develop with this company. Thanks again for a job well done!!!

    Start with the quick response of the salesman Stephen Spires and professionalism of the tech Antonio and his assistant. Talked to them for the first time on Wednesday afternoon, they showed up on Thursday morning at 9:00 am with new air conditioner and gas furnace as promised and by 3:00 pm they have completed the replacement and cleaned up after themselves.I heard from them more times via text or email in 24 hrs. than I had from my previous HVAC contractor in two weeks.

    I’m giving these guys a five star rating here at the beginning because of the attention to detail doing the work. And all the way through the sales process. Saul and Elvis make a great team for install. They put protection on the floor all the way to the door as they carried out the old system and put in a new one. I’ll be back in a month to update my review after I’ve had time to use the system a little while.
