    Two days before Thanksgiving (2024) I noticed our furnace was not heating. We called the appliance warranty place and they connected us with Grace Air & Heat. By the grace of God we got an appointment the day before Thanksgiving to get the furnace repaired. The technician, Damon, was the person dispatched to fix our furnace. Damon is a kind, competent, considerate and confident man. He was fun to talk with while he was working on a pretty complicated issue. Evidently, our blower fan had cut a connection which prevented the igniter from firing. The repair was diagnosed and completed within about 1 hour.I am appreciative that Damon, one of the owners, was the person who was sent to help us. This was 5-star work, completed just in time to ensure a warm celebration on a 52-degree Thanksgiving Day. I love it when confidence meets competence and this is exactly what Grace Air & Heat is all about. It is my pleasure to take time away from our Thanksgiving celebration to write this review. This was a great customer experience and I could not help but share.

    My blower motor wasnt coming on. Damon from Grace Air & Heat traced it down to a bad thermostat. He replaced the thermostat and cleaned up some wiring at the blower. Back to normal! Thank you, Damon! I wholeheartedly recommend Grace Air & Heat!

    Damon, the owner of Grace Air & Heat, came out on Christmas Eve to help us with our heating issue and successfully diagnosed that our heaters inducer motor had gone bad. He was able to test, install a new inducer motor and make sure the heater ran well again all within 30 minutes. Fantastic service! I cant recommend Grace Air & Heat enough. If you are looking for accurate, dependable and quality heating service coupled with great customer support, look no further than Grace Air & Heat.

    Had to wait four days for service but once the rep got here, he was efficient and very knowledgeable. I am giving five stars (in spite of having to wait four days for a fifteen minute fix) because he was courteous enough to explain the problem and the solution and my unit was up and running in no time.

    I had an awesome experience with Grace Air & Heat. My tech Brandon was very professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything so I could understand. Brandon was friendly, showed me all the info about my unit. My refrigerant was low, and I needed to call my home warranty, but they couldn’t assign the ticket to Brandon, but he called his boss and explained the situation and his boss told him to fill my refrigerant and take care of the customer. THAT is customer service! I will use Grace for all my HVAC needs! Brandon was awesome!!!!

    Damon really helped me out in a pinch. So friendly and helpful. What I appreciate too is when help fix my thermostat he explained what he was doing and answered all my questions. When the techs showed up the next day and looked my unit over they called the warranty company back and the warranty people said they were not going to cover the issue.     Nothing like not having heat when it’s below freezing outside. I called them after 32 other companies told me they couldn’t get to for a week or they didn’t not work on mobile homes. The owner came out and found my issue fixed it quickly and the price was wonderful. I hope I never need them but we live in tx. I will not use any one else.     Our air unit on the outside stopped running yesterday. Through American Home Shield we had Grace Air and Heat come out. The lady on the phone (I wish I remembered to write down her name) was awesome and offered to work us up in the schedule if they could. They were not only able to come today, they were able to work us in an hour before originally scheduled. Damon and another guy (sorry didnt get his name) diagnosed the problem quickly and got it fixed and our air back on in no time. Super happy and satisfied with Grace Air and Heat and will use them for all A/C services in the future.

    I highly recommend this company. I have been in triple digit heat 104, and 106 since Saturday. My outside unit stopped working. Grace Air and Heat came out today. Damon was my Tech. The office lady was nice and answered a lot of my questions. She got me in touch with Damon who ultimately fixed my unit. I felt like the result could have been way different. I’m a single mother and really focus on where I’m spending. They were able to fix my unit instead of completely to replacing and I’ve not had any problems with it since. Thanks!

    Flawless experience! So, I read the unfavorable review by Jordan and while sad for his frustrating experience, there is not an ounce of what he experienced that resembled our own repair from Grace. Honestly, our repair could not have been more perfectly done in every way, and after being worried about a costly repair, he only charged us for the part and the service call, no labor at all! Not sure of the mans name who serviced our unit, but he was quick, courteous, knowledgeable, and had our unit cooling the house again in no time flat. When I offered for him to come in out of the heat as I was paying, he declined, concerned he might have mud on his shoes. Very conscientious. It did take several days for us to find a spot to be scheduled, but that seems to be expected in the midst of a heat wave, and not a reflection on the company. Very pleased. Grace will be on our go to list in the future.

When he came to the door, it was only to let me know the unites were ready and to say farewell.
