They came out to service my air conditioner to do a yearly checkup on the entire system. They did a great job! Cleaned outside condenser unit and checked my heating and air system in the attic. After checking and testing the system, they were able to increase the efficiency of my ac system. They were knowledgeable and courteous and were nice throughout the tune up. I highly recommend them.

We hired Mr. Gonzalez when our new AC stopped working with a year (he did not install it). We were shocked and we were looking for someone to give us an honest opinion about why it was not working. To our luck we call Mr. Gonzalez. He showed up promptly at his appointed time and took his time to diagnosis the problem. Due to the unusual Texas freeze, a part needed to be replaced. He was honest, very professional, and completed the job in a timely manner. We are happy we found someone for reliable AC repair and highly recommend his services.

We needed a lot of work on our AC system including coil replacement and additional air intake vent added. Gerson & his crew were professional, on time and provided the services he outlined without any additional cost or clean up on my part. They left the areas clean and neat. I appreciated not only the good service Gonzalez HVAC provided but their wonderful office manager, Nalty who was pleasant, knowledgeable and consistently working on my behalf to ensure the scheduling worked. I recommend Gonzalez HVAC and will be calling them again next year for my annual AC check.

Gerson and Abraham of Gonzalez AC and HEATING did an incredibly efficient and affordable job replacing my broken down central heating unit. After explaining the benefits and drawbacks of repairing compared to replacing the unit, I decided to replace the unit. In fact he was here the next day and had it installed in 3 hours! All the other companies needed a week to do the job. I couldnt wait. The temperatures were in the 40s.The fact is I already had three estimates to replace the unit and Gerson was 25 % more affordable than the lowest price. The fact of the matter is he even repaired a clogged drain line and a flume issue with my hot water heater and didnt even charge me! Who does that these days! Obviously you dont want to make any decisions about work before you talk to these guys!
