    This company knows what they are doing! After having another company fix nothing and charge thousands of dollars, we called Golden Eagle. They were prompt, extremely knowledgeable, explained the issues in detail, repaired the problem and offered conservative solutions to improve our cooling system (without high pressure!). We will definitely use them for maintenance checks and repairs moving forward. It is wonderful to experience this type of service.

    I can’t recommend Gold Eagle Services enough! They not only installed our new AC system flawlessly but also handled mold remediation — a component of air quality that is very important to us, and should be to everyone. Mold can hide in your HVAC and duct system without any obvious signs and cause health issues. With very thorough inspection and treatment, the air quality has improved dramatically, and the mold tests run by Gold Eagle gave us peace of mind after remediation.If you’ve never had your home checked for mold and remediated, hire Gold Eagle to do this for you! Additionally, our new HVAC system is a night and day difference from the prior installation.     After having my coil changed in my HVAC there was still an issue with the downstairs unit cooling. The air temp from the upstairs unit not worked on, was about 12 degrees cooler than the one with the $3500 repair. I called the company out that did the repair a couple of times, and they said it was working properly, despite the 12-degree difference in the temps. Out of frustration, I called Gold Eagle, and they were able to diagnose and fix the issue. Further, they resolved some issues with the airflow to the back bedroom that had existed for years, and that the previous company indicated they could not fix without a redesign of the ductwork. We cant recommend Gold Eagle enough.

    I got my coil replaced last year and second A/C unit replaced this year. Reputable A/C company that is professionally run with a professional process. Ernesto and Miguel were courteous and professional installers.Special shoutout to David Jones for his auditing and check up work. He has a deep technical understanding of HVAC units and can quickly identify and resolve issues.The good thing about using a professional company like this is that they stand behind their work. If they dont do something right the first time, they will come back promptly to fix it.

Jeff diagnosed the problem of a blocked main drain line and cleaned it as well as the other AC drain lines and had everything back up and running. Thank again for great service over the years!

    My AC went out on a Thursday at 2pm, so I called Oscar at Gold Eagle and he had Tyler there by 5pm. It wasnt repairable (13yrs old), so Ambrose quoted us a new unit first thing Friday morning. Price was reasonable, so I bought the new AC and he sent Ernesto & Miguel over at 3pm for the install. I had a working AC by 6pm. Just a little over 24hrs after my AC went out I had a cold living room again. Even received a follow up call on Monday to see how our new unit worked over the weekend. The new AC is so quiet, we can barely hear it when it comes on. The Gold Eagle team hands down provides the best 5-star service and only uses the best equipment. I recommend them to anyone who needs help with their HVAC.

    Bathroom had a bad smell in it. So I did some research and it turned out to be a clogged ac drain pipe. Jay was the technician that came out and fixed the clog. He didnt charge me for that so I just paid for the service call. They have a nice membership program thats about $180 a year and they give you free service calls, and your family members get one free service call too which is a nice perk. It also includes one tune up in the summer and winter and 10% off services which is nice. Overall nice company, nice technicians, and a nice membership program.

    I absolutely recommend Gold Eagle Services. Ive been dealing with allergies for over 10 years, and they helped me determine the best solution for my situation. A part of that process included them sharing several bids ranging in scale and price, so that I could make the best informed opinion. They also allowed me the time I needed to make decisions, and they were quick to answer any new questions that came up throughout the process.I ended up opting for a thorough cleaning of the duct work, a new HVAC, a UV light and a few other upgrades. Throughout the process I was impressed with how well this team worked together, to make sure that I ended up with a solution that I was ultimately happy with, and could enjoy for years.5 out of 5 stars!

    Gold Eagle stepped up when I was selling my house and got me over the finish line with an a/c ready to work great for the new owner. They inspected the unit and made necessary fixes for a very reasonable cost. Later, when a leak was discovered in a wall, Gold Eagle came back out, at no charge, to join the investigation team and confirm it was not HVAC-related. Then they shepherded me through closing a city permit left open by a not-so-great HVAC company. (Nerve-wracking!) The day before my closing, they were out completing required items and getting the inspector the documentation he needed to confirm the work was done. Everyone on staff was competent, gracious, responsive, and very easy to work with.

    After having the original AC unit in my home for almost 20 years, I knew it was time to replace the entire system. I made a few calls and decided to go with Gold Eagle and Im so happy I did. Stephani was so pleasant to work with and was very thorough in answering all of my questions and got me scheduled with the earliest appointment available. When the day came to have the system installed, Jay and Jeff explained everything they were going to do in the simplest terms so that I understood what they were doing. They did such an amazing job and the two of them worked so well together, it was as if they were never there after the job was complete. The two of them took the time to show me how to setup the app as well as show me how to control the AC and heat from my phone. The dimension of our attic space was tricky and they made it work by first disassembling and then reassembling the part once inside.     I wanted to leave a little time between the service and this review incase issues arose. Its been 2-weeks now and the full HVAC replacement Gold Eagle did is working without issue. I was particularly impressed at how professional they were. They didnt try to sell me anything during the purchase process, they even supported my choice in manufacturer. Then they arrived on time and worked all day non-stop to get the install finished. They even learned at 4pm (on Friday afternoon) the circuit board needed replacing so drove another one out to my house (Lakeway) on Friday evening to get the unit working as it was going to 100F over the weekend. The guys sat around for 90mins waiting for the new board to arrive but refused to leave with the job unfinished. Happy to recommend and glad I found this company.

    So impressed with Gold Eagle Services. A/C went out in 105 degree temperatures at our rental house with brand new tenants who had just moved in. Every other place couldnt come until the following day. Gold Eagle was there three hours after I called and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes. Cannot recommend them enough.

    Gold Eagle came quickly when I really needed them because my AC was leaking and causing water damage! It was a headache but they made the process smooth and came and drained what needed to be drained.     I’ve utilized Gold Eagle for a few years now and I love working with their team. Fast and reliable services each time I’ve needed them. We had a clog in the AC drainage system so it was leaking water into the drain pan late one evening. They had a guy there by 8 am the next morning to fix it. They’ve done 2 different AC inspections (on prospective properties) for me with detailed reporting, and installed 2 different Nest thermostats which are amazing. They also seem to be cheaper than their competitors, which is a bonus. Quick, professional, high quality service

    Strongly recommend Gold Eagle Services for your AC needs!! Was assigned to them through Choice Warranty for next day service on our 34 year old air conditioner, but when I called Gold Eagle to see if there was an earlier time slot, they sent someone within an hour. Keating is an extremely kind, respectful and knowledgeable young man! It took him about 5 minutes to diagnose the problem and he explained everything to me in easy to understand terms. I must say - I was VERY impressed!! He ordered the part for us and came back to install it when it came in. My husband thought it would take him several hours to replace the part, but Keating only took about 45 minutes. Needless to say, my husband was also very impressed with the service!! Everyone we dealt with was extremely friendly and I couldnt be happier with their service! Its nice to know there are still some good, honest, respectful companies out there! Too bad we couldnt get the same service from Choice Warranty!

    Had a really great experience from responsiveness, the service technician being informative and kind, and the actual repair itself was fixed:- sent a message through the “contact us” link in the website at 7pm the evening we discovered the issue.- the very next day at 9am, I received a call and a technician asked my availability. He showed up in 30 minutes. Shout out to Jedidiah!- he evaluated the interior system, and then proceeded outside, found the issue and fixed the problem- he was aware I was on the gold eagle annual membership plan and included the 10% members discount to the final cost without me having to remind him.I’d highly recommend Glold Eagle services, and their annual member plan package! Worth it for piece of mind.

    The team here is great. I called at 6pm and was able to get an appointment early in the morning next day to get the A/C looked at. Technician was on time, offered us a fair price for repair or replacement of our condenser. Given age of our condenser, we opted for replacement. Within a couple hours of accepting the invoice, the technician was back at our house and had the job complete by 5pm (same day as initial estimate). Thank you! Will be coming back to this company when we are ready to have our duct work redone.

Our system is running perfectly now. Another company misdiagnosed the issue and said a full replacement of our system would be necessary. So glad we got a second opinion.     Gold Eagle just finished fixing our heater after a bad install from another heating company. It’s currently the middle of December and really cold. Gold Eagle has now come out to our house three days in a row to diagnose and service our house. On top of that, they’re super friendly, and reasonably priced for a heating service. I’m blown away.

    My furnace was not blowing hot air. Gold Eagle Services technician came and diagnosed the unit. He did not see a major problem. He reset and unit and spent one hour to monitor the burner to make sure it was working. He did not want to sell anything to me. The ne t day I called the company again because of the same problem. The technician came and still unable to find a component problem. He did not want to sell anything to me, just reset and spent another hour to ensure that there was not fault code. The company did not charge me the second service. The furnace is working now. Gold Eagle Service is a honest company and I will use them in the future.

    I discovered an issue with my air conditioner blowing warm air the first time I turned it on this year. I reached out to Gold Eagle via their web site and discussed my problem. I did some troubleshooting of my own and determined it was something I needed a professional to look at. I called Gold Eagle and they scheduled me for a service call within three hours. Jedediah showed up within that time frame and discovered a coolant leak in my outside unit. He had it fixed before he left but could not fill the tank with coolant as he did not have enough on hand. He scheduled a visit for next day. He came back and filled the tank the next morning as planned and I am ready now for summer. Unfortunately another winter storm warning for the area is in place today, so use of the AC unit is going to have to wait since the heater is back in use.Jedediah was extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered all my questions.

    I don’t typically write reviews, but Gold Eagle is certainly deserving of my comments. In August, they installed two heating and AC units in a rental house I have. Their bid was the lowest of three local companies and it was all-inclusive (tax, application for energy rebates, and the cost and hassle of a permit). They honored their appointment times and completion timetable, which helped me maximize my schedule. I also appreciated the quick response to my questions and emails. As an added bonus, they gave an extended year of warranty and two annual check-ups for the system. Not surprising, I choose to recently use them in my own house and had the same positive experience.

    Great service! When Keating learned that we had been without heat for 2 weeks waiting for the previous service company to supposedly order a part, he came right away. After only 15 minutes of trouble shooting the problem he was able to get it fixed without ordering any parts and was done within an hour. Would definitely recommend!
