100% recommended. I had a mini split go out right as a January cold front came through. Jon came out same day to check out the issue and found that it had died. He had a new mini split out and installed within a few days. The install was very clean and the crew that came out was professional and fast.

Came home after work yesterday to a hot house. Called Jon @ GOAT and he was at my house within 20 minutes. Sadly, the compressor bit the dust. I decided to replace the whole outdoor unit and Jon was at my house this morning and had it swapped out in no time. House was 68 degrees by noon! Very fair prices.

We used GOAT for our HVAC system and we couldn’t not have been more impressed by their work & customer service. I called Jon on a Sunday afternoon after our heater went out, and by Tuesday he had completed the work and had our home feeling nice and warm again. The pricing was affordable and I truly believe Jon was very honest when helping us out. GOAT will be replacing our ducts here soon and we cannot wait to have them service our home again.

Jon has been our ac repairman for years. He is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and double/triple checks his work diligently. If he needs a sub contractor he has one in his pocket and we’ve never had any issues with the work he has performed. We’ve had an older unit in our last home repaired many times and inevitably replaced before we sold that home. In our new home he has done quite a bit of maintenance and taken so many of our phone calls about our new system. He’s always available, always speedy and ALWAYS comes with all of the knowledge.

Contacted John during the summer with an AC issue he it fixed that day even with the other jobs he had. Also contacted him Sunday (12/18/22) noticed my heater went out. He came out figured out what was wrong with it and fixed the problem. Much respect to him! He noticed i had 2 kids and went out his way to have my heater running before the cold temperatures came in. I cannot say enough about John and his company. I referred him last year to my supervisor because I knew John, how he conducts business, and his professionalism. He did an amazing job and the homeowner is still in love with the system. The time came to replace my system. We babied it along last year, but I picked a day so it was not so hot for John and his crew. I called. He said “I’ll be there in the morning!” Talk about prompt. He was done with the entire system in a few hours and the system is amazing. It’s quiet, cool, WiFi-enabled, and my house is nice and cold. Amazing company. Really nice, down to earth, affordable. We had a 37 year old unit in the house we moved into recently. They replaced it with such a nice unit. We highly recommend them. I called John to come check my A/C. He was right on time. Checked everything out was very nice and courteous. The unit was low on Freon. He charges it up and said he needed to check to see if it had a leak snd where it was. He came back a couple of days later to check for a leak he had detected. Identified where the leak was and checked to see if the unit was still under warranty, which it was. Gave me an estimate and recommended me to wait he didn’t think the leak was big.I will call him to fix the unit when it comes time. Then he didn’t want to charge me for this call.

My air went out on one of the hottest days this year.This company (Jon) met me at my property the same day and had my brand new air conditioner installed and running by the time I got off work the next day! I was watching the news a few days later and saw how it was taking some people days and weeks to even get a technician to come out!
