I couldnt be more pleased with the service provided by Goat Air. Their pricing is extremely reasonable, especially compared to other companies that quoted much higher rates. Goat Air stood out not only for their competitive pricing but also for their quick response and friendly demeanor. The technician (Chandler) took the time to patiently explain the issue with our damper motor, making sure I understood what was going on. He promptly sourced the necessary parts and performed the replacement with precision and care. The whole experience was smooth, professional, and exceeded my expectations. It is hard to find honest folks sometimes but even though they are new to the area, work out of their home and have a goat as their logo (every goat I have ever met has attacked me) I decided to take a chance on them. The reason, I called several A/C companies for an a/c tune up and what I would pay for was just bare bones. But for half the price of others, Goat Air cleaned the outside unit (with solution), cleaned out the leaves, took my indoor unit apart and cleaned the blower (air handler) and checked all the capacitors. Best of all the tech said that the unit looked good for its age and didn’t recommend any replacement at this time. It is 101 degrees outside and the a/c is running much more efficiently now. The tech even sent pics of each step taken during the process. Honest, respectful, and professional - I highly recommend Goat Air.

Our tech was amazing. I forgot his name, but he was very professional and courteous. He explained everything that needed to be done and didnt try to bullshit us about the price. He was done in about an hour. I would definitely use your service again. Everything, from the lady I talked to who scheduled the appointment to the tech was amazing. We needed a HVAC check on our unit and I was able to get a SAME DAY appointment. Chandler came out and was able to get us fixed up. I get so stressed calling contractors because you don’t know who is trustworthy, but these folks are so genuine. Everyone I know uses them because they are good people, and great HVAC technicians.

TLDR; Stop looking around, and just hire these guys for your HVAC needsWhen my ~25 year old AC system broke down, I knew it was time for a full HVAC replacement. Bryce, Chandler and Crew were fantastic. I would definitely use them again and will recommend them to friends and family in the future. They were EXTREMELY patient with me, going over all the HVAC options and answering ALL my questions (I had a ton). I really felt they didnt try to upsell or nickel and dime me. I received a few quotes for the full system, some about double and some a little less. I chose Goat air as it was clear they are extremely knowledgeable and to me they were worth the slight increase in price to have such great people working in my home and continue to look over the system in the long term. They were very transparent with pricing on the service and parts. After going over a few different options we found a solution that worked for my family and home.On install Chandler was present pretty much for the full installation. Both Chandler and Bryce did a full inspection of their teams work to ensure the work was completed to their high standards, which I greatly appreciate. Im very impressed with the quality of the work, and they didnt hesitate to adjust things when I was being overly picky.Im thrilled to have them on my team servicing my AC in the coming years.Great work GOAT Air, thanks again!

100% recommend to anyone. Chandler came out within three hours of our initial call. He also showed up on a Tuesday night at 8 PM with a smile. So refreshing to not feel as if my emergency inconvenienced someone whom I’m paying to fix it. The Goat air had my house cooling off again by 9pm. That had to fix some previous contractors shotty work. I will be using Goat Air in the future if we have problems

These guys are amazing!! Our neighbor recommended them and we’re so glad we called. If I could give GOAT Air a 10 star review, I would and it would be deserved. I sent a general message out on a help platform as we needed a second option (OK, it was a 3rd opinion!) to replace our downstairs AC/Furnace units. We had already replaced our upstairs unit in May and really hoped we could limp along with the down unit until next year, which wasnt in the cards. :-( Bryce with GOAT replied almost immediately and gave me his Cell to give him a call to chat if I would like. Yes, I did like and Bryce was kind, caring (we are seniors) and advised as if we were his parents. He came out the same day and answered our (my) silly questions honestly with much knowledge. His price was not just the best we had received but he could work within our time frame, which they did. There was absolutely NO pressure to buy!! One of his and Chandlers teams put in the new downstairs AC/Furnace last week. They were all very professional and left it all cleaner than they found it. I just wish we had found GOAT Air back in May when our upstairs unit went out. Thank you, Bryce and Chandler and your team, lead by Jose. Nicely done!!!

My air conditioning wasnt outputting cold air like it did the day before.I found GOAT Air through Yelp and they were the ones who could reach me the earliest.It helped they were close to me in Denton and were based in Argyle at the time of this review.Chandler came to our home bright and early between 8AM and 10AM as promised and called about 30 minutes before he arrived. He put on shoe covers right away when entering my home.He quickly explained what he was going to do and explained it to me in simple terms.Once Chandler inspected my compressor, he was able to find a bad capacitor and show me why it wasnt working with his multimeter.He also told me areas of concern for next time but I knew my options for today to get me back up and running.Honest and fair pricing, fixed the problem immediately and honest technicians that dont upsell!Really great service! Walked me through what he was doing to help me understand my HVAC system better!Highly recommend you give GOAT Air a call!I signed up for their annual membership to get them to come visit me twice a year!

Fast Fast Service! Bryce and Chandler were awesome! Came within the hour of my unit not working. They were very professional when they first arrived. They were organized, clean placing on shoe coverings and were upfront and honest with their service. Been here 5 years and this is the first time I have excellent HVAC service. I highly recommend them. After I had my emergency service finished my mom had a very similar issue and they were able to drive over and assist my mom’s house as well! I signed up for there annual service as it is well priced and I know we will be taken cared of!
