Global Air Services did an incredible, timely job replacing my commercial A/C unit. There was minimal wait time to have it installed. We recently faced an issue with our AC unit that was short cycling and eventually stopped working. After contacting the company, a technician came out and replaced a part, which initially seemed to resolve the problem. However, within 24 hours, the issue persisted.Upon realizing the problem was not fully resolved, we reached out to the customer service team. It became clear that the initial diagnostic was not thorough enough, leading to the recurrence of the issue. We spoke with both a customer service representative and a manager, who were very understanding of our situation.They agreed to remove the diagnostic fee and arranged for another technician to come by and perform a more comprehensive diagnostic at no additional cost. This level of commitment to customer satisfaction impressed us.Despite the initial hiccup, the company demonstrated that they care deeply about their work and their customers. They handled our concerns professionally and made things right. We are very pleased with the outcome and can confidently say this is a company you can trust, even if there are initial misunderstandings.

We had Global Air Services come out a few months ago because they came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. During the process of installing all the new equipment, there was an unfortunate mishap. However, Nick Sanchez was quick to respond and take full responsibility. He immediately sent out technicians to repair the problem and was quick to arrange and fix all the cosmetic issues that resulted from the issue as well. My husband and I couldnt be happier with the end results of the installation as well as the care they took in correcting the accidental damage. As a result, we definitely recommend Global Air Services.

Just had a terrific experience with Global Air Service. I had an older system at the end of its life and was in the fix or replace situation. Rudolfo did an excellent job of taking me through my options and explaining the details so I could make an informed decision. I called and spoke to two other companies over the phone and they even confirmed at the price I was quoted and the age of the system, if they were in my position I should use Global Air. Installers were polite, on time and thorough. Id certainly recommend Global Air Service to my friends and family.

The staff did a wonderful job installing the new A/C. I had to use a portable fan for my master bedroom but Nick Sanchez advised me that they could adjust the fan to get more air in the bedroom so now I do not need the portable fan anymore. Love it. I would recommend their services.

Global Air is always very professional and will fix the problem when possible versus pushing a new unit on you. I have used Global Air multiple times on multiple properites and I know that if I have HVAC issues in the future then Global Air will take care of it honestly. After our AC stopped cooling our house we reached out to a very well known company that promises a quick end result. After the tech had examined our AC and gave me the biggest car salesman pitch, my red flags started going off. They kept insisting to replace my HVAC system that was only 7 years old and couldnt really tell me what the actual issue was other than I had a Freon leak. I pushed them to the curb and found Global Air Services. They immediately sent out their Tech, Sergio who thoroughly inspected my entire HVAC system. He was very friendly and very respectful and of course knowledgeable. I immediately received a response from one of the Owners of the company and he walked me through the most seamless process and options that I felt comfortable with. As soon as our parts were available and I agreed to the cost, the techs were at my door fixing the issue. I have to say I am very pleased with their service, the cost, and their honesty. I do want to add that I never write reviews, but this was a must and I wanted them to be recognized for their services and of course honest work.

Had a sit down and he thoroughly explained all my options.Decided to replace entire system considering my system was 20yrs old.His team came out on time and got to work. I installed a new 5 ton air with Global Air and the results are fantastic...the house feels super comfortable and my electricity bill dropped more than $100. The seller Leonardo Peña explained the entire process perfectly to me and even installed a Google Nest thermostat that I had. He also came to check the work after installation. Excellent worker and 100% honest. The installers are very clean and at a good price.
