Who to trust? I just bought a home here in Houston, part of the deal was to replace the old HVAC units and water heaters. All the real estate players got bids for the work in an effort to close the deal. For me, the buyer beware, it was a question of what would I truly get for these negotiated funds, and who would do a professional install? It soon became clear who was the most straight shooting about their proposal, which helped me feel comfortable about closing the deal. A short time later would come the proof when paper, deals, and talk were finished. And I do mean a short time, Gerson from GGA was all over it, thank God, one of the water heaters was so close to catastrophic failure it would have caused untold damage. Heroicly Gerson went out of his way to take precautionary measures before the deal was finished and then his team was instantly in place the moment we had access to the property. And that is how it has gone with every bit of their work so far. Attentive, honest, prompt, clean and professional. I feel lucky to have found these guys! Not only fast, but their work is crisp and organised, their attention is noticeably on their client’s satisfaction. This client is certainly pleased and I feel like I have a trusted ally in creating a great new home for my family. Would I recommend GGA HVAC Services? Absolutely and highly!

Great experience with Gerson today. Gerson & team were here to service our two aircon units. Easy arrangement, on time, helpful take lots of pictures and explains any issues well. Will definitely use GGA again.

My AC condenser compressor sprung a freon leak and had to be replaced ASAP due to 100° weather. I had several companies bid the job and I picked GGA based on price, reviews and ability to repair that day! Hes my HVAC guy from now on!!

Great experience! I called them same day emergency service and came within 20 minutes. Gave me a quote over the phone. Diagnosed and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Definitely doing business with them again!Edit: adding a second review after having worked with them previously. This time I called them to completely replace my entire AC system. They found some errors with the previous AC system that they were able to address and repair prior to installing the new AC system. Everything works great now!Called them on Monday for a quote. Showed up Wednesday morning to quote me. Work was completed that Friday/Saturday. Great work!

Needed someone to check my leaking horizontal air handler. I saw a few good reviews so I decided to give them a call. I’m glad I did! Guys are top notch and overall, great honest people. With triple digit heat, you really need someone you can rely on and GGA HVAC was the one! They were recommended by my neighbors and told me how reliable they are! Not only were they reliable they did a great job! Both of my a/c units were not pushing out cool air and they went to troubleshoot and found out the both of them had leaking coils. The GGA team replaced them both and even cleaned up after themselves. They were very professional and respectful! I will be using them from now on for yearly maintenance!

Gerson saved us thousands of dollars by fixing our a/c when someone else told us our whole ac had to be replaced. This is the second time people tried to scam us by saying theres bigger issues than what we were really facing. From now on Im only calling this company here!!!

Gerson and his team went above and beyond to repair my ac system that had a bad compressor and R22 coolant. i called several other so called top rated ac repair companies and every one of them only wanted to sell a complete ac replacement. i doubt they actually ever repair compressor failures. GGA, however, replaced and repaired with my budget in mind, and did a great job. highly recommended.

GGA is a fantastic company. The two times they have responded to problems with my parent’s a/c, it has always been later in the day, when most companies are dreaming of going hone. Mr. Alfaro shows up, and doesn’t leave until the job is done. If the a/c or heating breaks down again, I’m definitely calling GGA.

Gerson came out and installed our ductless AC (mini split) in our garage. It was a last minute job we needed done and he came after hours to make it happen. Appreciated his work value and dedication to getting us up and running. He even answered my calls after the job was done to help us navigate an electrical issue. Definitely recommend and will use him again!
