Highly recommend! Seth came into our community after the flood and replaced our AC system with the split system. He was very good to work with and his prices were one of the most competitive we found! The outside units can be mounted higher to avoid flooding! The inside units dont look bad! I felt I could trust him enough to take care of the others in the park, so I shared his information with the other 300+ residents in the community, and many are telling me he gave them the best price!

I recommend this AC company! They do not try to lie, cheat, and upsell you!!! They actually repaired my AC after another company wanted me to purchase a new AC or replace parts that didn’t even need to be replaced. I am thankful for who recommended this company to me and I would like to recommend this company to others! I will definitely contact these guys for my future AC needs! TRUSTWORTHY!! Thanks guys!

Seth is the nicest guy. I had to travel for work early Monday morning and my air broke Sunday night. He came around 8:30pm and stayed until 10pm to make sure it was fixed so I did not come home to water leaking on my floor. I have used Seth before and he is very knowledgeable and a great person.

A great AC company. I would definitely recommend Garland for your AC needs. I ended up with my AC acting up after 8p and Seth was more than happy to come out and service my unit. Both he and the young man were great. Also, reasonably priced! They get 5 stars from me!!!

We bought a new ac unit on Wednesday at 3pm and Garland air was at my house Thursday morning at 9:30 am to install it. Austin was the technician. He was very professional very knowledgeable and very polite. He even took the time to go online and fill out the warranty paperwork for us. Very pleasant experience and highly recommend Austin with Garland Air

AC broke on Christmas, Seth the owner answered my call and was prompt and responsive. After multiple quotes he was a fraction of the price, and you clearly knew he knew what he was talking about. Really nice guy, great service and honest. Definitely recommend and will be using for future issues.

Garland Air went above and beyond when it came to helping my elderly parents. Yes, helping. He did not try to upsell or confuse them into buying something they don’t need like others have in the past, and their prices are very reasonable. They stayed in regular contact with me (their daughter), and sent pictures the entire time since I could not be there. They also stayed late to get the job done and my parents cooled down! He promised my mom that he would check in with her and stay in contact. That meant so much to my mom and I. The guys were really sweet with my mom and made her feel safe when I couldn’t be there like I usually am for these types of things. I will only ever use Garland Air from here on out; an honest (and nice) guy running an honest business. My only regret is not finding them sooner!

Plus he offered military discount to help with costs. Great guy to have help keep my home comfortable. Apparently this review never posted from a few years ago. Seth Garland and his crew exceeded all of our expectations and I cant say enough good things about them. The first truck arrived exactly when Seth told us it would, and work began right away to remove our old AC units. Within 30 minutes, three more trucks and all of the equipment needed to replace our two residential units were onsite. The five man crew worked like clockwork. The old rusty units went out and the shiny, new units were pumping blissfully cool air into our house in about 7 hours from start to finish. Weve used several AC contractors in the last 35 years, but Garland Air is the only one we plan to call back when the time comes. We highly recommend them.
