I love calling for services and they come out once - and it is done - you never have to call them back to fix the same thing. I purchased my unit a couple of years ago. They spend time to explain everything - give you your options and - because of the nature of new installations - sometimes you have to subcontract particular services such as electric. They are not going to hire anyone that they would not let to work on their homes. Staff is super great - Cindy is so fun to talk to. They are so responsive. If they are going to be late or even have the chance of being late, they call/text you. I really do not know how their prices are in comparison to others - I forgot all the others - because to me - peace of mind is as important and valuable.

I had to replace my whole unit and from start to finish Frontera was very professional and helpful. Cindy from the office went above and beyond to help us with financing options. #1 recommendation from Angies List. I called the company and left my name and number. Jesus, the HVAC technician, called me within the hour. I explained the problem with the furnace and Jesus said that he would stop by the same day. I received a text confirmation of my appointment between 2:00 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. Jesus arrived on time and looked very professional (company uniform and company truck with the Frontera logo). Jesus diagnosed the problem quickly, took photos, and texted me with an estimate. The price was reasonable. Jesus returned the next day with the parts and fixed the furnace. I will definitely use the company again.

Great Job Frontera Refrigeration! I like the fact they do good and honest work. Best of all they arrive at time of appointment. They installed my 4 ton Rheem 5 years ago and Ive had zero issues.They have also done my preventative maintenance and did an excellent job! Jesus has also made recommendations on my heating and Cooling needs. Jesus is a hard worker and has answered my calls late at night and offered to assist when my purge pump ( not part of the AC) went out after 3 years.

Frontera has been doing both repairs and maintenance on my old AC unit for about 3 years and always did a great job all around! I recommended him to my son last year and they also repaired his AC. They so Quality work, are very professional and friendly people! I had my new AC unit installed this Friday and again did a great job, gave me a reasonable price and now my unit fits my house size and needs. Now I’m ready for the summer! I would like to thank Frontera Refrigeration for there excellence in customer service. When we hired Frontera Refrigeration for our first installation converting to refrigeration it was a smooth and with detail information on why we needed the following service. They did save us a couple of dollars due to them being able to repair the duct work and that was great. Also the follow up customer service to make sure that everything is going well. The technician Mr. Sotelo was so friendly and trust worthy he seem to know a lot on what he was doing and I have not had any issues with the installation since then. They just came to do a scheduled maintenaince that we had set up a while back and how I love the reminders and how puntual they are. Frontera Refrigeration did it again. If you are ever looking to upgrade, do any repairs, or new installation I totally recommend this company. They are here to serve their clients in everything that they need. Thank you Mr. Sotelo for giving me the best experience by far.

Highly recommend Frontera Refrigeration. Within less than 2 hours of calling, Jesus came out and diagnosed the problem. He was very knowledgeable, explaining what he was checking for before making some recommendations. As promised, he and his team came back one day later and replaced my AC unit in a matter of hours. The provided excellent customer service, efficient and transparent service, and professionalism from beginning to end! Very pleased with their work. Will not hesitate to call them again.

One of the most professional, friendly, helpful plumbers in El Paso. I called thinking I would have to wait a couple days to have my a/c serviced but Jesus was able to make it within an hour. If that wasn’t enough, he was extremely professional especially during the times we are in with staying safe and doing his part with mask and gloves while talking with me. I needed my furnace replaced and after talking with Jesus just a few minutes I knew I didnt have to look any further. Narrowing it down to 2 quotes he emailed them and I chose the one best for me.I was able to accept the quote through their online system and scheduled for the very next day! His crew showed up on time, took out the old furnace, installed the new one and I was able to go about my day within just a few hours,From Jesus to his crew to his office staff, everyone is knowledgeable, a true professional and very focused on the customer. Payment was also done online which made the entire process extremely convenient and just a great overall experience. I would have no problem using them again when I convert to refrigerated air and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Highly recommend Frontera - Excellent customer service! Unbelievable response time during an emergency! Our air conditioner went out in 100 degree heat. Other companies had a 5 day waiting period. Within an hour Jesus Sotelo was at our house. He CARED about our situation, diagnosed and fixed the problem at a very reasonable rate. Our family and pets cannot thank him enough!

7 stars !!!! I used them 2 years ago when AC started to go bad and 2 other companies could not fix it (paid for nothing). Went great!! I wanted a smart thermostat. I have done thermostats before but I needed help with the C line. They took care of it (it was the wire I thought but they needed to turn it on from the unit). This weekend I had a new issue (a part in the system - capacitor - exploded- I know- causing damage to it and some other parts). I called them Friday night. They got back to me after hours and set up appointment for Saturday. They were on time and the tech Gabriel got right to work. Everything cleared up and good to go (machine humming right along). Price for all the quality work seems very fair. These are the people you want to call El Paso!!!!!! Ignore any fluff commercials you may see from other companies and call these guys!!!! - I had another normal issue yesterday - they came out. To tell you how good these guys are they only fixed what was needed - he said the motor is starting to show signs of age but still is fine for now - not forcing/pushing a fix - honest and good work - El Paso - with all the use our hvac systems are getting these are the people you want!!!!!!

Great Service! I would highly recommend this company! My small business lost its air conditioning due to a compressor failure during a 90 degree El Paso summer day. I was desperate and phoned three refrigeration companies and left messages with no call backs (only one of the three got back with me three days later). I called Frontera Refrigeration (because of their reviews) and received a text within an hour or so. I’m glad I did! They got my business up and running within hours. They got a compressor, installed it by 9pm that same day! Very reasonably priced. They Kept me informed throughout the entire process with texts and pictures on what they were doing. Then, they called me the next day to make sure everything was working fine. Now that’s awesome service. Will not think twice on calling them with my future refrigeration needs.

Thank you Jesus and Frontera Refrigeration.After my swamp cooler giving out , called several other businesses but due to memorial weekend they could not give me a quote , I called frontera refrigeration and jesus was at my home within 2 hours , 2 days later they installed a new 4 ton split unit. I appreciate jesus and frontera for making me and family a priority during this hot weather.
