I had a phenomenal experience with this company! Our furnace was breaking down among other issues, and our landlord was being so slow about helping us. Thankfully, once he finally got Frisco HVAC Pros, our problems were resolved ASAP. A squad of young gentlemen showed up, and they were super polite, respectful, good humored, and professional. We had some unforeseen complications along the way, but these guys were SO persistent and knowledgeable--one of them helped us for 10 hours straight and hadnt even gotten to eat.

Highly recommend Frisco HVAC Pros. They encountered some unexpected challenges with the ac installation, but honored the original quote, and ended up working 2 additional days (including one of their days off) to get the project completed. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I would absolutely use them again!

My AC stopped working on one of the hottest day we have had this year. Firstly, I am thankful to the nice lady who answered the phone and could get someone to me within 24 hours. Second, our technician was quick and efficient and very nice. I am so happy to be sitting in air conditioning again! I will stay with Frisco HVAC for all my future AC and furnace needs.

Everyone we have dealt with from this company has been incredible - They worked all day in the blazing heat to complete our Central AC repair. They worked tirelessly to clean up a sloppy job that was done previously, and the entire time were as friendly as could be - petting the dog and making conversation with our 9-month old who was particularly interested in watching their project. A truly amazing experience! Thanks, guys.

Had to get our furnace replaced in an emergency two days ago in -3 degree weather. Went on Google to find and call those companies and Frisco HVAC Pros was the only company who replied.Called me right away. Gave me a price that was $1500 lower than the highest price I had been quoted.Technician was here in 1.5 hours to begin the work. The furnace came when he did and by 7:15 p.m., we had a brand new Trane furnace installed.
