The owner and her son did a great job replacing the filters and changing all the light bulbs that we needed. We will certainly be using them again in the future. I was very happy to find such a friendly company to come in the house in take care of stuff that we dont want to take care of . -

We had our smoke detectors chirping, more like screeching, and we couldnt find the source. Plus we have 3 in places we simply cant reach with a normal ladder. At my wits end, I googled help with smoke detectors and FFE came up at the top of the search. We took a chance, and called them. They came out in short order, and checked all of the detectors, found two with loose wires, and replaced the batteries we couldnt. The technicians communicated well - when the units were going to beep, they told us ahead, and why. It was a great experience, and we will definitely call FFE again when we need their help. -
