    Freedom Air was fantastic. I will never call anyone else. From the owner who came by to check on things to the three man crew who replaced my air conditioning system completely because it was old and inefficient. It was great. The owner Albert even programmed my thermostat and my phone so that I can change my temperature when I’m away from the house. I highly recommend Freedom Air.

    I decided to call Freedom Air when my tenet called and informed me that the heater was not blowing warm/hot air. I scambled to find someone reputable and could come out ASAP(the night before the hard freeze/snow). No more than 2 hours after the call, Vanessa called me and said she was there at the house and was going to find the problem. After a short time, vanessa called and diagnosed the issue and offered a solution/fix. Turns out, it was a faulty thermostat. She installed it very quickly, informed me of the warranty, and ensured her work. Im very thankfull for all the help and attention I was given on a Holiday, very short notice, and very cold night. 100% reccomend this A/C company. Reasonably priced as well.

    My ac unit was not working properly for a few days called freedom air repair and they came out to fix it. Vanessa checked out everything for us and explained everything to us and what she could do for us and we were very pleased she fixed our unit so fast and made sure we knew everything that she was doing and told us what we could do next to keep it going for longer this is the second time we have had them come out and each time it got fixed same day within the hour they really are great!! I highly highly recommend them also their prices are reasonable and she didnt make us feel like we were getting an unfair price they really make you feel like everything is gonna be ok and they will be there for us anytime!! Vanessa really knows what shes doing she also takes notes so everything she does is noted definitely give them a call for all your issues I promise you wont be disappointed!!!

    The contractors were very professional. They were efficient and kept the work area tidy, and cleaned up any debris they made. Albert Borrego was came in clutch and did us a solid. It all went swimmingly until my husband decided to include them in our banter, for which I had to expose to the contractors, that my husband tried to boil liquid Velveeta to make macaroni and cheese. I won. 100/10 would recommend these guys.

    This was such a great experience. Our AC unit was diagnosed with major problems. The new unit was completely replaced at a very fair price. Carlos and Rodrigo were the most courteous and professional technicians I have ever met. They are very knowledgeable and proficient. They installed the complete unit, inside and outside in about 5 hours. Everythings cool. Literally. I highly recommend Freedom Air Repair.

    Called Freedom Air Repair for an after-hours service, and they were out within a few hours. The tech was delayed in getting to me, but they communicated very well and offered to make it right with 10% discount for the inconvenience.Vanessa came out and was very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful. There was another small issue after she left, and she came back the next day at the time the fit my schedule best to make it right. Couldn’t ask for better service!Prices were very fair, especially for an after-hours emergency call. Highly recommend!

    My AC stopped working and I wanted a company I could trust. I didnt want to call the ones advertised on TV. A lady where I work suggested Freedom Air. I called them and they were out in about 30 minutes. Vanessa came out explained what she was doing and what she was looking for in correcting my problem.     My central ac unit was not working for 15 days straight, while I waited on my home warranty company to authorize the necessary repairs. After experiencing health concerns from being overheated for an extensive period of time, I hired Freedom Air Repair to replace my outside unit. Albert, the owner, was very courteous and understanding and came out to my home the same-day I called. He was honest, professional, and straight-forward. I will definitely use their services again and refer the company to my real estate clients as well!

    Super impressed with these guys. I have had multiple companies come out and fix my A/C unit and these guys were the best. From the customer service to actually explaining the costs and reasons why, to performing the work quickly and correctly. I signed up for the maintenance package because of the service I received from them.UPDATE**** 6/25/2024**** WOW had another repairman tell me my ducts were leaking. Freedom came out asap and checked them. Confirmed no issues, they did not even charge me for the service call. I was fully prepared to pay service call fees as I legit called them to check it. This is customer service. Why cant they do more than A/C? fix my roof, do some plumbing. They are great.

    My AC went down one afternoon while I had a house full of family members. After calling several people trying to get someone out and having no luck, freedom air not only answered quickly but they were out at my house after just two hours from my call. They checked everything out and got my AC back up and going in less than 30 minutes. They explained everything and showed me what they changed, the warranty etc. A bit expensive but for a last minute night job, it was well worth it.

    My AC went out on a Saturday afternoon. I called Freedom after several other companies said they couldn’t help me on the weekend. Albert answered the phone right away and arrived in under an hour. He was super friendly and I could tell he knew what he was doing. He found the problem in less than 2 minutes and fixed it in 15 minutes and just like that we were cooling again. I will definitely use Freedom from now on!

    I called early on a Tuesday morning around 8:00 AM , after my Ac broke down at 2:00AM. They missed my call, but called me back. They were able to get out to my house by that afternoon and by that evening, I had my ac Running by 8:00PM that same evening. They were polite efficient and picked up after themselves. I was very please with the service.

    Absolutely one of the best companies I have had to work with. Found problems that I was completely unaware of. Fixed them for me right away. I have had them do several jobs for me. They even saved jobs that John Wayne failed to keep up with the maintenance on. Had a contract with John Wayne and they never fulfilled their part. Freedom also came same day every time and I didnt have to make an appointment for weeks in advance. This company truly does its best to accommodate customers.

    Freedom Air was recommended from a friend through work. Albert was quick to respond to come and take a look at our 16 yr old HVAC system. It was found that the full system needed replaced. I did my due diligence and contacted a few other companies for quotes. The key item with Freedom was their ability to offer 48 month financing at 0% interest. Not everyone can pull $8k to $10k up front. On top of this, they offered a 10 yr warranty on parts along with 2 yrs on labor. Albert, Chris, Juan, and Robert were all outstanding! All were able to answer any question I had about any of the equipment. Albert and team were ready to install the system the same day. They started at 4:30pm and were wrapped up by 8 pm. Lastly, we even upgraded the system to a larger size to run more efficient. Bring on the heat this summer and we will be just fine. I highly recommend Albert and team. Their honestly, professionalism, and attention to detail sets them apart. Thank you and God Bless!Just an update...its been a year now and this system has been running great!!! You can notice a difference changing your filters monthly as well as keeping your system healthy and not overworking. I will continue to recommend Freedom Air to anyone needing a new system.     I dont usually write reviews for services, but I was so Impressed with the professionalism of this company that I decided to make an exception. I noticed my AC wasnt cooling as it on a Friday around 9:45 pm, found them using google, called them, and they were at my house within 3 hours of my call. Within 15 minutes of arrival, Albert and his trainee diagnosed the problem as a burnt capacitor, replaced it, and had my 18 year old AC working again.They also made sure all amperage readings were in acceptable ranges before leaving. If you want actual 24 hour repair, I highly recommend calling them.

    This company is honest and professional. I had several issues going on with our air conditioner. They told me how to do the simple things, which saved me $1200, did not charge me for their time of trip the 1st visit, and did the leg work to contact the original installer to obtain parts under warranty. Not many companies like them anymore! I will be their customer for life!

    This was a wonderful experience! We woke up to our ac unit being out and our house was at 80 degrees! We called 5 different places and the soonest they were able to come out was next week! I saw that Freedom had 5 stars and decided to give it a try. Liz was so hopeful and said she could send a tech out the same day in the afternoon. They sent me a courtesy text stating they were on the way. The gentlemen arrived and introduced themselves and wore booties over their shoes to keep the floors clean. They checked the thermostat and both ac units and were able to diagnose the problem in 10 minutes. They replaced the part and were very budget-friendly!     I can’t even explain how grateful I am for Albert at FREEDOM AIR REPAIR! I had initially hired another HVAC technician to install a brand new unit in June and he completely had abandoned the job. I called Albert asking for help and he made it MORE than right! He took care of the entire unit and made every necessary repair.     We called them at 9pm on a Friday because we had waited all day for 2 other companies.....that never showed up .... they were here around 11pm and gave me my options.....compressor died.....couldnt fix it that night but by 10am the next day our AC was back in business.     Our old AC failed the first 100 degree test of the season. Freedom Air Repair came out and quickly diagnosed the problem, (unfortunately a failed compressor), proceeded to present us three options, and let us choose which way to proceed without pushing a complete new system, which we appreciated. They were able to come back later the same day and install a new outside condenser unit. We slept cool again that night. Thanks!
