    Awesome company with great customer service. I was taken care of quickly and updated as to when technician was on the way. Technician was super nice and upfront about what needed to be repaired. It’s hard to find a company that is honest and reliable but FLO-RITE is the real deal. Definitely would recommend to friends and family and won’t hesitate to call them again if I needed to.     I called for a quote to replace my entire system and Frank the owner impressed me as a professional immediately. The next day his two technicians arrived on time and stayed until 9:30 PM making sure everything was perfect, every detail. The best service Ive ever experienced in home improvement and in AC service by far. With the new 5 stage system, quoted at a competitive price I love my home again. ( Went with Night and Day CVA9 and its a beauty)

    Frank & his crew did an excellent job replacing our old a/c system with a new one. They were pleasant and professional and went above and beyond to make certain that everything was done to our satisfaction.     If youre looking for a top notch HVAC service company, Frank and crew from Flo-Rite are who you are looking for. After contacting Flo-Rite, John came out to give me an estimate and arrived when he said he would. I needed a complete new system and after making the decision to go with Flo-Rite, they were able to order it and get it installed the next day. They did a really great job communicating with me and even worked with me on the price. I would definitely recommend Flo-Rite to anyone needing HVAC work.

    This company is outstanding in its quality work and customer service. The office staff (Marissa, in particular) and the technicians are exceptional in every way--customer service, technical knowledge, courtesy, promptness. I cannot think of one think even remotely negative to say about this company. They went way beyond the norm to insure that the proper equipment was installed in a timely manner (in an incredibly short time frame). Hire this company.

    5-stars, not a doubt about it. My technician, John De La Rosa was one of the best Ive dealt with. Knew the right way to explain to me and took the time to help me understand if a part was worn or about to fail. Excellent customer skills and helped with understanding everything that he was doing. He graciously helped with the filter installation as I was not able to climb a ladder into the attic. An impressive young man.

    Frank and his team did an excellent job replacing my worn out ducting.The ductwork they installed allows better airflow throughout my house and the A/C does not need to run as long. They quoted me a fair price and completed the work on time, they even cleaned up the mess when finished. I highly recommend FLO-RITE.

    Best service to date!!! My A/C went out. My warranty company assigned another company. The company they assigned did not call me back, I called them and they said they couldnt come for 2 days. It was 90 degrees upstairs and unbearable. I called the warranty company and they reassigned flo-rite. They came out same day!!! They called as they were running abbot behind. They were courteous and professional. They got me up and running in a short time and then followed up 48 hours later ton make sure everything was good to go. I highly recommend them to anybody!!!

    The entire crew of Flo-Rite Mechanical were AWESOME! The installation crew was very knowledgeable and respectful. The owner and fellow veteran, Frank, and his Senior HVAC Analyst, John, were great to work with throughout every step of the process. My new 16 Seer Trane system has been installed by the best team Ive experienced in many years. They were very meticulous and wanted to make sure that I received first class service. They also went above and beyond to repair and seal some improper ductwork that I had paid another company to do previously. This is a company that you can rely on and TRUST to do the right thing. Their pricing is very competitive and you get what you pay for. Their expertise is above reproach and second to none! Thanks for a great experience and education. I highly recommend them to anyone who values honesty, integrity and a hard work ethic.

    I just had my 15 year old system replaced with a new Lennox system. The crew at Flo-Rite did a clean & excellent install .They showed up on schedule and answered all my questions. If your looking for service or need a completely new AC , I highly recommend calling Flo-Rite for the job.

    I had my motor give out... in July... in Texas. Was not a fun experience. The AC motor in the attic sounded as if a really old washing machine was bouncing around, and it was even shaking the house. I contacted FLO RITE and they came the very next day. Our technician, Roberto, was very knowledgeable and quick. He explained to me that my motor sat on three prongs. One had snapped, and this is what was causing the thunderous sounds coming from the attic. Due to motor rattling all over the place, the squirrel cage was also damaged. I wouldn’t have known any of this if not for Roberto. He promptly fixed it and effectively saved my life because working from home with no AC... in July... in Texas... was literally killing me. FLO RITE’s professionalism and promptness is definitely what were needed during a time of crisis. They have gained a customer for life.

    My AC went out after 10yrs. I figured it would be about time for a new one. I called John Wayne, Airtron, lots of other big name businesses. They all came in trying to sell me a new unit without even looking at my current one. From $18,000 down to $10,000. I called Flo-rite Mechanical on a recommendation from a friend who swore by them. They came and physically looked at my unit by opening it up. The overall experience was a very pleasant ordeal. I wound up with a new unit installed at more than half the price of the other companies. Trust in this company as I have.

    To make an intelligent decision on buying a central air conditioner, I looked for info and recommendations on the internet. I found a web site chock full of information that belonged to a heating and air conditioning company (ASM) in California. They were certified to work on nearly all a/c units so they were not promoting any one particular brand. Their recommendations were based on their experience with units they sold and worked on. Their top pick (value for the money) was a Day & Night Performance series a/c. I had never heard of this brand but further reading revealed that it is made by the same company that owns Carrier. When I was done reading their blog, they had convinced me that I should buy Day & Night. I went to the D&N web site to find a dealer and there was only one within 100 miles: Flo-Right Mechanical located here in San Antonio. I looked at their customer reviews and BBB rating and found that they were judged a professional outfit that was highly thought of. It is owned by Frank Flores, an Air Force veteran, and his very competent employees are John and Omar. Frank was busy on a job so on Saturday, 3 Sep 16, I met with John who provided information on Day & Night and his experiences with that brand mirrored those of ASM. He worked up a proposal sheet to give me options and I picked the 16 SEER system; however, instead of a 10-year warranty like ASM said, I got a 12-year warranty because Flo-Rite has been granted an elite dealer status by D&N. On Wednesday morning, Frank showed up and started to demo the old system. Later he was joined by John and Omar who finished the removal and started on the installation of the new system. This was where it got tricky as the a/c and furnace closet space was built in 1979 when the units were much smaller. They came up with a creative solution to make everything fit. In my research, it was repeatedly stressed that the quality of the installation was important regardless of the brand. So how did I gauge quality? During the installation, they explained why they were doing various things. When people do little things well, it gives me confidence that the big things are done equally as well. As an example, John used a level when mounting a new electrical box on the house because he wanted it to look right. These little steps were not required but for me, they were a sign of professionalism that is the obvious hallmark of this company and its employees. I am very happy with the equipment and the first thing I noticed is how much more quiet it is, inside and out, than the old unit was. I could not be more pleased with the professional installation that Frank and his men did. I highly recommend Flo-Rite Mechanical as the company to choose as your HVAC contractor regardless of the brand you choose for your a/c.

    Flo-Rite Mechanical made ever possible accommodation for me, I have a hectic schedule but they were able to quote and replace within days. During the installation process the team they sent were friendly and able to answer all my questions, which is very important to me since I understand nothing about hvac. It really made the whole process alot more comfortable for me and I will for sure continue to use them for my hvac.
