I have been using Augie for the past couple of years since my neighbor had recommended him. My air conditioning compressor locked up on me a few weeks ago so I gave Augie a call to get the unit checked out and new unit quoted. Augie was able to come out less than an hour later to have a look at both of my units. He let me know that the second unit was still running very well for its age. He then had multiple quotes for different units to me by the end day to replace the faulty unit. He worked with me to find the best unit to fit my budget and needs. He and his crew were out the next day to install the new system. His crew made sure to lay down tarps to protect the floor and made sure everything was cleaned up at the end of installation. Augie made sure I was satisfied and all my questions were answered before he left. Augie has always given me fair pricing and has always been very responsive. After our usual HVAC repair company told us on a Saturday morning around 9 AM that a new fan motor could not be replaced until Monday morning as the part supply companies are closed on Saturdays we decided to call Augie. He asked me to take a picture of the tag on the fan housing. He then sent me a reasonable quote. With a forecast of 110 degrees we gave the approval. He said he had two customers in front of us but stay in contact. He texted he was on his way with the replacement part. He advised that there was an HVAC part supply open till noon on Saturdays! About 3 hours after the initial call he arrived. Within 45 minutes he completed the repair. The service was prompt and the issue taken care of. He was determined to take care of us during record heat instead of waiting till the following Monday.

We had Fix My Air DFW replace our entire HVAC system last year and have them out twice a year for preventative maintenance and they are always great. They do a thorough inspection & test, ask us if we have any questions or concerns and let us know how were doing with maintaining the system (filters and settings) to get the best out of our HVAC system.
