I would like to share my experience with my AC repair I received today.I called First Rate Service when my central AC quit cooling.I was amazed the technicians responded so quickly!Andrew Sandaval and Sam Pena gave me an understandable reason why my unit was not cooling.They also provided me with a reasonable estimate for repairs.I was surprised at how quickly they were able to get the parts.They were very neat and considerate while doing the work, even putting down drop cloths and cleaning up after the repairs.My house is now nice and cool!I would highly recommend First Rate Service to everyone, including my family and friends.

He mentioned that he was in the process of moving but still made the time to come help us out with our problem. He came over when he said he would...and He quickly found the issue with our unit, fixed it and also did preventative maintenance as well so that our unit would not have any issues this summer. Andrew did an AMAZING job. I had some serious issues with my ac and nobody could figure out what was wrong with my system. Within 20 minutes Andrew was able to pinpoint a major problem that 4 other ac techs missed completely. By the end of the service call Andrew identified several more issues and corrected them all on the spot. My ac is now performing much, much better and Im sure within a couple of days (enough time to test all of the long-term issues) Ill notice that all of my problems are gone. Andrew was professional, courteous, and genuinely concerned with making sure that all of my problems were solved. I recommend his services wholeheartedly. 😃

I would recommend Andrew to anyone who is looking for a trustworthy, professional. We were told our unit needed to be replaced by the first company called out. Andrew came highly recommended so we opted to get a second opinion. We were pleasantly surprised with his diagnosis and his explanation as to what our unit needed and why. We received an invoice full of detail. Because this was a rental unit we needed him fast and he worked it out. Andrew was so awesome! We had been out of Ac for almost 5 weeks and our normal person we used was just ordering parts and not really diagnosing the issues. Andrew came exactly the day he said he would and was on time. He stayed all day, had to take a part my whole unit and put it back together until he figured it out. He left us with cold air and came back the next day with the part that we needed. I honestly wish I would have called him first. So this was my first time dealing with First Rate Services, Andrew was referred to me and I’m glad he was. Had him come out to clean my AC Blower and replace a UV light. He even went an extra mile and took it to a car wash because he wasn’t satisfied with how the water hose was cleaning it. I wouldn’t have known the difference, so right there is honesty. My unit is up in the attic and he made some recommendations on how he would have setup the unit, not necessary changes, but he said he could get rid of a vibration noise I’ve been hearing from the unit sitting up there on brick and plywood. I did have him come back out and he did an amazing job suspending the unit from the roof rafters and supporting it with springs underneath; it now sounds so smooth and he did it all at a great price for me. Andre thanks again for your professionalism and quality of work, see you when it’s time for tuneup.

Stepsons R22 Trane system went out after 29 yrs. I called a guy who did a hack job band-aiding the system in June of 2018 and it held for 2 yrs. Called him again, but he was gone til mid July. He referred me to Andrew Sandoval - owner - First Rate HVAC.Andrew came out a little later and assessed the issue. Yep - it was time for a total replacement. Replaced with a Bryant compressor and Carrier air handler - new thermostat - outside power box - and an extensive rework of inside area where air handler sits and more. It was an all-day job that he and an assistant did a fine job installing .One of the things that sold me on Andrew was his Google reviews. At the time he had 88 and all were either 4 or 5 star.Look at any of these outfits that advertise on TV all of the time and see if any of them have that rating. None of them do and they all have a swarm of 1/2 star reviews.The unit where I live will die one of these days and when it does I will call Andrew to replace it.
