The compressor finally went out on our almost 20 year old AC unit, and as it turned out, there were several other things wrong with it too. Fires & Sons was very quick to come over to our house, check through everything, and then order a new unit to install. Mr. Fires checked with me regularly before ordering anything so that I could know all the options I had and the costs to be expected. I very much appreciated that. When the new unit and parts came in, the installation was completed rather quickly by Mr. Fires and his crew, yet it was done with thorough and careful detail. The costumer service provided by Fires & Sons was excellent, and I will highly recommend them to anyone needing AC servicing, just as they were highly recommended to me by some friends. -

Installed our 4 mini split units in a very timely manner, continually checking in making sure everything is still running smoothly, and also checks on and verbally reminds us about my mother-in-laws air filters as well! -

Our A/C went out over the Our house was 90 degrees and was miserable, we called companys advertising 24/7 hr on call, no one replied! When we contacted Fires and Sons they responded almost immediately and were there the same day! The fees were very affordable and the were very professional, will definitely use them again!! -

Called Fires and Son’s at 7:15pm on a Saturday, they showed up promptly, found the issue quick. Then with further inspection, the Tech checked the operating pressures. Added some refrigerant as needed. These HVAC Techs are sharp! Very pleased with their service! -

I called on a Sunday, Father’s Day. My ac unit wasn’t doing what I needed. I was about to go in for knee replacement the next day and they didn’t want me to come home to a super hot house so they came out on a Sunday and Father’s Day and didn’t charge me an arm and a leg.
