I needed my whole system replaced including duct work and decided to call Quality Air based on their reputation. The whole process was flawless. Greg came out and we decided on a system and then a few days later, came install day. Ricky showed up first and then within minutes the whole install team pulled up. They went to work almost immediately and before the end of the work day, the unit was up and running. Ricky then showed me everything in the attic and outside and didnt leave until all my questions were answered. Their quality work was above and beyond what I had expected. The words honest, fair, truthful ,sincere, professional - all describe Quality Air . I didn’t think that business and people of this character existed anymore, but they do in Quality Air. Technician told us what the problem with our air condition was and what it was going to cost to repair it, and they did, and it works! There is no hidden costs with this company, there is no hustle, the technicians are the best, most concerned, most knowledgeable professionals I have seen. I recommend them , I highly recommended them, I don’t say any of this lightly. I myself have been a journeyman Pipefitter-Welder of 40 years I recognize great craftsmanship.I witnessed the honesty, ( after being ripped off by a very famous A/C company for over $800.00) . I was very disappointed. But I tell you, if you want honesty use Quality Air, if you want fairness use Quality Air, you want it done right the first time, use Quality Air.

Well...Quality Air has a new company name, Fintastic Cooling and Heating. The name has changed but the service is better than ever. I am so pleased with the technician, Ricky. He is polite and well informed. Again, he came to work. He was thoughtful of our house and placed two company carpet, one at our front entry and the second near the attic. He is enthusiastic, has a great personality and puts you at ease with what he is doing!! These qualities all go a long way! He went over what he did and then sent us a detailed report. Great job and this is why I continue to use them.

They have installed units and do the regular maintenance of our air conditioning and heating. They are professional and always respectful. After the polar Vortex this past year they came quickly to take care of a heating adjustment after the electricity returned. That was much appreciated.

We have been using Quality Air for our air conditioning needs for several years and have been thoroughly pleased with them. Their technicians are personable and very knowledgeable. A few months ago we had a new system installed and even though it must have been at least 120 degrees in our attic, they got it in and we now have a cool upstairs again. This past weekend, our older unit quit working. I called their emergency number and talked to Greg. He came to our house the next morning and had the unit up and running in no time even though it was a Sunday. I highly recommend them and everyone of their employees.

Their technician said the problem was on my side, meaning the problem was mine to find an electrician for and to pay for.Quality Air was recommended by my neighbor. They came out the next morning. Jason ,the technician, was professional and thorough. He answered all my questions. He replaced parts that had been burned in an arcing. There were still some problems. The owner Mike came out to offer options to get the AC back on. He then discovered a break that was in a different area. He fixed the problem and we have power throughout the property.My point is they stayed with us explaining different solutions. Altimatly offering the safest and least costly solution to our problems.

We had an issue that looked to be a very expensive fix. Our technician, Greg Brewer, troubleshooted the issue and discovered we had a faulty thermostat. With the thermostat being less than 90 days old he advised us to go to our supplier and exchange the defective thermostat.While here Great also cleaned up a couple of hanging wire issues.Pricing was extremely fair, service top flight. I highly recommend Quality Air -A/C and Heating Company.

Quality Air redid my whole system three years ago in 2016. Two of my bedrooms were not getting any air flow due to a faulty damper. John came by with his crew and replaced a faulty motor. They also corrected some issues with the duct work. About a week or so afterwards that damper failed again. Greg, the owner, and his son came to look at it personally. It turned out to be an easy fix. I am very happy with the work, but mostly their honesty. I previously called another a/c company to look at my problem and that other company wanted a lot to fix my issue, while Greg and his team did it for less than a 1/6th.

Quality Air had maintained my a/c for a few years, and when they came out this year they said it was time to replace the unit for two reasons:1.) the R22 freon it used is going to become hard to find after Dec 31, 2019 due to recent U.S. regulations, and 2.) the coil was covered in dog hair from years of having long haired dogs, and the expense to clean it was high.They came out three times helping us decide what to do and keeping our old system running until we could get a new one in place.When they installed the new system, they showed up in the morning and worked until it was installed around 4:00. This included installing the air handler in the attic. They installed the new thermostat and showed me how it worked. I felt like I knew what I was doing with the new system before they left.Everyone was professional the entire time, even when they got hot in the attic. Every employee I worked with used my formal name, the three installers asked permission to use the bathroom and they cleaned up after themselves. They each made sure that I was happy with the house and shook my hand before they left. I couldnt be more pleased!

1 Hour Heating and AC tried to charge me $1,250 for a new circuit board. I had John from Quality Air out to check it out. He was able to identify the problem, which ended up actually not being the circuit board and get our AC up and running for a tiny fraction of the price. Will definitely use Quality Air again when we eventually replace the whole system.

The Quality Air Team leads both Ricky and Greg Jr. were very professional and knowledgeable in the very extensive replacement of my entire AC System, outside unit, furnace, thermostats in a two story / two zone system. Several replacements and re-routes of my attic ductwork also had to be done upstairs. Cloth drops were used to protect my floors And the Workers even swept and vacuumed all the carpets and floors to pick up any left over particles! A Bonus! They took the time to show me the way the system works and how to tie my phone to the thermostats while away on vacation.The entire team was always very gracious and worked consistently to complete the Job within 1-1/2 days. I’ve used Quality Air for over the past 39 years and will continue to keep this team as my AC Contractor for years to come!

We are both retired and shouldnt have to climb up in the attic several times a month to Clorox the silly drains.

They were able to make it same-day to look at my heater after Houston dove into the 20s. This was your typical I dont know whats going on call, but they were able to show up, assess, and fix my issue. (Turns out the builder of my house had the Lyric thermostat hooked up incorrectly and it would only cool the house and not heat it.)Long story short, the reason I wanted to leave a review was that the gentlemen who showed up accidentally tracked some bits of insulation into the house. After he noticed he got down and picked up every little piece by hand. I only know this because I walked around the corner and saw him picking it all up. Its the little things that make a person and a company noteworthy. His actions were one of them. I will be using Quality Air again for any of my future needs.
