I would like to call out Factory AC Direct, they were outstanding during a tough AC situation. We were dealing with a home warranty company and Factory AC Direct was a breath of fresh air. They were the most professional service company we have ever dealt with. Melissa in the office was awesome and communicated and kept us informed through the entire process. Amber was also outstanding and guided us through the home warranty situation. Devin and Devin, the installers were on-time, professional, honest and friendly.Highly Recommend!!!

My experience with Devon was amazing. He was a very knowledgeable dude who didnt hesitate to answer any questions that I had. He came out a second time, due to a mishap not caused by Devon or his company, and fixed the issue straight away. It was a very quick and pleasant experience to have him fix our AC and I would recommend him in a heartbeat

Great service! Excellent customer service! Repair technician Devon was very thorough and knowledgeable. Recommended appropriate repair item and gave a detailed explanation of issues and parts to be replaced. He also was kind enough to educate me on how things should function and appropriate readings.. Once parts were received they were able to schedule an appointment quickly during a heat wave. He installed my AC and completed a thorough inspection to make sure everything was working properly. Two weeks later the company did a follow up to make the AC was working properly. Replacing your AC is no fun, but Devon was professional, courteous and did an excellent job!!! I also can’t forget Mitzi for keeping me informed throughout the whole process. I will proudly recommend Factory AC Direct to my friends and neighbors and even strangers. A pleasant overall experience.

Devon and his team along with the owner are truly top notch hvac professionals.They spoke with me in depth before my decision on which heat pump to use and about the different technologies etc.They have a great work ethic and really care about doing a perfect installation.His team was onsite for 16 hours non stop removing my over 42 year old AC and installing a new heat pump.You can tell they care about what they do and do it right! On top of that they were less expensive than several other quotes.
