    I recently had a Trane unit installed by Expert HVAC Services Inc. and I couldn’t be more pleased!! I was not able to clean out my filters on my former Trane unit, that was put in many years ag,o,, by a different company. Now I can easily change the filters myself. When installing it, they paid attention to every detail, and I find myself opening the door, and admiring their workmanship!!! Outstanding Service!!!!

    I had a new unit installed a year ago. The install guys were fast, clean, professional - and the pricing was right on my comparison shopping. A year later and I had noises that I couldn’t isolate. I couldn’t reproduce the noise when they were here and it was driving me crazy. We/they finally figured it out. It was actually a neighbors condo AC unit failing that I was hearing. It was hard to track down but they did and were pleased to help me out. This is the right company to deal with. Persistent, professional, responsive!

    My regular checkup with Mike went well and he confirmed my suspicion that there was something very wrong .Since my last checkup my house has been getting very dirty with excessive dirt coming out the registers. The Evap Cooler and AC had and open space were it sucked in the hot dirty air and brought in the dirt 😞😞 My electric bill for the summer was outrageous because of that. Since I purchased the AC unit from you and you have done all maintenance and no one else has been on my roof I would like to know what happen that Mike had to use duct tape to close the gaps???I want to say Thank you you found the problem it was the company that added insolation to my attic that accidentally disconnected part of the duct system.Thank you C.Sauer

We knew we wanted to stay with Trane as our old units did very well for 28 years. Gabe and team specialize in Trane.     Absolutely wonderful company. I had a bad experience with the previous company and Expert was a complete 180. They installed a brand new HVAC system and fixed everything the last company messed up; the scariest thing is that Expert found a gas leak the last company left in my attic.     It’s that time of year when the bees nest in your air conditioning unit. Had to hire a bee removal company to come out and remove the hive During that removal, the air conditioning wiring was damaged. Called Expert AC who installed the unit, fit me in there schedule and were able to come out the same day and make the repairs.Always Great service and great people. You can depend on them to do the job right. I trust them.

    Our air-conditioning went out last summer. We had temporary fix. Had 4 bids Expert HVAC had best price. Our neighbor recommended them.They came out explained what they were doing and got to work. They are the nicest group of guys. They tested everything and showed us how it works.     We scheduled a routine service for one of our 4-ton units only to find that the unit needed an expensive repair or replace the unit altogether. I also wanted our other unit serviced but the company said they were too busy. Something didn’t feel right about it, and I wanted a second opinion. Expert Hvac was recommended, and I scheduled an appointment. Logan came out and serviced both units and found they were working satisfactory. This saved a lot of money and peace of mind.     The first person I spoke to at Expert was Darlene. I told her my story and how frustrated I was with my AC and the issues I was having with another contractor. She listened carefully and did everything she could to assure me that I was in good hands. Mike was the technician to do the diagnostic. He was punctual, professional, friendly, and most important, honest. He told me what he saw, what is wrong and what they can do to fix it. He explained everything to me in laymans terms and answered all my questions. I feel very confident in giving this company my business and will most likely recommend them to friends and family. They have not repaired the unit yet but we are hoping for this weekend.Update: Rick and Walter came to fix the A/C they were right on schedule and very professional.     My A/C stopped working on a Saturday afternoon in July and my Dad recommended Expert HVAC and I am so glad I called them. Mark showed up pretty quickly and put in a new part and had it working in no time. Mark is extremely polite, friendly and very knowledgeable in fixing air conditioners.     I had Expert Hvac install a new Trane hvac split system last spring on a fairly quick notice. Gabe and his men were nothing short of the best to work with. They were prompt and very careful with the removal of the 10 year old Lennox system and the install of the new Trane system. After six months with the extremely hot weather this summer in Phoenix, the new Trane 14x system has performed flawlessly. The Trane condenser is very quiet compared to the Lennox. I just had them out this fall for the winter check on the new furnace with no issues found. Good to go for winter! A huge Thank you to Gabe and his men for a job well done. See you next spring!!

Months later, when their air conditioner went out, another HVAC company was going to charge 2700 to fix or 5k to replace.     We were referred to this company through my son in laws boss who had used them for many years. Our old system broke down during extreme heat. Rich came promptly, diagnosed the problem and gave us alternate options for repair. Thankfully, he was able to repair the unit but we requested info on a new system. He explained everything thoroughly with no pressure and provided us with 3 options. We chose one and scheduled installation. Patrick and Tyler were the technicians who installed our system.They arrived on time and worked efficiently, quietly and continuously for 8 hours in extreme heat. Upon completion, they cleaned up and explained our new system and details on the new thermostat.     Called them for a maintenance service on my three AC Units in the morning and they had their tech Mark scheduled that same day. Mark was terrific as he explained as he cleaned and serviced my units. He also have me pointers on what I can do to go clean my units following dust storms. After he finished the maintenance on the AC units, Mark changed all our filters at no extra cost. Mark also did a great job in explaining their annual maintenance program for both our AC units and furnaces and the discounts that come with the program. We are very pleased with the great service we received.

    I called these guys for a house I am Purchasing - the AC wasn’t putting out cold air like it should. I had two other companies quote about $5,000 to repair the system and more than $10k for a new unit. Gabe came out and explained how the equipment that was there didn’t even Match up with the size of the Air handler and showed me how it wasn’t even installed properly (neither of the other companies did that). They were just trying to make a bunch of money off me. Gabe was professional and friendly and gave me a great price for a 15 seer TRANE - about $4,000 less than the other guys!! And he got it installed quickly too and fixed the other issues. I highly recommend EXPERT HVAC SERVICES!

    I first called HVAC when our furnace completely gave out in a cold snap. After fixing that replaced an old AC unit.     To say Im an extremely difficult customer would be an understatement. Regardless, I expect perfection 10 times out of 10 - even though I know that is close to impossible. HOWEVER, when it comes to Gabe and his team, were pretty darn close. Theyve installed new, they service my units twice a year, theyve diagnosed, repaired, offered solutions to fixing problems rather than immediately reverting to spending additional monies, all while being first-rate in the field.     We enclosed a patio into a new room connecting to the house. Existing A/C unit was ancient and even a little small for the existing space, let alone the addition. Because the single thermostat was far away from the new room I assumed wed need a dual thermostat arrangement. Expert talked me off that more expensive solution and explained how adding a return in the new room and setting the thermostat to run on for 10 min, and off for 20 min would equalize the temp throughout the house and only require a single thermostat. A much cheaper & easier solution. After ~9 months experience with the new unit & ducting we actually spent LESS on cooling this summer than in previous summers despite adding 200 sq ft to be cooled. The installation was perfect, but the design phase was the crucial element in this and thats what makes Expert better than the bigger names.
