    Wow!!! Where do I even begin to tell you about Excellence, Tammy, Daniel and the whole team. We had suffered since March with our Air Conditioning going in and out. A different company came out and charged us $3400 just for the cooling coil and the AC kept going out after they replaced that. The previous company came out numerous times charging a service fee. Never getting it to work. They refused to give us an itemized list of what we paid for. No receipt.I reached out to neighbors on Nextdoor and one lady referred me to Excellence. One call with Tammy. She listened to our problem and understood what we had been through. Daniel was out and discovered our outside unit was completely out. We got it replaced the next day and the house has never been this cool. My mom purchased this home as a new build in 2009. The ac works better now than it ever has. We love them so much that when we sell this home and move to our new place. I don’t care what contractors have to say. If they want the job of building our new home, they will either let Excellence install our new Ac and heat or lose the job.     I am so pleased with this company. Tammy has been a pleasure working with She made it happen. She had Daniel, their serive tech set up in a hurry to take care of me.     The staff that I interacted with were very nice and professional. Although I had to wait for parts to fix my AC, they kept in contact with me every day. The young man who came to replace a part on Monday stayed a while to make sure it was working properly, but an hour after he left, the AC stopped working again. Because of the heat in the attic, he had waited until evening to come, which was fine with me, but then it was too late for me to call him back. I left a message Tuesday morning to the company, and the same young man called and said he would be here that day to replace another part that he believed had failed. He came very, very late this time, but it was again because of the heat and maybe other service calls he was responding to. He kept in contact with me, though. I didnt care if he had come at 3AM. My family and I were melting. He stayed longer to make sure that the AC was working properly. Everything is now fixed and working.Great company service that I will definitely use again. I highly recommend Excellence AC & Heating in Missouri City, TX.

    This local family owned company is absolutely the best AC service we have ever used, and that’s not an exaggeration. They are honest, reasonable, efficient, caring and quick to respond. After shopping around, they gave us the best deal on a new unit. Everyone from office staff to the technicians went over and above to make sure everything was to our satisfaction from start to finish. After completing the work and as we were chatting with the lead technician, Tom, and before he left, he once again on his own went up in the attic to take one last look to make sure everything was working well. A few days later, the owner called us to make sure everything was ok.Would like to also point out that we have home repair insurance, which we called on them first, but after they came out to give us an estimate on repairs or replacement, we didn’t feel they were correct or honest and decided we were better off not using them. That was the best decision we made in this instance and we’re fortunate to have found Excellence A/C & Heating.

    A technician by the name of Tom came to my home and did a repair to my upstairs a/c that we knew was not cooling. He found that our capacitor was gone out. He fixed it in no time and explained everything to me! He even took a digital thermometer and showed me how the air was cooling and waiting at our home for the air to cool to our desired level. He was able to explain all of my questions about maintenance and he also performed that on both of my units. We have had two companies fix our a/c’s in the past two years and both have not done the right job. So thankful for Tom and his great work!     AC specialist Tom Lu had helped me with my AC repair about two weeks ago and he has done an excellent job. If he can help me with my issue, I am sure he can deal with any problems you may have.My AC has an ongoing issue with the drainage. It is an older home and the things are not all set up the optimal way. Tom not only declogged the system, he also installed a T structure to address the ongoing issue with the drainage. He took time to explain the technical details to me and he was very good at making me understand the technical side.     I had my unit installed about a year ago. Their entire team is very polite. Tammie at the office is a hoot! I found them by doing internet research. A previous company gave me an outrageous price for a smaller unit and also lied about some noise that I thought was not normal, which it was. I first call them because I though my AC was not cooling, dont mind me it was a 20 year old 4 ton unit . Tom came and showed me that it was cooling properly. Also explained that the unit was too small for my house (I researched it, he was right) and the vent in my bedroom was by the door with the return right outside, so is it was never going to cool down. We decided to go ahead and replaced the unit instead of waiting for it to break. They added two more vents to my master bedroom and replaced the entire unit, and still came to a better price than the other company, who were gauging and lying to us. I will definitely recommend them. Also when trying to reach the office, make sure you texted their number, not call.

He had the replacement part in the truck and completed the work quickly. This is one of the few times I have had a dispatcher tell me the contractor will call 30 minutes prior to arrival and they actually do it. Tom also took the time to answer my questions about how to maintain my unit to extend its service life. The entire process took about an hour, including the extra information he was able to provide about maintaining my unit.

    We had a truly exceptional experience with Tammy who helped schedule our service and with Tom who installed our new Nest and new heating system. Not only did we get timely service during the middle of a winter storm, but we also saved a bunch of money, as other companies were quoting 2 or 3 times the amount of money that we paid for service from Excellence. The team kept me informed of the ETA, cleaned up after the service and offered to help me set up my Nest thermostat. This company is a great find! I highly recommend it.

    Excellence AC and Heating installed a 3 ton 16 seer system for me. They wanted my business and wanted to help me. They came Friday and did the install, but was having a challenge with a 30+ old R22 system.
