    Tom was hired by my property management company to replace my thermostat. Tom was communicative and timely. He needed to purchase a different device in order to cover the hole left by the old one. He returned the very next day with the thermostat. He was quick, friendly and walked me through how to use it.I would definitely recommend Tom and his company!

    Tom and crew at Excellence AC provided me with exceptional services on 09.01.2024. I had only been a customer for 24 hours with a new unit install and had an issue arise with an unrelated wire and condensation on furnace. It was scorching hot on a Labor Day weekend. Prompt service and responsivness says a lot. Tammy and the Admin team provided the same level of support. Thanks.

    I had Tom as my ac condition man he was very quick and effective. He knew the problem right away and fixed it within 10-15 minutes. He explained what was happening and the ac is working sooo great. Everyone in the house was satisfied.

    So lucky to know this company through a friend! My house is really old and the old AC systems stopped working. I got quote from 2 other companies giving me very ridiculous price just like all Austin contractors do.To my surprise, Excellence A/C gave me very reasonable quote and solutions. They helped me installed the new ones with the best price you can find in Austin areas.They are very patient to help me understand the cause and different prices/options/brands. And what’s more, they taught me how to do easy maintenance so the systems can work well longer.If you have any AC problems, I recommend you contact them and they will take really care of you with the best price and care.I am sure you will thank me for this recommendation! He came to our house and examined both unit, He is not pushing at any sales to us, all he did was to give us his honest feedback.     Tom was prompt and thorough! I had him do a complete new ac unit on both sides of my duplex. He worked through some challenges with great solutions and had both units installed in 2 days.     I was not looking forward to replacing our old HVAC system with a new one. Communicating and meeting with various contractors was only reinforcing my concerns. Fortunately I came across a posting by Excellence AC & Heating, and the entire experience was great!From the beginning Tom and the team were easygoing , super helpful, and most importantly, they took the time to listen to all of my questions, concerns, preferences, and even ramblings at times. During the entire time I never once felt pressured by them. Their pricing is by far the most reasonable which was one of my biggest concerns. The quality of their work and the finished product was also incredible!I highly recommend going with this company and the wonderful people there.
