Saw company card at a local barber shop and was already looking for a/c and heating work to be done in somewhat of a hurry. Gave them a call and the gentleman was up front and professional. They got the job done fast and did not leave a mess behind. Haven’t had any problems since and the next time myself or someone ask if I know of any one that I won’t hesitate to give them this company’s number. It’s hard out here these days to find honest hard working individuals instead of some one just trying to make a buck. Thanks you again too Excel Houston A/C & Heating keep up the good work

I am extremely happy with the service that Will rendered my furnace system. Id reached out to about 6 different heating companies yesterday in my emergent scramble to get my heating issue resolved before the freeze and Will answered me within the hour of my inquiry.We set up next day scheduling to which he assessed the situation, figured out what the problem was, provided me solutions, and executed finding the part I needed, and installing it.Will took about 45 minutes to get my heat back up and running and has provided me more answers about my AC/Heating unit than anyone has (I have a homeowners warranty) in the 3 years Ive been in my home.Hes definitely locked in as my go to person regarding HVAC!Thank you Will for your time and dedication to your craft!

I’ll highly recommend these gentleman at Excel A/C & Heating! They were not only very prompt for the appointment but also very knowledgeable about preventive maintenance and helped me understand how my system worked. After they diagnosed the problem, they were actually able to repair the equipment instead of trying to sell me a new system. It saved me a significant amount of money. They definitely earned a customer for life!

Ive called on Excel on 2 separate occasions for two completely different reasons. Hopefully I will not have anymore problems with my A/C but if I do Ill definitely be calling Excel again. They were able to get the job diagnosed and repaired promptly, and at a competitive price. William even explained and answered the many questions my wife and I had with no problem!
