    My roofer Mike Parker was so helpful in getting my roof replaced. The insurance company that I have, have declined me in the past but this time with Mikes expertise he talked to the insurance company and was able to get a complete roof replacement for me. Once approved he came back to my home to discuss roof type, color and cost and replacement day. On the day of replacement he arrived at the same time the actual roofers arrived and he was there all day to answer any questions that I might have had while the job was happening.     Mike and Robin helped me through the whole process of getting my roof replaced. They were both very kind and professional at all times. Very detailed in explaining every phase from the inspection to the walk with insurance agent and then on the day of installation they were there making sure the new roof was installed correctly and with the correct color that was selected. I highly recommend Mike Parker and Robin Elmore. I have already recommended Excel Construction to others that need help with their roof replacement.

    They did a great job replacing our roof! They arrived as I was leaving for work in the morning, and the roof was complete and they were gone by the time I got back home that afternoon. They had cleaned up everything perfectly, I literally could not even tell that anyone had been there. And the roof looked great. Customer service has been wonderful as well. Highly recommend! 👏🏻

    A Big Thank you to Ms. Jessica. My insurance company would not replace the entire roof which needed replacing. Thanks to Ms. Jessica who worked closely with me. I was able to replace my entire roof at a very reasonable price. Ms. Jessicas team arrived on time. Replaced my roof before the end of the day along with cleaning up and made it look as if no work had been to my home. Thank yo Ms. Jessica for making everything go so smoothly.     Just finished having a new roof installed due to storm damage and worked with two wonderful women, Stacey and Jennifer who were the ultimate in professionalism and customer service! As a single mom, it’s really nice to be able to trust a business to be honest.     Brandy Cline is the most knowledgeable and honest Sales Rep I have ever came across in this Industry and will take care of your roofing needs from start to finish. If you are even somewhat hesitant, get in contact with her and you will 110 percent be in honest ,good hands. She will do whatever it takes to get your roof replaced plus make sure you have the proper ventilation for the hot summers that take a toll on your roof and electric bill ! She is by far the best !

With that being said, Rachael Stanley was definitely the biggest help of all. She kept everything within the time frame that worked best for me. Its hard to find someone to trust when youre rehabbing a property from another state but Sean A. has been easy to work with and has been our point of contact from the sale to the final touches.
