    We chose Josh and Elite Air Experts to replace our entire A/C system. Josh is incredibly knowledgeable, honest and polite, as was his crew. They were in and out in the same day, all trash was removed and the slight mess inside was cleaned. Josh programmed our new thermostat to our liking and checked in a couple days later to ensure it was operating properly. We couldn’t be happier with our new unit and the service provided. Highly recommend, we will happily be calling Josh in our future, should something go awry.

    I had been without heat for 2 almost 3 nights before I reached out to Josh for some help and he was super prompt at responding to my messages, came over instantly to diagnose the issue and even fixed me right up! I asked if he offered some recommendations for a different thermostat and he didn’t give me a “upsell” vibe when he had one on his truck he could sell me and even suggested a different one from the store that he used personally. He was very helpful and polite and I’ll definitely always use Elite Air Experts for any and all hvac needs!

    This is EXACTLY the situation I was hoping to find...and questioned whether or not I actually would.  After 2 very expensive quotes in regards to furnace replacement and after a time of procrastination and a much later Google search, I chose to contact this provider based on reviews and reputation.  I was impressed with our initial phone conversation, and requested an in-home inspection.I was very happy that the business owner, Josh came himself to inspect my equipment.  The issue was diagnosed within 20 minutes.There was no pressure in regards to sales.  I was given a choice of part replacement or actual complete furnace replacement.  Based on the age of my appliance, I chose complete replacement.  All steps were explained to me throughout the installation process.  The crew were very friendly and respectful in regards to my home.  Josh stayed with his crew the entire install duration.Actual savings in this situation was $2,800.  This company also offers and was knowledgeable in regards to many financing options, and I chose GREENSKY.This company offers a membership with complete annual inspections of all HVAC equipment, and this will be my next step.He will register your appliances for you and you receive an email with your certificate!VERY SPECIAL THANKS for this completely professional service and most likely, I will at least subconsciously (if not consciously) think of this company each time I turn on the heat!OBVIOUSLY RECOMMENDED!!

    100% would recommend!! We had two previous companies come out to try to fix an AC problem in our shop. Both said they were completely different problems that would cost thousands of dollars to fix. This company came out, fixed the problem immediately and charged a tiny fraction of the other prices that we were quoted. They did a great job at explaining the problem and showing how they fixed it. We will only use this company from now on!

    We were referred to Elite Air Experts from a neighbor and they didn’t disappoint. They were on time and had the best price and service we could hope for.     Joshua was great to work with! We have a zoned AC, and we had someone else try to fix it. They weren’t able to, but Joshua was able to figure out the issue and correct it in like 30 minutes. His prices are also very reasonable for AC repair. Highly recommend!

    I highly recommend Josh with Elite Air Experts. After a horrible experience with a different locally owned small business, I reached out to Josh to discuss replacement of entire unit at my aunts house. He immediately texted me back and said he could meet me at the house even though the power had not been restored from the hurricane just yet. He discussed ALL options and when I decided to replace the entire unit, he scheduled the service in a time that worked for us. He always replies to my text/phone calls quickly and is willing to assist any way he can. If I could give him 10 stars I would.

    Joshua was a amazing tech that came out very late at night especially with the hurricane that just passed less then 24 hours but he still came out and looked at our system and fixed it in less then 20 minutes.     Josh was very friendly, arrived when he said he would, diagnosed the issue with my AC and quoted a fair price. He did not try to push me into any products or services beyond what was needed to get my AC up and running, which I really appreciated, as the initial estimate I received from another company did not offer many options. He did, however, warn me my unit could be at the end of its life based on the age. So he gave me several options with estimates so I can prepare for it when the time comes. He explained everything so I could understand and answered all my questions with patience. Excellent experience all around!

    We have had a.c issues every summer, this year didnt even make it out of the month of March and our a.c was already freezing. Josh was the first a.c to actually look for a freon leak and found it, recommending a new coil just on the outside not inside required. We opted to replace both due to age of the unit and having issues in the past. New units installed and house is feeling great, will definitely use this company again for any other issues that come up

    They replaced my whole system recently, inside and out. Now my AC is finally running prefect and cold again!!! They finished within 5 hours and were thorough with EVERYTHING. Even cleaning everything up afterwards. Looked as if no one was ever in or outside my house. I also use them to service my AC once a year and they do an outstanding job every time they have been here. Reasonably priced, affordable, and also offers great financing. 10/10 would recommend. I wont take my business elsewhere!

    I have had several different companies in the past come out to my home for repairs and service and Elite has always been the best. Very professional and thorough, they always explain the repairs that are needed and/or services they offer and give me the option to choose the level of service I want done. Josh was the only company that actually used a machine to actively look for a leak. He found none and saved us thousands.     Quick to respond to our “emergency” call. Houston weather with NO AC is an emergency. They came out the same day! Easy to work with, fair an reasonable repair costs. Didn’t try to over sell. They were working with my mother who is I. Her 70’s. Often she feels like workman try to take advantage of her with costs or they push repairs that aren’t really needed. This company went above and beyond to reassure her and to complete her repair without trying to sell her a whole new unit! Thanks so much for taking great care of my Mom!!
