Two major slab leaks repaired in one day! Earls had their leak detection team out and they were just fantastic. Our technician Trey was knowledgeable, quick, and kind. He and his team never stopped working until the job was done- extremely hardworking! Not to mention these guys were respectful and very tidy! We have worked with Earls before in another home several years ago and got the exact same service. We highly recommend Earls and Trey specifically, he made our terrible flooded day end dry and most importantly fixed!!!

I woke up on 1/14/2025 with no hot water. I flipped the breaker to my water heater and pressed the reset button on the side, which exhausted my knowledge on what to do. And after a couple of hours of waiting to see if my water would get warm again, I looked up plumbers in my area. Earl’s had a great overall rating with the largest number of reviews, so that’s who I called. The person that took my call was extremely warm and welcoming, got all of my info, and told me someone would come see me later that afternoon. Sure enough, around 3pm, I got a text with a photo of the person that was on their way. His name was CT and he had Cade with him. They quickly assessed the problem and let me know that my water heater needed to be replaced. After they told me my options and let me know the prices, I agreed to have a new one installed. And by 5:30 that evening, I had hot water again! CT and Cade were extremely pleasant to interact with, and they did a fantastic job. I highly recommend reaching out to Earl’s if you need any plumbing issues resolved. And I will also be reaching out if I need anything done to my AC or heater!

Initially I was disappointed because I was notified that their techs ran behind and couldn’t make it until the following day to come and give me a quote. It was a little frustrating because I had a different Plumbing company completely stop responding to me for a quote. So when I mentioned to them that I had to leave work early to be there for that quote, they sent out one of their on call technicians. He got there promptly and ended up not just giving us the quote, but fixing our shower pipe/faucet. While I didn’t make contact with him myself, I could hear the interaction between him and my husband. He was friendly and professional. Thank you so much Zach Norris, we appreciate the service you provided!! Will use Earl’s plumbing in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs plumbing services.

The two men who installed a new patio ceiling fan for us did a very good job. Patrick, whos done work at our house before, is very friendly and knowledgeable.The men came out on two different days, and they had to work in very hot and humid conditions. We wanted to give kudos to your employee, Jeff Martinez. He repaired drywall access following a necessary cutout in the wall. He was able to restore the drywall to pristine condition which included all the steps to fill the hole, texture, paint, etc. He arrived on time ready to work with all the necessary tools on the service truck. He is worth his weight in gold due to the skills he possesses to get the job done right. The quality of his work is excellent. Im excited to share my positive experience today!. We had a sudden, huge leak under our sink from our garbage disposal yesterday. I called Earls, received a quote on the phone, and today they showed up, replaced the garbage disposal, left no mess, everything is working properly. We also received a very professional text prior to them coming out with a picture, and bio snippet so we knew who would show up at our door. We Will definitely use Earls again, so refreshing to know quality work and professionalism is still available!

After struggling with plumbing issues for months, Earl’s came to our rescue. Our sewage line in the alley was completely falling apart, which prompted us to learn that this issue is now the homeowners responsibility to fix rather than the city as of a few weeks ago. Crystal was extremely kind and quickly scheduled us a service the next morning. Their crew has painstakingly dug and replaced the pipes, making a sure everything was done just right. Each one of their employees we interacted with was doing amazing, thank you!

We had a clogged shower drain. They were able to come the same day that I called and did a great job. They even put a mat down to protect my carpet while they worked. It turned out to be a simple drain clear and while I felt that the charge was high, after 3 weeks of trying to fix it myself, I now have a working drain again. They had the equipment that I didn’t to get it flowing again and answered all of my questions.

We were given the home warranty when we recently bought our house. Weve had several problems. Our air conditioner went out. The ice maker in the fridge broke. The dishwasher broke and was leaking water everywhere. Our dryer door broke as well. They repaired our air conditioner the very next day with quality parts and service. They completely replaced our dishwasher with a brand new one. Picture included. Theyre going to fix our ice maker tomorrow. They even took care of the dryer door. These guys are amazing. We will continue to pay yearly for this service. I would highly reccomend everyone else who owns a home do the same thing. Go to their website. The premium package basically covers everything within reason in your home. It would be stupid not to have a service such as this.

Nope. Finally received a call Monday afternoon to see if a tech had reached out to me. Nope. Thankfully Earl’s called me Monday morning because they noticed I had called Sunday. Resolved my problem. Everything good. I will always call Earl’s for any future problems.

From the very first call, Earls was punctual, professional, and efficient. From call to appointment:-Initial appointment intake only took a few minutes, with the dispatcher (Rachael if I remember correctly) patiently and politely listening to my laundry list of issues.-Appointment time was made a few days away-Mike and Eric showed up on time, introduced themselves, and got to work promptly after running through all the issues I had mentioned on the phone.-Garbage disposal was quickly and cleanly replaced with a identical new unit, with Eric leaving spare parts and instructions in the case I would need to fix something myself.-While Eric was working, Mike trouble shot my shower issue, and stuck with it after proving to me more complicated than he let on. He did not charge me for this work.-After their work, Mike and Eric cleaned any messes and took trash/broken equipment with them.-They both graciously answered my 1000 questions I had about plumbing/etc.-All final cost/invoice came in either at expected or lower estimate rates.Overall, a fantastic experience. This is a perfect example of how local businesses keep customers for decades. I have no complaints, and have no need to search any other plumbing provider after this work.

Earls just did a pretty significant plumbing repair on our house and now that it is all done I felt it would only be appropriate to leave a review for others that are thinking about using them. We have their warranty service and have used them several times on our slightly older home. We have always been pleased with their professionalism. With our latest repair, I felt that everyone representing Earls was amazing: Sam [answered several of my calls, was genuinely concerned with our needs, and helped with scheduling], Skyler [confirmed the issue and helped us to limit the damage], Trey [strategized the fix, kept me informed throughout the whole process and did a great job of completing the repairs], and last but not least Jeff [helped with the construction needs to remove and replace the tile SEAMLESSLY] Each member of this team had incredible integrity, transparency and even concern for our needs. There were others that helped throughout the process whose names Ive forgotten or didnt catch and I do hate not being able to list them too. I have never felt at ease with anyone doing plumbing work in past homes but Earls has far exceeded my expectations!

I purchased and used Earls Home Warranty, an amazing program that paid for itself the first time I used it. All communications and service were handled with professionalism. Response time was very quick and the repairs were made in a very reasonable amount of time. The service provided by Earls HW is far and beyond any of the other home warranty providers. I tried others before and was very dissatisfied with the service provided and how long it took for resolution and how much interaction was required by me in order to get them to respond and ultimately make the repair. I highly recommend the home warranty program provided by Earls. I will truly miss their program as we move to an area they do not service.

Ive had issues with my Navien water heater since installation. The problem was it would take over 5 minutes to get hot water to any faucet. The Navien unit was installed by a Master Plumber, yet Justin looked at the unit and within 30 seconds was able to determine that the installation was done incorrectly. My air conditioner stopped working with temperatures 100’s so I called Earl’s Plumbing where I have a home warranty and they sent Glen McCarter to my house. I just wanted to explain how wonderful this professional took care of my issue. Mr McCarter was so thorough and answered all my questions in detail and was able to repair my AC, replaced the fan and fixed the wiring, checked my outside unit and now I am cool and comfortable thanks to him. Earl pleasetake care of this amazing employee and give him a big fat raise.

I had heard good things about Earls so I thought Id give them a try. I received a phone call from the tech when he was on the way. Also, I received a text with techs photo and a bit of personal info. That was nice. Tech was courteous and professional. He spent less than 30 minutes replacing about 5 feet of pvc drain line. I felt the price was a bit high. We opted not to replace the thermostat as the cost for that was even more than what he had just done. I gave the dispatcher my email so they could send a receipt. Twenty nine hours later and I still havent received a receipt.

He appeared on time as promised, was very respectful of our space, wore a mask during this time of Covid 19, finished his work quickly, sanitized the area he worked in, and was overall extremely pleasant to deal with. I have used Earl’s four times now and have been very pleased with their excellent service each time. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone who has plumbing needs.Mark was awesome! The home is quite old and the plumbing showed it.They did exactly what they said they would and some extra things that we asked about. This again is after having to come in and clean up a previous repair not done well. Everything is new and insulated!!We will call them for ALL our plumbing needs going forward.Everyone that came out was very courteous and explained the ongoings. I purchased Earls Home Warranty for my new home and Ive been nothing but pleased with the service. I had the HVAC system inspected after closing - they showed me everything I needed to know about the system. Electrical? Yes, please - they were out to the house on time and put my mind at ease as to several questions in the house and made the needed repairs quickly at a very fair rate. Plumbing - beyond pleased with plumbing service. Id never had a gas water heater before and thought I knew how to light the pilot but missed a small detail and therefore thought the unit needed repair. The team from Earls discovered the issue getting the pilot light to light - it was very minor - all that was needed was to push the relay switch. They then showed me what they did so pilot lighting would not be an issue when/if it goes out again and best of all - did not charge me the service fee. Better yet? They helped me unload the little sofa I just got off OfferUp earlier than morning. This summer I called Earls as I thought my air conditioner was going out in the record heat. The tech from Earls checked out my unit - it was fine. The issue is my house is old, its a former rent house, and most likely in desperate need of fresh insulation - again I was not charged the fee. I LOVE Earls and am so glad I went with a local company for my Home Warranty needs. I feel like they have my back and that is worth everything...EVERYTHING. I have shared my experience with my real estate agent in the area but Im writing this to get the word out to more people that Earls is a fantastic company. They have wonderful people who are fair and care and for that I plan on keeping my warranty as long as theyll have me. :) The warranty is completely and totally worth every penny! Thank you Earls!

Alex was absolutely amazing on our visit!! 7-21-19Want to share our experience with Earls, their technician, and their Home Warranty Process in general. After our unit went out late Saturday afternoon, the Earls office staff expedited a technician to our home, and by Sunday morning Alex was at our door ready to see how he could help. Alex quickly diagnosed the issue (original Trane A/C motor locking up), and replaced the entire component under Earls Home Warranty.We have only owned the home for about two weeks, so naturally a major component going out is nothing short of frustrating. But with the Home Warranty Protection provided by Earls, we had a technician promptly to our house (impressive considering it was late into the weekend!) and had the problem fixed in no time.For anyone debating tapping into a home warranty program, I highly recommend Earls. They responded to our service call in under 3 hours and had the quote ready for me to sign within 5 minutes of arriving and they got to work replacing the valves! All the kiddos were napping (the sink needing repair was in their naproom) and they respectfully worked so quietly so not to disturb them! Johnathan was professional and provided exceptional service! The part we needed could not be acquired because the service call became difficult, it extended past the time the parts house was open. He could have left us without air conditioning for the weekend. But he went above and beyond, to make sure we had A/C over the weekend. Due to issues outside his control,, a quick fix, became further complicated and he stuck it out. He could have put a bandaid on it and moved along. But he took the time to diagnose and fix the problem, to the manufacturer specifications. I appreciate the professionalism and desire to take care of the customer. Earl’s plumbing sent out Kerry who gave me a diagnosis and estimate. Kerry presented the information and answered all my questions very matter of fact. The estimate was significantly lower then the competitor. Kerry told me that once the work got started the price might actually go down but never over the estimate. Richard and Cory were assigned to do my repairs. They were extremely punctual, friendly, responsive and EXTREMELY professional (while my experienced with their competitor was not professional at all). They answered all my questions along the way and I appreciated their candid responses. I asked A LOT of questions, I was very curious about the process and procedures and they were so awesome to take the time to answer and explain anything I didn’t fully understand. It was very important to me to get quality work. In the end, I felt like they not only did they provide quality work but they went out of their way to to make sure that they could provide it at the very best value. Earls Home Warranty was excellent. Our built-in microwave died after moving into our first home. They responded within 24 hours of submitting my request to set an appointment. Once the technician determined it needed to be replaced, they ordered a new one and had it installed. For a non-emergency request, I was impressed that the process was completed in about 10 days. For both the inspection and installation, Hector R. arrived and completed the work within the scheduled time slots. He called when he was on his way. He wiped his shoes before coming in. He was polite and efficient. He brought any trash out with him. He also provided me some great homeowner tips regarding maintaining appliances. Being a new homeowner is a bit stressful. You no longer can just call up the apartment front office and submit a maintenance request. However, its nice to know I can just call Earls!

This time we are under a time crunch that was conveyed Monday morning the first time I called. The technician came out Tuesday afternoon to take a look and said he would work up an estimate and get back in touch. He did just that except the estimate was sent in an email. Never was I told it would be emailed. I waited all afternoon and finally called at 4:30 to see what the problem was. After talking to several very professional people on the phone, I was assured that the work would be started first thing the next day pending approval of the plumbing manager. There was nothing scheduled for our tech on the calendar. However, The manager hadnt added the jobs scheduled for the next day on the calendar. The work was scheduled for Thursday, today, morning between 8:30 and 9. I called at 9 to find out why they were not here and found out that the tech had been sent on other calls and would not arrive until mid-morning. We are leaving town first thing tomorrow morning, which was explained on Monday, and we have to have a gas leak repaired including digging a ditch and getting it approved by the city before tomorrow. Well, I dont see that happening. I am very disappointed. All the people on the phone are very helpful and the techs are very efficient. The plumbing manager, in my humble estimate, is not helping his people communicate or schedule jobs accurately or timely. If I had known they were too busy this week, I could have made other arrangements.I cant promise my loyalty at this point. Changing my stars to 2 because of the other people involved besides the manager.

September 2023.Earls saved our lives.We had a gas leak, Atmos came out and locked the meter, and I called Earls.Tyler and Isaiah showed up thought it would take a couple days and gave me an estimate and we were off and running. Just about the moment they started the world of a 1928 home with a ton of renovations over the years and concrete patio everywhere took over and their two days quickly exploded.Never a cross word. Never a lack of patience. Not a word of profanity. Tyler and Isaiah were phenomenal. And...and...the 10 workdays they worked all topped over or were within 100 degrees and still they worked, and dug, and researched, and dug, and explored, and dug, and broke up concrete...and...worked.Phenomenal effort, reasonable price, gas is back on.But, and this is a big but. Tyler came down from one of the attics and said I have to show you something. And there, for who knows how long, stood a very heavy asbestos shrouded vent pipe but it was not over the vent, but to the side.Over the last several weeks Id had a number headaches (which I never have) and a few months before we had our attics urethane foamed so sealing them completely. I assume the CO was building in the attic and leaking into our living space. Ive installed additional Smoke/CO detectors but until Tyler found this life-threatening issue I was just slightly concerned with my headaches.Thank you Earls. Thanks Isaiah. Thanks Tyler. Weve had Earls home warranty for a couple of months and have nothing but positive experiences. They can be reached very promptly and the technicians arrive usually within 1-3 days, usually sooner. Our last experience was nothing short of exceptional service. Randy and his colleague came out within hours of us not having hot water - They inspected it and before the day was over and kids were home from school, we had hot water and a properly draining bathtub! Their warranty coverage is very good and we are paying reasonable amount out of pocket. In our experience with a different company last year, we werent very pleased because that company found reasons not to cover services instead of finding ways to help their customers out. We recommend Earls highly and their staff is always respectful and courteous and calling for some repair (which is usually daunting when you dont know anything about electrical or plumbing issues) doesnt feel stressful with them.Another feature I like about their service is I get a text with a picture of the technician that will arrive so we know who to expect -

We bought a home warranty from Earls when we bought our house. The day after we moved in we had a leak start in one of the walls. We called Earls and they were able to come out the next morning and got it fixed in about one and half hours. All it cost was the 79 dollar deductible! Money well spent in my opinion! Second time to use Earl’s today. (5/11/20) Had an issue with our main line clogging and nothing draining. Darren came out and they cleared out the line. It is during COVID, so they wore face masks, gloves, and shoe coverings. They texted me before they came with a photo of who to expect. The process from booking the appointment through the service call was simple and easy. Nice people.I called Earl’s about an issue with my Whirlpool refrigerator not cooling properly. (6/5/18) Tammy was super helpful setting up the appointment with the technician for the next day. I appreciated that they texted my wife and me when the technician was on the way. My wife was able to leave work and meet him at the house. I also liked that they sent a photo of the technician. Chad worked quickly and diagnosed the issue of a broken fan. I like that he took the time to show and explain to my wife what was wrong. I appreciate that he treated my wife with respect and was patient with her. Lastly, I like that Earl’s emailed the invoice and receipt to me with the option to pay online. The invoice was easy to read and broke down the costs, fees, and labor. Earl’s is first on my list!

Our water heater burst this morning. We turned off the water and called Earl’s immediately. They came out after lunch with a new water heater (a name brand, not the off brand that the previous homeowners had put in three years ago), and had it installed and filling in no time, no questions asked. It was covered under our homeowner’s warranty, so it cost only the $79 deductible. What a bargain! Our technician Randy was great as always. We will renew the HOW again next year. It has definitely paid for itself, and the service has been great.

Eric Gamez the HVAC general manager is an extremely knowledgeable individual. I chose Earls based on his knowledge and willingness to help me figure out what was best for my business. I had several different opinions from different companies on what would work best in my configuration. We installed 2 carrier package units, a 5 ton and a 3 ton and he designed a duct system that works perfectly! Him and his crew worked around our busy schedule to make this happen.
