Customer had no heating during recent cold spell. Called Eagle Heating in the morning and they were out there by noon. Quickly diagnosed problem and made necessary repairs. Very competitive pricing for an emergency call! Technicians were courteous and knowledgeable. Will call them again!

Eagle Heating & AC does excellent work. We were having problems with our furnace not heating and they came out in the time scheduled, checked the entire system and found the issues. They explained what they had found went over our options made a plan to fix the problem. David, Raymond and the other technicians kept us informed of everything they were doing during the repairs and got the entire system working again which was great since freezing weather was coming to the area. If you are having problems with your ac or furnace I recommend you call Eagle I’m sure they will be able to help you.

Last night about midnight my daughter texted me and told me there was no heat and in the morning she checked and it was still not working at about 1pm still the same. I called Eagle Heating &AC they told me they could accommodate me for an appointment between 3 and 5 I said great. They got there and with 5 minutes they figured out the problem. Thankfully when everything was said and done the problem was fix. My grandkids have a heated home again. Thank you Eagle Heating and AC.

Our technician Jacob was punctual, polite, and professional. He did a very thorough job on our AC checkup, cleaned our outdoor condenser, and was also happy to answer any questions I had. He gave me a short list of recommendations but wasn’t pushy. I’m very happy with the service we received!

The technician was very courteous and did a thorough check of my system. He quoted prices for repair, and new replacement unit. I advised him that I needed to think about it because I was surprised that my prior maintenance company had not mentioned that particular problem. They had also installed a new unit in 2013, and three years installed a part that manages the (flow of oil). They mentioned nothing about it to me. The costs at this point are very high and I realize that the system might need to be replaced, but I was surprised at how much units cost now. Thank you for your service.

After turning off my AC breaker for routine cleaning and turning it back on, the breaker kept tripping. The technician quickly identified the issue—a broken furnace breaker—and replaced it. The AC turned on immediately after the repair. He also did a very thorough inspection of the entire system and explained everything very well. There was no upselling or pressure to fix the other issues right away, which I really appreciated. The pricing for the breaker replacement seemed average, though not necessarily competitive in my opinion. Overall, a very positive experience.

Eagle Heating & A/C is our A/C company from now on. First they sent out Kito (👌🏽) to see why our older A/C was not working. He first tried fixing the problem (which we prefered vs. someone just pushing a new unit from the get-go.) In the end we actually needed a new unit and after getting more quotes from other companies we went with Eagle Heating & A/C. They also were very fair and gave us credit for the previous work. Eagle was able to work me in for today and two of the most pleasant technicians showed up. Prior to starting any work they explained exactly what they were going to look for and even gave me a chart of their pricing. I loved that they did that because I have had quotes that were fluffed because the house is large and they believe we have tons of money to spare. It was great being explained everything despite the gentlemen knowing I wouldn’t understand a thing. After they left, I walked away knowing the work was done correctly and I actually understood how my HVAC system works!

A technician came out for a free AC tune up through a CPS program but since he’s left, water has been pouring out of the secondary condensate drain line. It is actively draining heavily out of the inside unit and the seal also appears to have been breached by pressing down on the unit. There is air leaking around this as well. I have not seen this before today and have definitely not had water draining like this before either. The technician was nice and seemed to be knowledgeable it now I’m concerned there is a major issue when the only reason I had the tune up was to ensure there was nothing going on.UPDATE: The technician has been amazing. He came back out at 7pm and stayed until 9pm to help fix the issue. When he left it appears to have stopped leaking but let me know to call back immediately if it starts again. Great customer service.UPDATE: The issue was not resolved last night, but again, the tech and a manager were sent back this morning and resolved the issue. Customer service is fantastic. Thank you!

Eagle called me late Friday to advise Timo would be back and assured me my repairs would be made.
