Every time we have had Ductless Advantage out they have been early, clearly explained what they were planning to do, what they found, and options to resolve- ensuring that we could make the right decision for our current situation. We moved into a new house last year that had a 10+ year old A/C that wasnt cooling the house efficiently. Ductless Advantage came out and ran new supply lines where needed and found some poor attempted fixes on the outside unit that caused it to stop running in the summer heat. Everything runs great now and the house is cool. Thank you!
