    Scheduling was a breeze, they sent reminders, and the technician showed up right on time and finished quickly. Everyone I interacted with was skilled, professional, and super helpful.     Awesome service and results!I needed the vents replaced on my 50+ yr old house, but needed to do it in different stages due to some long term remodeling goals. Rather than come in and just give me a blanket quote, they listened to my immediate problems and long-term goals and helped me come up with a solution that provided the exact results I wanted/needed.They replaced all of my ducting to work with my aging house and new system. I would 100% recommend them for any HVAC job.5 stars every day of the week.

    We found this wonderful HVAC company through our neighbors who needed some AC duct work done. Our home is a 60 year old pier and beam and needed new metal AC ductwork. Pulling out the old metal duck work and putting in new is a major ordeal, but they went about their work with integrity and know how. I believe Efrain (dad) has been in the business about 30 years and told us how he wanted to do the installation. They recommended replacing the supply Plenum so that gave us three extra spots to put dedicated ducts in for certain rooms. The difference in achieving a consistent temperature throughout the house is night and day thanks to Efrain, Victor and Crew for a job well done.

    Prompt, arrived early for appointment, analyzed the problem, and resolved it at the most cost-effective manner possible for me. They did not try to up-sell me.     Honest, knowledgeable and responsive. Cant ask for better. And family owned/operated. So many are being bought by VCs and then run into the ground. Finally found my AC company after trying 5 or more over the last several years.When I called, an actual HVAC professional answered, and despite it not being an emergency Victor was onsite within the hour. The day before, a different company told me that a restriction was flooding the TXV and I needed to replace the whole compressor for $6000+. I didnt say anything about that, but over the course of his diagnosis Victor confirmed that my unit didnt even have a TXV. Just needed refrigerant. Thanks Victor.

    This guys are THE BEST!! They came to fix my AC and found out that the only bad thing was a broken cable. Honesty is the most valuable asset a business can have. They didn’t take advantage of my lack of knowledge and only charged me a small fee to fix it.

    Highly recommend Duartes HVAC Services. My AC stopped working and I contacted them to get my system repaired. They immediately scheduled me for an emergency service and were at my door first thing in the morning with an amazing attitude! After they inspected my system they where able to find the problem within a few minutes based on there expertise and less then an hour my system was working properly. Would definitely higher again!

    I have moved in for two weeks now. I only have a handful of suppliers who have been amazing since our awful experience with our builder.. They are apart of that handful.. They have been responsive, helpful and even message after hours and willing to keep working to make our home efficient. This family is very knowledgeable and they stand with what’s best for the clients and the home. versus what the builder wants. If they continue this great service they have a customer for life and recommendations for life with me.

    I left a review a few months ago when they came to service my old unit but now I’m leaving an updated one since they have recently replaced that old unit.I called to schedule the replacement and they were able to book me in that same week but when it came time to do the install they realized that there was a scheduling error and I wasn’t actually on the schedule. However, they rearranged things and kept their word to me to do the install on the agreed day rather than rescheduling me which was much appreciated bc my original unit had completely shut down. This is a prime example of how working with a local family owned business is so much better because you have a personal experience with them and they actually care. The install was done in 1 day instead of the originally estimated 2 days. There was some leaking due to the way the apartment building was originally built but Efrain and Victor came out and took an extra 4-5 hours of their time to not only fix it but to sit and watch it to make sure it wasn’t leaking. They also cleaned everything up and left me with a tidy bathroom :)I recommend them 1000% for all your HVAC needs, they’re amazing people who do good honest work for good honest prices.

    Awesome company. Very helpful, honest and trustworthy. Recommended to friends and they were all very happy as well!These great guys are still at it. Arrived home from work at 6:15 on a Sunday night and figured out my heater wasn’t working. They offered to be here in an hour! I never in a million years expected that offer. I told them I would be good til tomorrow. I don’t want those poor guys out in the dark when it’s literally freezing but they were more than willing. They’ll be here first thing in the morning. They’ve been out to my house several times over the past few years and I just can’t say enough positive things about these gentlemen and their business. Just the best.Thanks again guys!     Efrain and Victor are great to work with! Ive used them on my personal home and houses I renovate in my business. When I first started looking for HVAC contractors, I had other companies that said I need to replace my HVAC system, wanted to charge me $8K, and barely looked at the equipment. Duertes came out and repaired the unit for $200 and the system still works 2 years later. Definitely use these guys if you want an honest quote and want to work with good and honest people!

    You know how youre always looking for that hidden gem thats going to do great work, treat you fairly and honestly, and wont overcharge you? Thats Duartes HVAC, the company is family owned and these are GOOD people who go above and beyond for their clients. Their quote for a new unit was $2000 LESS than the other company my home warranty sent out AND they let me know that the other company was overselling me and why the smaller unit would actually be a better option for my apartment. They take the time to properly explain the hows/whys and they are always pleasant and respectful. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this family owned business, if you ever need any repairs or a new system be sure to call them first. They will be my port of call for all things HVAC from here on out!

    We replaced our entire heating and cooling system for the first floor of my home. The crew was hard working and did quality work. They replaced the unit outside as well as the concrete slab it sits on. They also completely replaced the heating/fan system inside for the first floor moving the return to a better location providing a more efficient system.

    They did a great job! Im sure it wasnt pleasant for the guys crawling through my narrow attic space in my 1959 home to replace all my ducts, but it was business as usual for them; nobody complained. A whole team of people were here working on their parts of the system, getting this large job done in a timely manner. I even forgot to tell them about a cable I had running to the TV through the furnace closet, and after they removed everything from the closet that was the only thing left in there (unscathed). Which means they work carefully and pay attention to the details instead of just coming in and ripping things out just because its going to be trashed. I highly recommend Duartes HVAC Services for any heating and air needs, big or small.
