    I really appreciate how quickly Doug responds to his service calls. You can literally message him on messenger instead of having to call him on the phone and he will respond promptly. Even if he can’t get to you right away, he Will let you know exactly when he can get to you and has always been on time and very prompt. We just recently had to replace our 5 ton unit and I had another appointment that day, I was completely able to trust them to lock up when they were finished and they cleaned up everything as if no one had ever been there. They even fixed our hallway light! Very professional and most of all reliable with excellent customer service and good prices.

    Mr Doug SAVED US! We had Cajun air come out and give us a brand new hvac system from top to bottom. They used all incompatible parts that wouldn’t let us register our hvac system for a warranty. Mr Doug let us know what all was done incorrectly and changed all the parts out and got us our 10 year warranty! He was a life saver, was honest, worked quickly and extremely professional! I will use him and recommend him to everyone! We had no idea we were being done so wrong! Our brand new hvac system’s motor went out on our AC condenser after only a month after cabin air had installed it. we couldn’t get Cajun air to come out to fix it and had waited a month for them to come. They never would show up so that’s why we called Mr Doug. Thank GOD he came, he found all of our coil, valve and furnace were incompatible with our AC condenser and the parts were a year and half older than our AC condenser! Be smart, get mr Doug’s AC & heating to do all your jobs, NOT CAJUN AIR! So very thankful for the GOD send mr Doug is!

    Easy to get ahold of and very responsive. He came the same day we called. He charged a fair price and got our A/C going again. So nice to have the A/C working!!! Were definitely reaching out to him again if we ever need A/C or heating work done in the future.

    I called Dougs AC after hours because my AC stopped working AFTER a technician send by my home warranty company worked on it.The owner of Dougs AC (together with his lovely wife) showed up 45 minutes later, took a few minutes to diagnose the problem and had it fixed. For a price much lesser than my warranty company charged for a deductible!Done with my warranty company - I will stick with Dougs from now on.I highly recommend them!

    Some of the nicest people you will ever have the pleasure of meeting!! I recently bought a home this year and ended up having to have my whole unit replaced. Doug and Bridget were more than fairly priced and extremely accommodating!! I would defiantly recommend them to anyone!

    If only all of life was as easy as getting my heat pump repaired by Doug. I called him, he answered himself and told me he would be there the next day. He showed up as promised, identified the problem in about 5 minutes, had the part on his truck, switched it out, charged me a very reasonable amount for the visit and repair, and left, all in about 20 minutes. I am so happy.

    Amazing service!Bridgett & Doug Moses delivered amazing service. The highlight of their quality work was the attention to detail both provided to ensuring our AC was adequately repaired. The Moses contacted the manufactures for the AC unit and obtained a replacement. Additionally, they came out to our residence four times. They refused to charge us until the AC was 100% repaired. Great service at a very affordable price!

    Have had the A/C go out twice in two years (its old). Both times they’ve come out first thing when they opened and fixed the problem immediately. They will show you what the problem was and to me that’s more important than anything (shows honesty). They are also very nice and have very reasonable pricing. Will utilize when we need the whole thing replaced in the very near future. Thank you.
