Ive been a loyal customer to Direct-Flo for years. What I like is that they do a ton of huge commercial work but he always finds time to keep his residential customers cool and worry-free. This time, he came over, found the issue, and in 10 minutes he was already gone. Direct Flo isnt in the business of selling you things you dont need, no tricks, no games: just heres the problem, it costs this much.(always very affordable). He just gets it done and moves on. Hes a humble man and could easily charge so much more but hes just not built that way. Rare find.Thank you, Tom. You have kept my family cool but you are for sure the coolest.
