    Joseph went above and beyond to make sure our system was up and running. He is very knowledgeable and got it fixed super fast. The whole experience from making the first call to the office to paying the bill was very professional and easy to navigate. If you have any heat and air issues, give them a try.     I have no experience with a heat pump so I was concerned when it started making a noise, called Direct Air and talked to Joseph. What a great guy. He was honest with me. Explaining how the heat pump works and assured me nothing was going wrong. He came out, checked it over and even gave me a discount on the service call. I asked about an annual service agreement, signed up for it and am very pleased. An honest company you can trust

    Our thermostat screen went blank, and wouldn’t come back on. I scheduled the appt between 8-10am, and Joseph got here at 8am sharp. After checking a few things with the heating unit, he determined the issue was as simple as the breaker switch was off, and that’s why the thermostat wasn’t getting power. It turns out there was a power surge in this area when the thermostat stopped working.We’re first time homeowners, and he was nice enough to take the time to educate us about what happened, and how to fix it next time on our own. He even saved us the cost of an appliance vendor when he advised the surge probably tripped the dryer breaker. Turns out he was right. 10/10 would use him again.

    We had a different company come out 4 times and just swapped parts but still couldnt get our units running... Joseph was able to get one unit running after about an hour of being there and had parts on the way for the other unit after showing me exactly what was wrong with it... very happy with Direct Air!

    The entire team was professional, from my initial call and inquiry for services and throughout the entire process. Down to the clean up after the installation of a new furnace and heater replacement.Josh was a pleasure to work with and clearly addressed all my concerns and needs. Good honest company and staff.     Emergency duct repair at 9 PM? Josh came through! A section had collapsed in the attic, cutting off heat to the bedrooms. He had it replaced and insulated before midnight. Professionalism under pressure is rare—thankful we found him.

    Great service and very professional. Joe came out shortly after I called and gave me a quote before he left. The quote was approved and in a couple days Joe was there and completed the work. I know the work was difficult, but Joe stayed after it until completed. Definitely will use them again.

    This must be a family owned operated business they treat you very nice and professional everthing you would want .     Our experience was exceptional The tech who came out I believe his name was Josh but really don’t remember. Out of all the years we’ve live in Oklahoma about 22 all Techs that have come out and worked on our A/C none have done a job as good and as thorough job as he did. Everything was checked and double checked and he made sure the air was cool and we were satisfied before he left. We will be using this company from now on. Josh was phenomenal. !!
