Our AC unit was not working properly and decided to look for an honest and reliable AC repair company on Nextdoor through recommendations. We found good reviews for Direct A/C and Heating and decided to give them a call. Johnny came right out to look at our unit. He fixed our problem and went above and beyond to make sure our AC unit was reliable and working properly before he left. He fixed it in no time and our unit is working better now than it has in a long time! The prices were extremely reasonable and we will definitely be calling him again with any problems we may have in the future. Give them a call. You will not be disappointed!

Johnny was recommended to me couple years ago. At that time he gave me a thorough estimate of what I needed for an HVAC installation (my old one was worn out) explaining everything in detail. And he urged me to get several estimate. I followed his suggestions, and those estimates were ridiculous. Unfortunately at that time life happened and so wasn’t able to have the work done but I knew when time came I wanted Johnny for this job. I contacted him last week and he and his crew got everything done for me in a matter of few hours…and my project was extremely challenging. I am thrilled with my new system and couldn’t be happier. Johnny is very personable, extremely knowledgeable, extremely professional and reasonably priced. He is now my “go-to” for my HVAC needs. I’ll recommend him to everyone. My a/c has a slow Freon leak, so the last 3 or 4 years around this time I have to have a repairman come out. I’m so glad Johnny was the repairman i called all those years ago! He always answers his phone, he gets here quickly, and he’s very thorough. It’s hard to find companies these days that are reliable and honest, but direct a/c and heating is one of them.

Our unit was out in the heat of summer with a guest in our house, and he rearranged his schedule to give us a new unit as quickly as possible. . My heater broke in the middle of freezing weather. After dealing with a less than honest company that spent all of 15 minutes in my attic (which I found out later was a salesman, NOT a technician), I was referred to Johnny @ Direct A/C heating. Johnny came out and spent a ton of time trying to fix the unit and 2 days trying to find the part that was needed to fix my unit. After discovering the part was obsolete due to the age of my unit, we opted to replace the furnace. Johnny was very responsive, honest, friendly, and knowledgeable. Direct A/C heating is now my go-to for any HVAC services. Thanks you to Johnny and the team for being awesome.

Mr. Johnny replaced my 20 yr old ac/heating with a Rheem 15 seer heat pump in early November 2018. Mr. Johnny was professional, honest, knowledgeable, & thorough! The price of the new system & labor was fair & he was honest & straightforward; no hidden cost. Mr. Johnny arrived to complete the job early. He and his assistant were efficient, professional, neat, quiet, and completed the job 100% right in one day! Awesome, fantastic, and beyond amazing service! Im not one to leave reviews but Joes amazing. Ive been using this comp for all my AC/Heating issues and needs. Joe always comes through very professional and responsive. Good help is so hard to find but with this comp I promise you cant go wrong. He came by today to do a few repairs (heater stopped working). He also called me back after a few hrs to make sure everything was running as it should :) of course it is!

My furnace decided to go out at the worst possible time over this cold spell we had Thursday and Friday. I was very worried about calling to have it repaired as it would be evening or weekend hours and as I know those rates are usually doubled. I called Johnny Garcia and told him I was willing to tough it out until Monday morning to get a cheaper rate. He assured me that he would not charge me an evening or weekend fee. We were able to get our furnace fixed at a very affordable rate and by Saturday morning it was perfect temperature in our house. Mr. Garcia was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and went out of his way to help us. So if you find yourself in need of heating or AC repair please dont hesitate to call him.

We could not believe how fast he installed a new motor and how low the costs were especially for this time of year. No hassle, no price gouging, and very polite. Ive been using Johnny Garcia for many years, after having used some others until I called Direct AC. The others tried all sorts of pressure sales and scare tactics to sell a complete system...one of them told me I needed a complete system when Direct fixed it with a $20 switch, that was over 10 years ago. I finally replaced the AC/heat system last May, only because the unit was 29 years old, it was still working, I just figured I was pushing my luck....and yes I used Direct AC.This is the most straight up honest guy in any service business...I just wish he did plumbing, electrical and other home services.You cant go wrong!!
