My Upstairs Air conditioning system stopped working last year, beginning of summer. We reached out to billy, who does annual service for my friends house. Billy quickly diagnosed the issue and fixed it and it helped us to overcome the peak summer. That was the first time we worked with him. Now we continue annual service maintenance with him and his team, as he takes care of the service very well in a professional way. I would recommend Billy and his team to my friend circle since he did a very well job in fixing my air conditioner in very reasonable quote.

Both of my AC units were more than 12 years old and kept running low on refrigerant frequently for to leakage. Finally both of them stopped working on a hot summer day. Billy pin pointed the leakage and recommended replacing parts of both units. He quoted a very fair price and even gave a discount. Billy and Tony did a wonderful job and had both units running the very next day. Havent had any issues with the AC units since then.

Billy and team have done an excellent job in identifying the root cause of my A/C Unit. They were brought in as 2nd opinion for validating issues identified by another vendor who had quoted to replace both HVACs fan motor and condenser.DQS Technician Kevin was able to correctly identify the root cause and recommend only replacing the fan motor to resolve the faulty issue.I would recommend their services!

Kevin came out troubleshooted the unit and determined the motor was out on the A/C, and made the necessary calls for a replacement motor... All I can say weve got some cold air. One word Honest ! DQS really didnt try to overcharge anything. I understand why DQS gets 5 star because they deserve it. DQS fixed my split AC issue in my garage. It would have been awesome If I had got earlier schedule but nevertheless great service overall !
