I had a unique problem with one of my new units. After several visits, and contacting the manufacturer of the unit, Diamond Blue successfully traced down the issue, and repaired it, at no charge to me. They could easily have charged me labor for the trips they made, but they did not. In my opinion, this is tremendous customer service and sorely missed in our current environment.

The technician, Darius, who arrived at our house soon after our call, was courteous, agreeable, and efficient. He was competent and effective at evaluating and remedying our problem. He repaired only what was necessary, and the cost to us was very reasonable. Diamond Blue has earned our confidence and trust.

Absolutely recommend! Scheduling was a breeze and they were able to come out bright and early the day after I called to fix our furnace. Stephen was on time (even a few minutes early), very nice and respectful and always put shoe coverings back on when coming into the house. He explained everything simply to us and recommended a pest company for a few rodent issues he saw. The easiest process and so quick! Will absolutely be calling them again for future issues

After having another company come out and advise me I had a slow leak and due to it being R22 would need to consider replacement, I contacted Diamond Blue to see if they could repair leak to get another year out of unit. They responded to advise me that there was no leak, the R22 was full in the unit and it was operating efficiently and effectively at the time of service. I was relieved that a new unit was not quite necessary at this time in complete contrast to the first company who came out two weeks earlier. I am getting 18 degrees temp differential, which was why I questioned first company in first place.I will not need to look any further for my future needs!Thanks guys!!PS: the technician Stephen! What a breath of fresh air. Knowledgeable, professional, helpful! What more can you ask for!

Chance and his hard working crew did a great job! Our A/C went out the night of July 1st. I looked up A/C repair on Home Advisor the next morning and Chance was the first to call. He came over within 2 hrs. of our conversation. He quickly diagnosed the problem correctly, explaining everything he was doing along the way. He told me he could start to install both units 9 am the following day, July 3rd. He showed up promptly at 9. He said he had some bad news and good news. The bad news is the warehouse is closed for the 4th of July holiday. The good news is he paid the warehouse to open up so he could pick up the A/C units. However, the warehouse didnt have the unit in stock we had purchased. Chance being a man of his word gave me a free upgrade on the units so my family would not be without A/C on the very hot days that followed. 95 plus! Texas heat! The entire crew were great. One of them even bought my 2 kids ice cream from the ice cream truck that passed by. I am very pleased with the work that was performed by all the crew at Diamond Blue.

Great experience with Roy and his installation team who installed 2 brand new Lennox HVAC systems in my home. All three men were polite and expedient. They installed and got the main system up and running on day one, and the upstairs unit on day two. They took care of everything from start to finish. In addition both systems came with smart thermostats, in this case ECOBEE4, that have incredible features. I would highly recommend contacting Roy with Blue Diamond Air for any HVAC concerns including getting a new system.
