DFW Restorations Enterprise helped me at a time when I was very frustrated with contractors. My home was damaged in a storm May 2024. the time was now October 2024 and my home was still damaged. I was referred to DFW Restorations Enterprise by a friend. They came out the same day to assess the damage and within a week my home was on its way to rebuilding. I really appreciate the swift service as I had become very restless and frustrated.

Edgar and crew did a great job replacing the floor in our rental home that had just undergone extreme foundation repair. When his team found the concrete slab to be damp and in bad condition, they took the time to properly prepare it for the rather expensive vinyl slats we were using to replace the old floors. Great job and positive attitude. I have a property management company and know good work when I see it.

I’m firm on customer service. And I must say this was the best experience I had from this mitigation company for my fire claim. I was educated on the process of the cleanup after a fire. I thought there was no way possibly the cleanup would come out great after all the soot thought out my home. Little to my surprise everything was perfect. The smoke smell was totally gone. They did an amazing job.

They were referred to me by a coworker and I ended up using them to clean up and also rebuild/renovate my bathroom. I am very satisfied, my bathroom looks better than it originally did. They did everything they said they would do in the time they said it would take.

We had a bathroom leak that required a plumbing repair. As soon as the plumber got into the repair they found mold, and stopped. We didnt know what to do next. I emailed Ethan some pictures of what we were looking at and he got back to me within an hour. They came out quickly to assess the damage and not only helped us to know what we needed to do next, but they gave us tons of practical advise and need-to-know for how to be able to continue living in our home before and after the renovation. We are so grateful for all of their help.
